Great service! Fresh product is one thing that gets me coming back to this location, and not to mention the staff. Staff is amazingly helpful, and go above and beyond of service. Thank you all and continue the excellent work you all are doing.

I love all of the employees here, but just a heads up about your new sale on soda, you need to fix the little tiny signs. Part of it says there's a limit of three, and then even smaller says limit of one. You may want to consider posting a big sign letting people know it's a limit of one for the promotion. I had to go back and look because I saw the limit of three, but was still charged full price on some just to see that at the very bottom in even smaller font is limit of one.

This is a clean, well stocked supermarket with a wide selection of reasonably priced food and sundries. The deli made me an excellent sandwich today and the service here is very good. There is a Starbucks inside the store, also. They do delivery and curbside pick up. A very good place to shop!

This is the nearest store to my place so I am forced to do a lot of shopping here. The employees are polite and helpful but I mainly do self-check out since they don't seem to have too many registers open. The hot food section is terrible. I've tried several different items and they seem to be getting worst. The prices are much more expensive than other stores that are more of a drive but its convenience we are paying, I guess. The parking is not too bad, is best to park away from the entrance since this is a busy shopping center. I do enjoy shopping their Friday deals, seems to always have something I need or want.

The store itself is okay at best. The parking lot area, we'll, beware of getting your purse snatches, hobo and anything in between.

After years of shopping at this store for generations, I was humiliated by an employee and the supervisor did nothing when I voiced this concern. Terrible customer service.

I'm concerned that this Vons doesn't understand the importance of customer service. My first job was as a courtesy clerk and that job taught me the importance of good customer service. I went early this morning to Vons to place a custom cake order for an upcoming family party in the area- I live about 30 mins away. The gentleman at the bakery counter was very kind but did not know how to take a cake order or how to help me and he was the only one in the department as his cake decorator was on break and in his own words " I don't know when she's coming back " He then proceeded to take my info and informed me he would have her call me before she leaves. I asked when she would leave and again he said " I don't know sometime between 9:30 and 11 " Minutes ago I call the bakery and no one answers. I call again 3 more times without an answer. I then decide to call the store and ask for the front end manager ... after waiting several minutes I was sent to a voicemail. I'm concerned about the level care they provide their patrons. Is this not concerning? I would prefer to not give this establishment business and go with someplace else but it's about convenience ... but at this point it's getting ridiculous.

Loved this Vons. On my way home from work, staff always helpful, Management never missing the chance to ask if there’s anything that I need. I go there and I had just stopped by the bank to get some cash. Mind you, it’s The bank that shares a parking lot with them. Vons didn’t accept my bills. I don’t know if it was because they were new or because something was wrong with two (thats right, two) of their bill readers but I was embarrassed. On top of that, my every day Apple Pay card was on the fritz (my fault). Am I going to take cash in here again? No Am I going to make sure my cars work from now on? Yes

Years ago I would have complained about an attitude but I haven’t gotten that vibe in a while. Nothing to complain or brag about here just your average grocery experience. In this day and age what more can you ask for. Participates in snap aka food stamps but doesn’t honor the hot meal program . Worth investigating. Or just more hating on the homeless hacienda heights is well known for. I would say id report you to dpss but I’m sure it’s authorized in this district. Anyways happy shopping yuppies.

Clean store, big bakery and large hot food area. The fried chicken combos are a good deal. The breakfast burritos at 5.99 are pretty good also

I mostly go to starbucks inside Vons i wont shop here bc they are expensive i mostly buy the cotton candy grapes wen i can afford it bc like i said they r so expensive. I spent 11 dollars on a little bag of little grapes but they were cotton candy grapes

I called in yesterday to order 24 pieces of dark meat chicken. My co- worker cam in today to pickup for me and the lady at deli only gave him 16 pieces and told him to wait for 20 minutes for her to make more. There are more than 30 pieces that ready cook and she didn't want to give it to him! My question is : are you guys in the business to sell and satisfied customer business? Especially, I did order ahead of time? I have 22 persons to feed! Not satisfied customer

I have always gotten my cakes here. The baker or the person that was taking the orders asked what would I want. I asked her for a dinner cake with lots of balloons. I told her, like the movie Up. She replied oh I seen the movie from DreamWorks. I smiled and yeah sure. (It’s Pixar.) and I got this! SMH…. I could of gotten cupcakes that looked better! Really! so sad!….Not satisfied!…

If I could I would rate my experience in this place a big 0..this was my first time walking in to this store and within a minute I was racially profiled. As so I felt. This happened yesterday in the afternoon....as I was walking in the store a couple of people walked by me, I was there for one item. I looked lost but I figured where this item would be. I saw the security guard, didn't think anything of it, but I saw his facial expression. Didn't pay much attention because I was on a mission for one item. As I was walking down the aisles, I felt someone following me. I turned around and the security guard trying to pay it off, was in fact following me. I found the aisle that I needed and began searching for the item. As I was looking for it, he was pacing back and forth watching EVERY move I made. I was going to go up to him and ask if I could help him since he was keeping an eye on me but he left. I was there about 10 mintues searching for this item and found nothing. I turn around and there he was. Watching me. I have NEVER felt that much disrespect in my life. I was probably the only Mexican there and for this security guard to stalk me for no reason is unbearable. I gave him NO MOTIVE to assume I was going to commit a crime or whateverhis reason was to follow me. I was only there to buy one ite, but thank goodness I did not spend a dime in this store. Never again will I step foot in there!

I have never seen such horribly rude disrespectful employees. All lead by a ridiculous unprofessional Manager who has no knowledge of his store or how to run it. Having worked for the company and knowing what Vons standards and expectations are this blew me away.

I always love shopping at the Vons here everything's always fresh and the employees are always friendly and helpful and there's a lot of selection to choose from. I made a fresh sandwich from the deli and the produce section.

Was in a pinch and needed to stop at a market, this place isn't my usual spot. But to my delight, it was very well stocked with a wide variety of item's representing many different brand's. Highly recommend this Von's location.

It was later in the evening so doors on one side of the store were blocked. Other than that, I had super fast service. The cashier was really nice and courteous.

Came to pick up a quick Snack, and guess what I find as soon as I walk in . SNACKS! I went for the healthier alternative, and got some cut up fruit and some veggies. All packaged and ready to go. . Other then the foot traffic that comes with an Indoor Starbucks.

I stopped by Vons about once a week don't buy much so go through self checkout. This store is clean organized and very nice employee . But I have to give a shout out to Dominic. This young man is always at the self checkout when I'm there. Great personality friendly and always willing to help when I say hey Dominic I need some assistance.
