Always a good choice, food is consistent service is always great! The only downside is they take a long time to bring your food out (only 20 people eating in the restaurant) we didn't mind because we snacked on delicious buttery biscuits while waiting. I highly recommend the lobster mac and cheese so goo!! 😋

Decided to stay and try the ENDLESS SHRIMP DAILY MEAL . I love garlic butter shrimp they were excellent 😋. Will definitely come back for more daily deals!!

We got the "Date Night" Feast! There were 2 very good sized Lobster Tails, 2 good Steaks, 2 Shrimp skewer's and Bacon Mac and Cheese for 2. Plus, each of us got to pick a separate side! Lots of delicious food! We got "Linner" (Lunch and Dinner)... plenty of food for both

Got the Seafarers's Feast consist of lobster, scallops, shrimps and rice/quinoa with two sides. Based on the picture, thought the portion would be bigger. Of all the protein I thought the scallops tasted the best. The lobster was a little chewy. Service was great though and well taken care of.

Service was great, we were seated quickly on Thanksgiving no less and our server did a good job with checking in on us and brining those biscuits. The mood and look of the place seems a little stuck in time with the decor and wood based look and feel to the place. The food was ok, we had the 2 for shrimp order (I thought it was unlimited but misread the menu or something; I was planning on eating a turkeys weight). Try the dragon coconut shrimp the sweet dipping sauce, it was pretty good; the other sweet/sour option; I could leave next time. The portion was on the small size for the price. Also we had ordered the clam chowder but they were out of it and had to change an order for a $17 salad; a bit steep for a salad with a little chicken on it. The drink refills of teas kept coming so there's that. All in all, I'll probably try another place in the future. Unless those biscuits just arrive on a conveyor belt and they do an olive garden knock off of biscuits and some other non carb item..maybe salad...or might that seem like to big a knock off? Price was $52+ tip

So disappointed in my experience tonight. Waited for over an hour for drinks and appetizers. Waited two hours for food. The server was horrible. Luckily another gentleman stepped in and took over the table. Nothing like spending $300 for poor service. At least the food was good. Very surprised as they usually are on it. Always had good service before this. Hopefully it’s a one off.

The food was terrible. Lobster undercooked, Alfredo was soggie and overcooked. It was a terrible experience. My birthday dinner was ruined. This may be our last time dining at this Red Lobster

Gosh, just as great as I remember. Used to go there when I was a kid. Really everything we tried was delicious! Started with those amazing cheddar biscuits and a cocktail. The lobster dip and lobster topped mash potatoes were absolutely amazing, just exactly what I wanted! We sat at the bar which was just going to be while we waited for a table, but the vibe was so fun and everyone so happy that we decided to stay at the bar for dinner. Really enjoyable!

The staff and service was excellent. The food was perfectly cooked and presented beautifully. My husband's Birthday dinner was a success. Thank you to Terri our server, for making his night a success with your bright happiness.

Excellent service. The waitress and staff were very good at tending to my celiac requirement for gluten-free food. The lobster and the shrimp scampi were delicious. The raspberry smoothie was great for dessert!

We went on a Thursday and waited 25 minutes to be seated. That was fine, but it went downhill from there. People who came in after us were being served and even leaving, They "lost" our order. The server, Mario, who made sure to say he "did great" and he was "awesome" ( I've never met a more self-aggrandizing server) .... he didn't check on our order's progress until we continued to ask and ask... then he blamed the kitchen staff. So, they put the order back in as we waited, and starved because he didn't even bring the biscuits we asked for, that took another 30 minutes alone, and someone else brought them. He kept walking back and forth in the back and never picked up my ques we needed him. We had a meeting to get to, so they packed up the food ( it's now 1 hour and 15 minutes since we were seated) and we took it to go. After the meeting we opened it to try to eat a little before heading to bed, and the order was WRONG! The asst Mgr? Comped the entrees, which was nice, but the order was wrong and we didn't know it until much later. We paid for the drinks ( soft drinks which the "great" waiter NEVER refilled, and the $13 appetizer of 6 tiny stuffed mushrooms! Plus, I felt obligated to tip, as they were standing right there. Red Lobster is a good restaurant, the Temecula location unfortunately should be avoided, it's obviously poorly managed.

I came here and was exited about the all you can eat shrimp. Waitress Terri super nice but they fell short due to the 20 minute wait in-between bringing out the second round of shrimp. I did not order my third round due to the wait involved. I am going to give it another go sometime in the future. The food was good. Overall not a horrible experience. My first time at this location.

