If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is rude. Asking questions about things gets you a doctor who can’t believe you had the audacity to question if something you’re getting done is safe for you. He asked for my ethnicity which had nothing to do with the medical conversation we were having. Then proceeded to tell me that my ethnicity loveees to have information. My follow up was also wonderful because they forgot to mention the X-ray I would need would cost a lot because they can’t process it through my insurance. This X-ray need was brought up by me at the first conversation and what led to the conversation with the doctor. Would have been nice to get that information up front. I was made to feel like a liar and someone who was trying to deceive them for trying to clarify if the test I was getting was SAFE for me to have administered. Not only did they waste my time and money, the doctor is bigoted and needs a stark lesson in humility and actually listening to patients. Will never return here for any purpose whatsoever.

WORST DOCTOR EXPERIENCE EVER HAVE. I came here because my workplace wants me to come here so I didn’t had other change. It started pretty good the first, front desk workers was so helpful. Then I came inside I told them I feel dizzy they didn’t even try to sit me or help me they just said “oh walk slower” then doctor saw me he didn’t even let me to tell my symptoms, he just said you have nothing. There is nothing to do to you. I shocked. I tried to explain my symptoms more and he didn’t even listen and just prescribe me medication. Don’t go there and don’t see Robert Hennesy

The staff was very nice and helpful. But not the Dr. I am a combat disabled veteran and I was in so much pain due to a previous surgery I had. I was referred to come in by the VA and just get seen. Not only did Dr. Henessy deny me any sort of treatment but he treated me like I was a less than. He was so rude to me, would not listen to my problems and then proceeded to tell me to leave and go somewhere else. What kind of Dr. just completely denies services to someone, especially a veteran. Henessy should not be working as a Dr. just so sad that they would treat anyone like this.

My husband was referred to come here by the VA due to severe shoulder pain. He is a combat disabled veteran who has been in extreme pain and can hardly move. He finally was able to get the approval to go be seen in urgent care and the doctor walked into the room and stated “this is the VA’s problem not mine you need to leave I don’t want to treat you” when my husband said “so you’re just going to deny me services?” he said “yep” and opened the door and motioned for him to leave. My husband struggles with PTSD and depression since leaving the military and always feels like no one actually cares about veterans. Baffling to see that in this case that was proven to be true. I am in absolute shock. VA patients— BEWARE! This doctor (Dr. Hennessy) does NOT care

The staffs are okay but the doctors are very poorly and lack of experience in the professional! Especially doctor Sunday in Irvine office. My knee injuries should get speeding recovery if it’s treating right and allowing some rest. So I had to take my own vacation time off and taking care myself. Doctor Mashoof doesn’t have any additional options to replace an injection that he offered. I am totally disappointed!!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Concentra of Orange. My new position as a Behavior Technician required that I undertake physical and medical examination to determine my eligibility and clearance to work in the field. I wanted to share this 5-star review to show appreciation to the whole Concentra Orange team. I initially was greeted by Brianna who was very welcoming and professional regarding my signing in and intake process. The questions I had, she answered patiently and with the great information. After waiting a short of amount of time, I was called into the back by Stephanie who facilitated my triage and eye exam. Stephanie was very kind and guided me through the whole process patiently and efficiently. After, Brianna drew blood with painless and careful hands. I complimented Brianna on her composed nature when she let me know that in the field that is important. I agreed. Brianna let me know she is Assistant Director, which I thought was amazing, and commended her for it. Jefet assisted me while I was completing my intake paperwork, who was also very diligent and offered his assistance regarding the process. Gerardo facilitated a physical examination for the wellness of my body. I did not expect/think I would be bear crawling that day. Gerardo was kind, professional, and knowledgeable during our interaction. The physical examination went smoothly and fairly quickly. Gerardo was diligent in the exercises I had to demonstrate. Lastly, Dr. Henessey, was very thoughtful, professional, knowledgeable, diligent on getting me back to my daily life, tasks. Thank you, Concentra of Orange, for the wonderful patient care! I appreciate you!

I went in and was immediately greeted with a smile. My nurse was very kind and explained in clear detail what we were doing. I appreciated the swift and informative visit.

Front desk lady was super helpful and polite and got me going quickly. However the doctor rushed into the room and didn’t make eye contact. Said “let’s get this over with” and within 10 seconds was done with my physical. Asked him if I didn’t need to take my urine test and he said no. I asked the front desk lady to confirm and he says to come back because I need to get tested and has me sit in a seat to wait. 20 min go by and he sees me as he passes by and says “oh he needs a urine test” to a nurse. Very unprofessional doctor
