This beautiful natural landscape of a park, is an asset to the community! Nestled in the hills, it’s a great place to do a workout, have a family picnic, take the kids for a nature walk or just go and meditate! The large park has multiple trails that straddle the woods, with cross-trails to connect them, so it’s possible to do loop trail hikes with a change in scenery! There’s several quiet, secluded spots to choose from for having a picnic. Many spots are tree shaded, while others are more out in the open. Parking, restrooms and trash containers are conveniently located all around the park, except higher up in the hills.

Cherry Blossoms 3/13 are so early this year . For those not familiar with the park ..there is a cute playground with padded foam not wood chips (make right after the pay booth ). The Large Dog Park it’s being re-seeded so you can’t have access to it but there are plenty of short or long trails (kid /toddler friendly) . Watch out for snakes and those big lawn holes . I’ve asked when the new Splash Pad Park is will be finished but the workers at the pay 💰 booth didn’t even know there is one . YES there is one and it’s looking amazing so far . I believe in couple of mo should be ready . It has slides 🛝 and swings , shower flowers etc The splash pad replaced the other smaller playground which had the big green tube slides .

The dog park is open! The best park in the SGV just got better with the opening of the Dali’s dog park. Separate areas for small and large dogs. The three munchkins had plenty of room, green space and shaded sitting areas. The large dogs area was right next door and was of course a bit larger. Add this spot to your walk with your dog within the park.

Great park to walk your dog, bring your kids/family or go on a hike. It’s a really huge park with a lot to do. The squirrels there are super friendly and come up to you and there are also horses as well. I believe there is free parking on weekdays; On weekends during the daytime there is a parking fee. You can always park your car near the park and walk there!

Parks are the best in California state and this park in Rowland Heights is fantastic... Who does not like the idea of being able to enjoy nature? an important factor is the nearby green areas that are around. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 150 minutes of physical activity over a week is the recommended time that adults should do to stay healthy. For most people, that figure is easily achieved by walking throughout the day, while others prefer to spend their time in the gym or outdoors. However, two of the most popular forms of exercise are running and cycling, both of which are activities that can be done without any hassle if you live near a park. Enjoy guys and Run ,run run !!!

We’ve been to this park many times taking our grandkid Kobe. This is a huge park, They charge five dollars on the weekend ,seven dollars on holidays ,during the week is free. There’s picnic areas ,barbecue grills, kid playing areas with sandbox and rubber safety floors . Many trails ,horseback riding a brand new dog park- (You’ll have to keep your pet on a leash while visiting this park )concerts, Senior Citizen activities, recreational rooms . Bike riding. Tennis court and tennis court lesson, soccer fields ,camping . There’s so many things to do at this park. I’m sure I didn’t cover it all. Best thing to do is get on their website. This is our local park. You can park on the street on Azusa it’s free .Hope you enjoy our park.

Love the Spring Cherry Blossoms. They've done a great job lining the paths with them. Sadly, some people have to ruin it by taking large cuttings!

Great place for a hike with pets. The dog park was closed for maintainence, but it is a large area for both large and small dogs. Stunning scenery that brings a sense of peace. Sometimes, there are people practicing dance or music, which adds to the beautiful setting. The horse stable adds to the magic. There are plenty of picnic areas throughout the park. Plenty of parking, and there is access to restrooms.

I really like this park as it is kept very clean with beautiful trees, maintained grass and trails. The park itself is quite large. They due charge for parking during the weekend which is what helps them fund the operation on the weekend. There are many picnic benches all around and is very well kept. You can reserve them for bigger parties. The back Shabarum trail takes you to couple nice overlooks, horse stables, art expression areas, nature preserves, and to Powder Canyon. There were a couple of transient camps I noticed in the back area of the park, tucked away. Hopefully it is controlled and will not get out of hand.

I missed the fully cherry blossom. There were about 3 trees only near the entrance and the rest were just baby tree. However, the white blossom were beautiful too, I don't think it's a cherry blossom. Enjoyed our walk and and to save the $7 entrance fee we parked on the neighborhood street.

The great park with playgrounds, a lot of different hiking trails and also horseback riding. Has picnic tables. You can relax and breathe in the fresh air in a forest full of huge trees. In spring, you can enjoy pink cherry blossoms and bright yellow mustard flowers. It is located in an area with convenient transportation, making it easy to use restaurants and other facilities. .

The dog park is beautiful! Its clean and well maintained. Our dog loved socializing with the other dogs. The park has lots of shaded benches to sit comfortably. There are separate fenced in areas for small dogs and big dogs.We enjoyed it and will definitely return.

A sanctuary surrounded by a few sizable suburban cities. With picnic areas and hiking trails. With ample shades, seating areas, for both relaxing and rigorous activities.

Wonderful park for families. There are hiking trails, three playgrounds, bathrooms located throughout the park, horses & donkeys area, a butterfly park, a gazebo, lots of tables for parties etc and the grounds are extremely clean. Its a great park to have lots of fun and feel safe. Thank you for the nominal entrance fee. No homeless people was a plus. I love this park located in Rowland Heights.

It's a really nice dog park/park. They have two dog parks, one for big dogs and one for small dogs. We came once about an hour before the park closed and didn't have to pay for parking, but the next day we had to pay $7 for parking, which I felt was kind of outrageous for a public park.