Came to Red Lobster for all you can eat Shrimp🍤 and a Lobsterita🍹. Eileen was our server, easily the best service ever!! She hustled bringing the Shrimp, never a delay, Coconut, and Scampi was our favorite. The Lobsterita was huge. Got an email about it, 5$ special, super delicious! Thanks Eileen and crew! I had the lobster & shrimp tacos special. It was great. Watermelon lemonade was refreshing. I was expecting the usual cheddar biscuits but was surprised with a grain biscuit. I didn't mind. Service was excellent.

So 7 months ago, i gave this place a 1 star ⭐ and now I give it 5. Why the change of heart, you ask? Well they have a star employee here that will make you want to return with her quick service and excellent customer service. Please all Managers should take note of how she makes people feel welcomed and provides outstanding service....way to go Ellie!

Always a treat to go out with family to Red Lobster but it is even better when we get amazing service from Eileen! She was attentive, friendly, and efficient! Definitely worth the wait to get a table in her section and be treated so well. Look forward to coming back, again! 🙂👍🏽

It's a nicer version of Chili's/Applebee's/whatever. Everyone probably knows that but I haven't been to Red Lobster in my adult life until now. The biscuits were GREAT. Lobster Bisque soup had a very strong flavor, a bit overpowering for me but that's probably just me. Shrimp and dinner was good. Service was friendly, fast, and good. We had a child in our party and the waitress was very kind and patient with him ordering for himself.

Dylan was the best! He was friendly, attentive and made sure we had everything we needed! The food was A-MAZING! Came back 3 weeks later and very much enjoyed a great service from Mario! Thank u for ur attentiveness and professionalism! Came back today August 23, 2021 and the same waiter Mario helped us again, thank you once again for ur help! Food delicious as always!

One of THE BEST experiences of any dine in restaurants. Seated immediately. Staff was extremely attentive and courteous. Food was beyond satisfying. Had 2 starters and 2 bowls of soup (clam chowder and lobster bisque). Reasonably priced. On my list of "GOING BACK TO".... Thank you Red Lobster staff. Greatly appreciate your effort on ensuring the customers enjoy the experience.

I love how you can make a reservation but when you get there and half of the party is already there, while you see your usual table empty and ready for you to sit, we still had to wait 30 minutes to be shown to said table. While they kept saying we are preparing your table. But the food was great, and our server was really patient with the family.

The restaurant is too understaffed. It was not the wait staff's fault. They did the best they could and we're very pleasant. It took over an hour to be served. The restaurant was not crowded. It is understood that it is difficult to find help these days. However, I will not be going back at dinner time. Perhaps, I'll try them again at lunchtime.

Had a great time here. Quiet, servers were friendly, food was good. The restroom was very clean. And overall cleanliness was great. This is a well maintained restaurant that takes value in their customers. Unfortunately, an experience not easily found anymore. My wife and I enjoyed our time here immensely. And hope to be more frequent in our visits.

Well...I used to love Red Lobster been there many times ...first time post pandemic and I can't say the food was fantastic...but our server was excellent at the Temecula store ...we called him keano as he looked amazingly like the Matrix guy ....too bad the food was in the wrong matrix I had the seafood feast a 40 dollar cover looked nothing like the picture and the Lobster was poorly cooked the shrimp were dry and the salmon was just ok ...my friend had the 44 dollar 1 lb live main Lobster cover which rendered about four ounces of under cooked edible protein between the claws and tail ...evident by his struggle to crack tableside but not at all his fault ...my other guest had a jumbo coconut shrimp appetizer which was over cooked crisp and dry It was a good thing we filled up on the wonderful biscuits and butter first All and all I don't think I will be going back anytime soon as the 125 dollars could be spent on better eats as I have had better Lobster at sizzler and a beautiful steak with the salad bar for the same price....I grew up in a restaurant so I know when good credit is due and sorry to say this time it wasn't....

When we arrived there was adequate parking. It appeared there were open tables but about 20 people waiting. We had a 45 min wait for 2 people. It took a while to place our orders. The wait for food was a tad longer than average. The service was nice. I believe there was a server shortage. I ordered a pair of Lobster Tails, salad and baked potato. The Lobster was not cooked through on the one I ate. The salad was huge. There's a $2,99 charge. I think I probably will not return to Red Lobster. If I do, I probably will order from a simple fish lunch. My friend was very disappointed in her meal. It was a piece of Lobster and battered variety of things. The crisp batter was far too thick and she didn't enjoy it. There was no alcohol with our meals and it was expensive for old ladies budgets. Thankfully I had a $50 gift certificate abd my total bill, including $14 tip was $86., for me. My friend's bill was $36. No alcohol or desert.
