Travelodge near 5 fwy, comfortable rooms with TV, refrigerator, microwave, one cup coffee maker. Pool and jacuzzi were open, fitness center was closed. No continental breakfast however, there is coffee and vending machines in lobby. Starbucks and 7-11 are in walking distance. There is also a Dennys and small restaurant. Motel is about 3 miles from Citadel outlet. No safes in room.

We stayed here while attending a certain sporting event (I don’t need to tell you its name, but it rhymes with “Bows Roll”). Our stay was fine and the room clean and quiet. The traffic noise from the freeway was muted enough that it didn’t affect our sleep. This Travelodge is in an industrialized neighborhood, but the location seemed safe enough when we ventured out. The staff was pleasant and helpful in all our interactions with them. Took off a star because the outlet in the bathroom wasn’t working.

Came in from a 16 hour drive, the room and all the bedding they gave me smelt awful. Stains EVERYWHERE, puddle of I don't know what at the foot of my door no hair dryer in the room also staff told me they had a hot tub , failed to mention it was out of order. Dont look like going to be up and running soon No refund for my room for 3 nights DO NOT RECOMMEND, (customer from Denver co)

We were really late on checking in past midnight. The lady at the reception was still energetic and helpful. check in was quick. I would say it's a decent place to stay and had no issues whatsoever. We stayed there for just one night. The air-conditioning was good compared to other places we stayed recently. The rooms were clean and near too. Everything was working and nothing to complain.

So where do I start, no ice bucket. Dirty coffee maker, they don’t provide a hair dryer. We tried to watch tv but the cable kept disconnecting. No breakfast, not even to go. Only good thing was the bed. The damn shower was weird as heck. The toilet was very loose too. Overall, I did not like this hotel. Not very clean or nice.

I can see why this place is always booked. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms. No bugs as far as I can tell. And the bed comfort are above average. The receptionist that checked us in on Mar. 14, 2022 was very helpful and kind. My only issues were: the toilet weak flush, the ac dropping in temperature, no breakfast (but at least they have coffee). I would definitely return. [Update: IMO this is still one of the good, "cheap" hotels in L.A. Please keep in mind this place needs some upgrades (mainly floor, toliet, shower head and the bed itself). The front side elevator is broken (but the rear one works). Still no breakfast the last time i was there. Love the staff and visitors are normally cool.]

Recently stayed here, daughters purse was forgotten. We called and asked if housekeeping found it , at first the front office stated they had nothing and they would speak with housekeepers. Day after we received a call from them and that they had found it. After picking it up items from there were missing like money, ring & debit card was gone too. It’s too sad that staff who found it or other staff who had access to it couldn’t keep their hands to themselves & respect the property of others. We asked to speak with manger Karla but she was not available and we couldn’t wait as we travelled from out of town & needed to leave.

Rooms are fair. Building currently under construction. I would make sure the toilets flush and the shower works with in the first 10 min. Check for spiders. I was upgraded to a suite on the 3rd floor. Woke up victim to a spider bites.

No food available, elevator down for weeks. 1 ice machine on the top floor and should be in the lobby for convenience and control.

I spent two nights in this Motel, there was no noise, they had coffee with a coffee maker inside, it was awesome, I hope to return again, maybe for more days...

This places is the worst place in LA. Building is old, rooms smell pretty bad, elevator doesn’t work, no free breakfast as they promised, but the worst is the people who work there, specially Rosa, which doesn’t care about your time.

Place is ok but they for some reason say no pets and some people I see do have pets . I was targeted to not have any pets while I literally see other people walking theirs . WoW now that's very unprofessional. Plus they called the sheriff's on me and my kids for visiting a friend that has a terminal heart disease now that is the ultimate unprofessional that I have ever experienced. Travelodge in commerce needs to be reprimanded and or take actions on their management

Clean room and friendly front desk. But in the morning around 10 someone opened our room and didn’t say any word. Could have said sorry if it was a mistake or something or should have told us it’s x minutes left before checkout. But no he/she just opened the door, peeked because the chain lock was attached then left.

I drove from New Orleans, Louisiana to Los Angeles, California (27 hrs). This hotel was so comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I definitely would recommend. If I do return to LA, this would be my go-to hotel. It’s also affordable!!

When booking through Priceline, I accidentally clicked on this location, immediately realized it was the wrong one (it was farther away), and canceled. I called the hotel within 2 minutes to explain and they REFUSED to refund my payment. So I paid $75 for a room I never used. Priceline was no help, saying it was the "policy" to issue no refunds. I highly recommend avoiding Travelodge and Priceline. Their customer service is absolutely unacceptable.

Room was clean and good. Maids did great work. Coffee but no breakfast... Be aware there is a 100 deposit in addition to room charge card only

I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this last-minute hotel we booked. Its very close to the Commerce Casino and only minutes away from the Citadel shopping outlets. I feel like they have underated this hotel. With that said, I took the initiative and time to leave a 5 star review. Frontdesk young lady was quick and resourceful. The only thing I have to complain about is the elevators. Clear signage of the elevators would be great. They were a little hard to notice as they looked very similar to the rooms door. Signage would be a great help to those who are blind like myself. It took me a minute to finally find the elevator. Im glad I didn't give up on finding it, I was really trying to avoid carrying my heavy luggage up the stairs. Long story short, very clean and cozy rooms, free wifi, and budget friendly when booking thru a third party. Im a happy guest. Will definately stay here more often. Thank you.

Hotel was a little beat up but the rooms were serviceable and clean. Don't fall for the ol* free breakfast or the gym trick, as both were closed and under construction -as the old dirty print-out posted on the door said. They did state that the coffee was free in the morning but by that time I had lost faith in anything they were offering. There was a pool that seemed to be functioning, and a hot tub that was steaming, but I never tried either.

It was OK. Better than motel 6. They are making improvements right now so the parking lot is torn up. Should look good when finished.

I had a good experience on this hotel, I was for 1 week, and everything good, nice pool, location is about 30 mins. away from LA, Which is not a big deal for the price that I paid, I would recommend this place, the room was clean, free Wifi, 7-eleven is literally across the street, so you don't have to go crazy looking for food or some snacks that u wanna eat that day. 🙂

The employees at the front desk were all very kind and accomodating, especially the girl with the short, curly, purplish hair. She went above and beyond to assist with extending my stay. The rooms are also clean and the beds are cozy! Only reason it is not 5 stars is due to construction in front. Thanks!

Stayed here for a business trip for 2 weeks. The staff were friendly. Breakfast is not included due to the pandemic. No problem with wifi connection. Laundry room is always available. Had trouble sleeping at first though 'cause my room was by the pool (facing the freeway). So yes, you could hear the cars and trucks passing by. I requested to transfer and I had a room facing Telegraph Rd. It was more "peaceful" there lol The room was spacious, complete with a microwave and ref. Bed was average. Minus 1 star just because of the location, the only near restaurant was Ozzie's Diner. And I'm having reservations with regards to security.

Nice place, good staff but needs some fixing, also need to keep homeless people out of property, not safe.

Rooms are nice , the wifi is hard to connect to! Staff is very helpful and accommodating the area seems kind of ghetto but overall a very nice place to stay
