We
went
on
a
Thursday
and
waited
25
minutes
to
be
seated.
That
was
fine,
but
it
went
downhill
from
there.
People
who
came
in
after
us
were
being
served
and
even
leaving,
They
"lost"
our
order.
The
server,
Mario,
who
made
sure
to
say
he
"did
great"
and
he
was
"awesome"
(
I've
never
met
a
more
self-aggrandizing
server)
....
he
didn't
check
on
our
order's
progress
until
we
continued
to
ask
and
ask...
then
he
blamed
the
kitchen
staff.
So,
they
put
the
order
back
in
as
we
waited,
and
starved
because
he
didn't
even
bring
the
biscuits
we
asked
for,
that
took
another
30
minutes
alone,
and
someone
else
brought
them.
He
kept
walking
back
and
forth
in
the
back
and
never
picked
up
my
ques
we
needed
him.
We
had
a
meeting
to
get
to,
so
they
packed
up
the
food
(
it's
now
1
hour
and
15
minutes
since
we
were
seated)
and
we
took
it
to
go.
After
the
meeting
we
opened
it
to
try
to
eat
a
little
before
heading
to
bed,
and
the
order
was
WRONG!
The
asst
Mgr?
Comped
the
entrees,
which
was
nice,
but
the
order
was
wrong
and
we
didn't
know
it
until
much
later.
We
paid
for
the
drinks
(
soft
drinks
which
the
"great"
waiter
NEVER
refilled,
and
the
$13
appetizer
of
6
tiny
stuffed
mushrooms!
Plus,
I
felt
obligated
to
tip,
as
they
were
standing
right
there.
Red
Lobster
is
a
good
restaurant,
the
Temecula
location
unfortunately
should
be
avoided,
it's
obviously
poorly
managed.
