The staff isn't too friendly. I cannot expect much but any RipCurl I've ever been to in Southern Cali the staff feels like they hate their jobs. That's the impression I get from my years of experience shopping at 3 different locations. They have nice clothing though.

Honestly has better deals that Alternative Retail in the same parking lot. Staff is always nice and helpful. Tons of stuff as far as sizes go.

I wish I could remember their names; but I recently purchased a watch at Rip Curl Sample sale and I was having problems getting it set up. I walked in and first a young lady offered to help. She didn't have experience in the type of watch I had but she was very nice. She got a coworker to help me and he was able to set up my watch; and if it didn't function again he referred me to service center. Very friendly employees. Sorry I didn't get names..

Great store! Rip Curl makes the best wetters (flashbomb)and this store has a great selection, plus trunks, tees, wax etc. Julia was super helpful and patient, they all were. If you need gear for your next sesh, don't pass them up...

Great place to find good value outdoor stuff

Extremely helpful staff. Sammy the change room attendant was articulate and anticipating how my family of 4 with a teen and a 10yr old might be helped best. Mia, and Rainy the manager. Have managed to foster a vibrant and youthful staff into a TEAM of great customer care providers. Lastly, i do not believe this was correctly identified. For any outlet shop to be this well organized and arranged is beyond me. (Not the usually collection on miss-labeled miss-priced, "rummage for hours trying to find a deal" setups.) I do recommend and will shop again. Thank you.

What an amazing place and the customer service was outstanding! Carter and Kate are the best and are both so very helpful. Carter has good insight and awareness of all of the wetsuits. Way to go Carter! Bo

So awesome! I’m new to climbing and got geared up (2 pairs of shoes and climbing stretchy pants and something else) for under $200! The quality and assistance is REI level :)

Very impressed with the store. Staff was very helpful. I came in for the Rip Curl swim trunks. Fabric is amazing, comfortable, slightly stretchy, and the fit is perfect. They almost dry off before you do. They tie easily and the strings stay tied. Little things mean a lot. That's all I have shopped for yet, but I will be going back very soon to check out the T-shirts and casual shirts they have as well. Very decent prices and sizeable selection.
