Karaoke every Wednesday night at 8pm. Fair drink prices. Hot bartenders; especially blue haired Monica. Love the new chairs. The sandwiches are amazing. Owners did a good job updating this place!

Hard core trump bar, open discussion of q-anon style conspiracies. Stopped in for a beer after work, they were playing the trump campaign announcement on the TVs. If you are looking for a highly political bar on a week night. You found the place!

An unpretentious, undiscovered little gem. They have good prices and now serve great food. This is my favorite local bar, you can find me here most weekend nights. EDIT: The Star Bar is still a great place but it no longer serves food. Shame, it was really good.

Such a fun ambience and the bartender was super sweet. All the patrons are friendly and outgoing, definitely going again!

The Star Bar? When was I at.. Oh the dive at the ground floor at the Ramada? The locals call it the bar up the street from the Pike. But now that the Pike is closed until someone comes to town and reopens it again (hopefuly with some lights and bartenders who aren't 50 year old dudes. If we wanted to drink somewhere dark and dingy we'd go to the Candy Cat... Oh wait.) but this review isnt about why the other bars are gone but why the Star Bar is still around. Beats me. I will say that no matter what night of the week it is, you will be served in 3 minutes. 5 if the bartender is outside smoking. Your cup will be clean and your beer will be cold. I think they serve cocktails, but Ive never had one as their beer selection is top notch. Its no Yard House, but they have one of every style beer. And its always been good. The crowd is on the younger side. 25 to 35. Ive never seen anything resembling a fight or even a tiff. Why only 4 stars? Because its a dive bar! If you're looking for a sports bar keep looking. Whos idea was it to put electronic dart machines between the entrance and the bar? But they moved them to the guys that dont want to yell at their dates part of the bar.

Great Bar!! Great drinks and now they also serve great food. Priscilla is one of the bartenders that seems to be there when I am. She is very friendly and funny too. She makes great drinks...... no matter what I ask for. The customers all seem to know each other and were very friendly and made me feel welcome. Great place! Love Sunday Football 🏈

The bartender didn't know how much our beers cost..I felt like she was making up her own prices... The dart games didn't work... We asked the bartender if they worked, she didn't know..WOW... They definitely need better customer service....

The starbar is right next door to the u haul location where I Frequently I've been going to in the last couple weeks. Because I'm moving out of my house. I've never been to this establishment, but I hear the owners are really good people and they have couple t. Vs, and I'm sure they have really good drinks. I don't drink myself but I'm sure others do and would find this place relaxing although it is on. Deventure itself and when you're next to a busy street. You do get a lot of bad air from cars and tires. But other than that it's a great place.

A place was not expected asked manager person to clean off the bar in the area on the floor that was full of papers nothing was done sat in the area ask the bartender to clean and it was done with hesitation. Food food order was the overpriced Martini that had no alcohol what's tasteful but forgot the alcohol. I will never go back here I'm very very disappointed.

I don't understand the bartender that was serving 1217 2023 didn't know how to prepare proper drinks and drinks were prepared not to liking not as ordered bartender seem to be intoxicated drinks were terrible I will never return it's unfortunate cuz been here in the past and it was okay had a great time

Best bar in the Valley.. Karaoke Wednesday..Food is fantastic..

It's a local dive, I live about a half mile away. It's a cool crowd people are usually pretty friendly, I've been going here on and off for almost 20 years. You can always count on getting a good drink here! Priscilla is one of the best around, great drinks and she's a sweetheart.

Good little hole-in-the-wall bar. Friendly staff and good prices. Kitchen closes too early, but they’ll let you order in. Highly recommended.

The personnel greeted us and led us to our table. My husband had the Mushroom Toast with beer and raved over it.

4 star for the the bartender and one amazing other patron. After conducting some business at the hotel above I decided to checkout this spot down below. I walked in and the first thing this Caucasian guy says to me (A black guy) is “Only come here if you have good intentions “ repeatedly, needless to say I had to reach deep down and maintain my composure and kill him with kindness else other patrons were more welcoming after that and the bartender was awesome but its a place not for strangers or first timers so it felt like … I established myself and knocked out two drinks before I left to show that dude that am comfortable in my skin no matter where I am or you might be. I could have tore this guy down but for what? To the owners this is unacceptable! You can’t thrive on regulars only

Walked in sat for at least 5 minutes trashy crackhead bartenders/waitresses were drunk walking out the back room not once greeted sad for a bar next to a hotel
