    ATTENTION!! BRAKES WENT OUT ON THE HWY This is by far one of the worst experiences/days we have came across. We rented a vehicle (Chevy Equinox 2021) in order to travel from LA to AZ for our aunts funeral. Our BRAKES WENT OUT ON HWY 10 going EAST bound. The scare we had of almost colliding with another vehicle was extremely frightening. We quickly yet slowly exited the hwy. We spotted a local Enterprise branch 1325 Industrial Hwy Park Ave, Redlands CA, 92374 and proceeded to enter for assistance. The service provided there by the manager name Johanes Mawikere AKA Joe was extremely rude!!! He had no remorse nor empathy for the experience and scare we just gone though. Our mother was shaken and frightened. Joe not only shrugged his shoulders and attempted to tell myself and my family there is nothing he can do to help but also chuckled and laughed while making this statement. This was said while standing outside in the parking lot without even going back in the office and attempting to resolve our issue nor check his data base for any other vehicles available. Joe then had the audacity to walk away mid conversation! We were baffled at this...he then of course returned after we stated "this is not acceptable service" We are in complete shock at the service provided at this Enterprise branch location in Redlands. After much time lost and missed dinner with our family, we are now placed back in a vehicle but very much afraid for our safety on our way to a family funeral. My question and worry is, what if the next rental has an issue? the brakes? engine? anything? Our lives our placed in these vehicles expecting for them to be serviced, maintained and checked prior to being placed on the road. *Filled the tank with gas *brakes go out *delayed on family funeral and dinner *additional gas fees *emotional stress Please take in mind to reiterate customer etiquette with the manager Joe Mawikere

    Very disappointed. My wife booked a reservation for today, AND actually called yesterday the branch office and spoke to a Mikayla to schedule a pick up that afternoon (thus extending our rental a day earlier). They never sent anyone to pick her up and we could not get a call through to the office an hour before closing. We then called corporate and they assured us that a car would pick us up this morning. No show. If you need to rent a car from a reputable and dependable company, go with someone else. There’s no call to confirm and you can’t get through to the office during morning opening hours.

    First off, if they’re busy they won’t answer the phone. You’ll stay on hold 15-20 minutes get disconnected then start over again. When I picked up my rental they gave it to me with the low tire air pressure light on. They said I can take it to pep boys or tire choice to get it looked at. Really, I can take it and wait. The first three days I just put air in it every morning. Then I decided to go wait because I was going to have the car for a while, so I waited while they fixed the tire with a screw in it. While I was there they filled up the reservoir that Enterprise gave me empty with no windshield wiper fluid in it. They obviously know people need to rent cars so quality control and good customer service really isn’t necessary, When I left this review, I never wanted anyone to contact me, but I get an email from customer service saying they want to get to the bottom of this so I send them my info. I receive this email from customer service three weeks ago. “Thank you for choosing Enterprise for your car rental needs! My name is Josh and I am happy to assist you today. We apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused and we will ensure to get this in the right direction for proper assistance. I have engaged the regional management team at REDLANDS and they will contact you as soon as they can. Your Reference Number is: If you have any further questions regarding this rental, please feel free to email us back. Have a wonderful day! Kind Regards, Josh Enterprise Customer Service” Of course no contact from Regional office, don’t say you care about customer service and not follow through. Regional office sets the tone, and if they don’t care it shows why Redlands office doesn’t care. Just call it what it is, Enterprise doesn’t care and move forward. Don’t reply like customer service matters so others reading will think you have customer service. I get it your busy, that’s why you send out cares without checking the basics. Just be truthful.

    Staff were extremely rude. I made reservations 2 weeks in advance as I have done for years. I was being given a difficult time about the card that I have always used. Attempting to explain to them the card is same that I used and should also be on file. The clerk was nonprofessional and stated she was only doing her job. I was told to go some place else in which I did. I went to Avis and rented a car and was treated with great respect. I will never go to the Enterprise in Redlands CA as long as the company have rude unprofessional staff.

