Danny was THE BEST! He was so helpful in getting me along with my bicycle operational. He either needs to OWN the store or be given a RAISE! I give you a ***** star rating :)!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience with this neighborhood shop. I went in for a tire and tube replacement and they gave me the wrong one finding out after I got home. So I went back and instead of apologizing the first thing was they shouted at me if I had a mask, than made me wait outside because they had 5 people in the store(and 2 were employees). No apology the entire time.

Great local shop for South County residents looking for quality cycling gear. Mechanic, in particular, did an excellent, speedy service of my bike to get me on my way. Pleasant personalities and great people skills!

They have a great selection with good prices and lots of goodies to add on. They staff are really nice and helpful.

He was so friendly and knowledgeable. Lee from the store even helped us install the kick stands and even helped us load up our bikes onto our trunk rack!

Great Service. Knowledgeable Staff. Fair Pricing. I brought my wife's titanium road bike to JAX to have them provide insights on what was needed since it had not been ridden for a while. The tech made some adjustments and both he and the general manager, Jason, provided valuable insights. All at a very fair price. The store became a bit busy and they appropriately asked if they could tend to the other customers as I waited for the adjustments. Highly recommended.

I have only positive feedback to give about JAX San Clemente. My online ebike purchase from them was seamless. They even happily allowed me to change my choice of bike color once I saw the color choices in person. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with everything. I am very satisfied and would recommend JAX San Clemente.

This is actually my first time being at this location possibly early April about a 9-speed cassette Prime 9 not sure if they did mention the Jax Store at Laguna Niguel, but that is the least of my problems. Main reason is that I talked to some of the staff about applying for Jax Bicycle center, which I have for several stores mainly for Sales Associate either Full or Part-time, and dead serious about it. I only apply for fun, and passionate about Mountain bike. Thank you for your assistance really I do.

Hmmm, thought I did. Here goes again. This was my first adventure using a hitch. I'm 67 years old and very determined. The staff were so kind and patient. They showed me how to attach the rack, then I took it off and put it back on. The next stop for me was Lowe's to buy a ratchet! What an amazing tool😁 Oh ya, I'm a her, she etc, so very little wrenching experience.
