I expected a juice shop where the staff blends and presses the smoothies and juices in front of you, fruits and vegetables in hand. Instead what I came to find was a rather small establishment (about the size of a rather large walk-in closet) with a fridge filled with pre-made juices and smoothies. The products are still fresh though as they claim their products are made fresh. I guess Pressed Juicery is a chain with several locations and I was unaware. I see their drinks at the grocery store. The prices are better at the actual place than if you buy them at the grocery store at least that is, if you sign up to be a rewards member. If you do sign up to be a rewards member, you get a complementary juice or smoothie of your choice when you sign up in store! That raised the review by a star for this reviewer. Once you sign up the prices go down from I think like 6 or 7 a pop, to 5 which is a good price in the juice and smoothie world, except I kind of prefer having the products be made in front of me and be able to modify and to put in as ons like energy or protein boosts. Also if you pay 10 bucks at Jamba you get about around twice the amount of juice. I ordered the Avocado Greens which was just the right amount of sweet and healthy. I was looking for something with some nutrients for a quick pick-me-up while I was otherwise fasting. The theme here though compared to, say Jamba Juice is more of an emphasis on health and wellness. It seems to be a really good thing to do if you are say, wanting to do a juice cleanse and have to buy 4 pre-prepared juices to last you the day without having to come in and out of places and to save money. Yeah when I think about it all things considered Pressed seems like a fine company from what I could see. The man working behind the counter was extremely friendly and helpful and I will definitely come back. No bathroom and really not a place to spend more than 10 minutes at. No seating. Kind of a hole in the wall.

Stopped by while hitting up the Hollywood funko and found some awesome juice blends - see picture for one - and cool staff that have some great recommendations.

I just wanna say thank you so much to Jonathan. He’s working so hard by himself. He hooked me up with making me sign up what I was doing a DoorDash delivery and he also upsold me and inform me that the blue Horchata drink is no longer available. That was my favorite. I just wanna say thank you for your positive customer service keep up the great work, and I hope the business sees that you are asset to the team.

I understand that the place provides healthy food but taste is also desirable. The lemon shot was way too sour. The ice cream was too airy with no creaminess at all. The best item was the meal replacement chocolate banana smoothie. Nice service. Overall mixed experience.

I tell myself that the freezes here are healthy because it’s all plant-based, so that alleviates the guilt from eating sugar :) the chocolate flavor is my go-to, and includes dates and cacao. It’s not too sweet and the consistency is more icy than creamy, but you can think of it as frozen yogurt that is a bit healthier. You can add toppings to it too - I like the chocolate quinoa bits as they remind me of the crunch m&ms. The strawberries are sweet and the sliced almonds are very thin. The workers are friendly and prompt. They offer to let you sample the freezes and the worker also let me try to chocolate quinoa bit. The location on Hollywood Blvd is tiny and there’s no seating so either ask for a lid or buy something at the Dunkin Donuts next door to utilize the outdoor seating. They also have juices and you can do a juice cleanse by ordering here (although be forewarned it’s pricey). Overall I do enjoy coming to Pressed for relatively healthy desserts.

Tatum is amazing! Hollywood Blvd is often packed with chaos and it’s rare to find great customer service because of the craziness but she is always so nice and upbeat.

Okay so parking sucks but that’s just Hollywood for ya. Tony was very nice and friendly, the freeze was delicious and just the pick me up I needed on a downer kind of Monday.

Definitely an CA classic. Their famous Secret Breakfast is definitely good, but I much prefer the Toast and Jam. It is so good, and the chunks of toast are different and add a really wonderful texture to the ice cream. It also wasn't as crowded as Bi-Rite the few times I have been. If you are looking for a fun place for some dessert after dinner in the city, this is definitely a great option. The ice cream is really good quality, and they have fun unique flavors. Not much else to say there!

I love the dark chocolate macaroon freeze, it is so good and the healthiest option for dessert or sweet cravings and the staff is really kind too... Nice place.

Had some amazing Freezes there. Staff was super friendly even though they seemed new to the job and took a little longer, but we were patient :) Menu items are also reasonably priced. Would definitely go again