    I should give them 5 star but the vehicle has a braking issue once I start my road trip the next day. Every time you applied your brake over the 60 MPH the whole car vibrate. And the inside car has very strong smell of cigarettes. I have to spray a full can of free breeze inside to removed it. My kids and the other family with us was having problem in breathing inside. But once I sprayed it then it became more better to ride in. Please double check the vehicle and the mechanical like brakes. I did not noticed that cause I did not used the freeway when I got it.

    My experience was exceptional. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was early for my appointment but the employees adapted without complaint or comment. They upgraded my car with no extra charge and had me on the road in about fifteen minutes. Thank you to everyone at Redlands Enterprise!

    The customer service was great! Everyone was helpful and professional. I would have gave a 5 star however I had to exchange the rental 3 times during the 20 days i had the vehicle. 1 was for a more economical vehicle that wasn’t available at pickup but the 2nd n 3rd vehicle had a heavy marijuana smell that gave me headaches every time I was in the vehicle. Fabreeze only helped a little. Other than that, their customer service was truly great.

    I booked a car rental through enterprise. I called hours before my pick up time, spoke to Garret & told them it was going to be a few hours before I could actually make it, they said that was perfectly fine and would see me then. BUT, failed to tell me they close at 1:00pm. I’m out of state from Colorado and obviously NEEDED this car but the horrible customer service in this work world leaves PAYING customers screwed. Ended up having to drive all over town and thankfully Fox Rent A Car was able to come through & cover me with a better price & upgraded vehicle! Sooo everyone run there and do not use this terrible place.

    My entire experience with Enterprise was fantastic. From meeting and dealing with Brooke to the car I was rented through the entire process after having your own car not available for a two week period. Nothing but professionalism, true caring on a personal level and absolutely no pressure. My whole Enterprise experience was amazing.

    They have been fantastic during the long period my car has been at the mechanic. Always very friendly and helpful. The cars have been clean, good condition and well priced. Cannot say enough how helpful the staff has been and has really kept my mood positive while having to rent cars frequently.

    I have rented several times from this location and never thought of putting a review. I did however decide that it was time to give these guys the praise they deserve. Every time I’ve gone the rentals have been clean, the price has been exactly as quoted, and their service has been very very good. This most recent time Joe was my sales person and he was excellent. Highly recommend this location and very thankful for them.

    First time using this location for a rental car and had done my reservation online before getting the car. Service was great and quick as my car was ready and clean. Just wished their weekend hours were open a longer. Upon return next morning had great customer service from “Joe” and went very quick.

    Amazing customer service from the front desk to the two guys helping you get the car and return the car. Everyone was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best rates. Would 10/10 come back here for my next rental car.

    We went to another enterprise and got a car that had zero brakes and missing a hubcap. Then we came to that enterprise in Redlands Gustavo was honestly the best. He was handling the front like a champ and honestly was the best help. Thank you enterprise in Redlands and especially thank you Gustavo you were the best

    The employees here are kind and professional. They always meet or exceed my needs! They contacted me a couple days after I returned the car to inform me that my deposit had been credited back to my account. I truly appreciated them taking the time to let me know, as it saved me the hassle of checking on it myself! It was one less thing for me to not worry about! They're a Stellar team and will continue to get my business!

    The front desk Dom, took care of me. This is the second time renting a car through my dealership here. And they are the best at accommodating me and my little family. Manager Kyle checked us out. It was fast and convenient. He was not pressuring me as I had to unload a car seat and stroller. I felt at ease and definitely will come back! They do get busy. But it is a rental place. It’s like that everywhere. I called to see when the latest check out time and got a quick response as well. Thanks enterprise of Redlands!

    I had an issue with the condition of the vehicle when we picked it up. I addressed my issue after I dropped it off with Chandler and he was extremely professional, apologetic, understanding and attentive. He quickly took care of the matter and reassured my confidence in Enterprise to provide me with the best that you have when I need a vehicle. Great service from him!

