I am extremely pleased with how things have gone and are going so far. It is beyond a relief to get proper care and attention for your needs, and to this level is quite exceptional. Robyn Travis is exemplary at her profession. I wish she could help all my loved ones and friends the way she has helped me. I’m extremely grateful to have found her. I highly recommend giving yourself a chance at happy fulfilling life by reaching out to this place to begin that journey.

Wonderful! Kaitlyn has been my technician for TMS and she’s absolutely the best! I love talking with her, and she makes sure you understand everything that’s going on treatment-wise! 10/10 would recommend. She always listens to everything that’s going on, even though it’s not her job to be a therapist. she was even able to help provide me with some support group information. I seriously could not give more praise to these wonderful people.

I have finally reached the end of my TMS treatment. This was my second round doing it and I have had a wonderful experience. I was so excited to have Kaitlin as my technician again. She has helped me so much on my journey to healing and hope. Also, she has such a bubbly, friendly, and caring personality which radiates such good vibes and happiness. She was like my personal life coach and it made me feel so happy every time I saw her for treatment. She truly knows how difficult it could be for someone going through difficult times and she tries to help you as best as she can with her knowledge and experience in mental health and psychology. Also, I had Galilea the other TMS technician a few times throughout my treatment as well. She is so friendly, relaxed, and helpful and I really connected with her as well. I will truly miss them both so much, and I know that I have made them so proud with taking the necessary steps towards taking care of my mental health and all the tools I learned along the way.

They were on time! Provider listened to me and provided insightful information on my situation. He also explained reasons for my medication changes. I had a very positive encounter from making appointment, to meeting receptionist and provider.

10/ 10. I wish I could score higher. Kaitlyn, my tech, made sure that was I listened to, cared for, and given the highest quality treatment possible every single morning. I couldn't have asked for a better technician. She would make an incredible asset to absolutely any business. Anew Era tms is very lucky to have her be a part of their team. I also have to thank the head psychiatrist. She's incredibly professional and intelligent. She helped me with securing an appointment with my local sleep study specialist. Went out of her way to help me, a total stranger, get the help that I needed and went above and beyond with every aspect of my treatment. I imagine that she gives the same amount of care and attention to each person she meets seeking help and for that I commend her immensely. Thank you all and I'm looking forward to possibly being a candidate for a second round of treatment after 3 months.

I have finally reached the end of my TMS treatment. I am thankful for Galilea and Oscar as well as the rest of the team here. They have really made this experience a breeze and were attentive to accommodate appointments or helped answer questions regarding paperwork. This has been an extremely pleasant experience!
