Smallest portions I've ever seen (see pics). Some bits of orange chicken are hard as a rock, some pieces are a little soggy, a couple are cooked well. Noodles are overcooked and dry. To top it all off, it's way overpriced.

Jocelyn POOR Customer service Rude. To not just me but costumers ordering before me. & after. Should be trained the correct aproach to Treating Panda Costumers. Was in such a hurry she failed to listen to me when I placed my order ,she gave me what she thought I should have. When I got to register It was for a large entre which was incorrect then since she didn’t finish taking my order. I had to wait additional minutes for the cream cheese. In which I paid in full. However lost my appetite as I was speaking to the cashier Jocelyn interrupted at that point I requested a refund . Jocelyn. POOR People skills

Bad Service staff! The serving first guy on the line in black tshirt was so rude and did not help me and treated me like total disrespect, I was very bad when you get bad treatment when entering a restaurant . Later another staff Victory helped me with my order . I guess the stars are only for his help. I got two bowls from here but totally not worth it as the bad behavior ruined my mood.

Two cash registers and one cashier. It is burdensome for the lone cashier to handle customers while the manager, in the background, is laughing and engaging in small talk with other employees.

The food is not as good as it used to, and they only hand out one Sriracha sauce per plate . On top of that, they always have the AC on full blast, making the food cold and not enjoyable it feels like you're inside a freezer

What $10.50 at panda express gets you now. Pitiful. Do yourself a favor and go to your local hong kong express/chinatown express and eat there instead.

Idk how the food became so bland. Third time I tried it there since it's the closest to my home. And I got the traditional half plate with orange chicken and beef broccoli. The chow mein really lacked taste. And the best part of the food was the orange chicken. Customer service was great. Greeted by everyone. Every time I go it's great but the food needs to be better

Order online and pick up later for the speedy process. You can skip to the cashier's register to inform them that you have ordered online.

The food is usually good for it being panda, i mean it ain't no silver palace. Service is good, i would make sure you have all you items if placing a big order.

Panda Express Santa Fe Springs was a really good experience. Good service, friendly staff, reasonable price and the food is always serve hot and fresh. I recommend the grill chicken. It's definitely a good place to eat.

I work doing deliveries and I got a bunch of single dollars so I went to get three plates and paid with them, they gave me my receipt and then they didn’t want to give me my food because the manager said they have to check all the $, come on I am not going to pay with fake singles… another customer on line told them why they were holding my food if I already paid, took long to get my food, because they have to check the bills in a machine that wasn’t close to the cash register!!

What I learn from experience, when they put the small containers with soy sauce or teriyaki sauce in the same bag of food. The lids on the containers open up and make a mess inside the bag. Happen to me 2 times. I tell the girl to put the containers in a separate small bag. I'm sure it happen to many customers and delivery drivers. You need to tell them everytime.

I feel ripped off. Very expensive and rude workers. My opinion is avoid this place. Remember that Panda still has the most delicious orange chicken then any place I have been. When you get a good chef working.

They didn't add hot sauce to my door dash order , they should include in every door dash order just incase

I ordered beef broccoli all I got was wet a*s broccoli no beef. I told them and it fell to deaf ears! Worst panda Express everrr

They served me very little orange chicken and the chicken I got was hard as a rock the broccoli beef was disgusting never going back I try to see if maybe it will be different but everything is gross never going back the cashier server is very rude wen I let her know and seemed upset I'm paying for it so yes I'm not guna chew on a hard piece they need to shutdown and bring real Chinese food back.

Omg I just got home and what can I say. The good is so gross. The chow.mein don't even have noodles. It's strictly vegetables. The broccoli looks discolored. Yes! Never going back to this Panda