    Bad management. Be very careful here at this location and inspect the car fully. Every vehicle they try tried to rent me had major issues. Bald tires. Damage to suspension on another, missing hubcaps and other issues. When asked, the manager became defensive and made excuses as to why they could not rent anymore cars that day. Bad service and concerns over safety of vehicles. Possibly trying to not service cars, so to get more cars out to meet quota. Beware of this location!!

    I’ve been renting from Enterprise for years and it is almost always a great experience. On a recent trip to Alaska, I was told be my travel agent there was no Enterprise at the Anchorage airport (wrong) so I reserved a car thru Avis. What a difference!! And not in a good way. Service was terrible and prices were not as quoted. I will forever be an Enterprise customer. They are always honest and reliable.

    The vehicle was great. Please have the person that's cleaning the vehicle make sure that the they are clean the inside of ALL the storage areas. Theres been a few times that I've had vehicles with dirty compartments. I speak for myself when I say that I don't like putting my belongings in a compartment that has a bunch of crumbs. Thank you

    We frequently rent cars from this Enterprise, and we always get good service and nice vehicles. Today was probably our best experience overall, as we had some amazing customer service from a young man named "Z". He took great care of us, got us into a really nice 2023 Nissan Rogue for our weekend trip and was overall a really nice well informed guy. There were a lot of people there waiting on vehicles but he got us in and out pretty quick considering it was a Friday afternoon. 5 Star service!!!

    I am a disabled senior Veteran and I rent a car at least once a month. I find it cheaper than a car payment. I have been doing this for 3 or 4 years now. I always use Enterprise. I have never had a problem with any vechical. Always clean and in good shape. The best thing you have going is your employees. Always friendly well groomed and helpful. I became friends with some. I think you all deserve a pat on the back and a big atta-boy or girl. 5 stars because you come as advertised.

    My visit on December 27, 2022 was a pleasant one. Brook was amazing and took a lot of care in helping me select a car that would be best suited for me. She was honest and straightforward about the cost. I appreciated that. She wasn’t pushy, she just helped me search for another car. Chandler was also a pleasure to work with. When I returned my car he was extremely pleasant and friendly. I believed that Ibwas a valued customer due to his care and professionalism.

    Enterprise Rent-A-Car is more then a Nation Wide Business, The Redlands CA, office treated me with a lot of respected, soon as I walked in the door. My 2022 vehicle was totaled, right at 30 days, I need a vehicle very fast, Enterprise was there, Enterprise helped me get into a vehicle, right away. The Manager Amie, sent me a Thank you text, the next day. This is a very busy office, but run so smoothly. I wanted to switch out my vehicle, I text Amie, she informed me, when to come in, for the vehicle, I wanted and the vehicle was waiting for me as promised. Nice vehicles, clean, and I found out you can even get a good deal on a vehicle purchase. I purchased a new vehicle and Enterprise, saved me again, because the new vehicle, was located 90 miles away. I was able to get approval from the Enterprise Redlands Manager, to drop the vehicle off at another location, saving me time and money. Thank you Amie and Enterprise Rent A Car Donnie Hall

    Short staffed redlands enterprise. Was able to make a reservation for economical car but upon pick up they had none. System needs to be updated to sync to what is actually available . Because then the staff has to deal with upset customers. I had to rent because my car was in the shop unexpectedly. The car I reserved was not available and Jackson handled it very professionally as I was visibly frustrated. Even with a long line behind me he made sure my questions were answered and explained the process. It made this experience a great one. Jackson 5 stars. Enterprise 3 stars. Needs more staffing and updated system.

    I’ve been to this location twice; first time I got lucky and everything went smoothly overall. Bit of a line (understaffed in my opinion) but I got a clean car, everything working as expected. Second time I went back, they were again really behind and scrambling. I finally got called up (about an hour after my appointment time), and had to wait additional time for them to wash/sanitize. They were obviously rushing and just rinsed exterior and missed checking basics. Air pressure was low on 2 tires, windshield wipers were damaged and no fluid. Interior was a mess/filthy. Giving a low score because I don’t have confidence in what I’ll wind up with here. I rented for a business trip and had to stop at a service station to put air in tires and repeatedly clean the windshield for visibility.
