On December 26, around 11:20 pm an incident has occurred at this raising canes. I never experienced such discrimination ever in my life ! The humiliation these people caused was not acceptable along with them being very rude and unprofessional! this female shown on the photo refused to give me her name she stated she is the manger and there is no one above her ! I was first trying to Explain to her the situation by speaking to her with a calm formal manner about my boyfriend being discriminated by one of the employees because of his native origin, he don’t speak much English. I witness everything happened and I couldn’t believe my eyes ! All he wanted was a fork and was ignored by one of the the staffs who then went ahead and assisted someone else as he stood there and waited , I then went to the register myself and asked for a fork, The employee who ignored my boyfriend said “it’s over there!”with an aggressive high tone! as I walked away, I sat down, spoke to one of the male staffs who happened to pass by me i then asked him if I can please speak to the manger . This female manger comes along didn’t even bother to introduce herself whatsoever all she did was try to argue with me instead of being professional and handling things differently. She mentioned she was aware of what happened but didn’t witness nothing , she rudely talked over me after I tried to explain to her the situation , she didn’t bother to listen she got very defensive and aggressive with me . Speaking up for the other staff she stated “Well she don’t know any Spanish she’s Human!” I then told her “that’s not how you speak to customers you’re very rude and very unprofessional “! She said you guys can leave ! I’m calling security . Security guard Kevin came along who was also very rude and unprofessional, he also try to intimidate me by claiming he is a lapd police officer , I tried speaking to him but he didn’t really seem to care . He said let’s make things easier and talk outside ,I’m just doing my job , he also stated I don’t have rights because I told him I’m a Latina and I don’t approve of this behavior! I asked him if he can take back the food because it was very cold ! To mention it was a very cold raining night ! What bothered me the most is how cold hearted they were to escort me out along with little sister. Out of malice they did not refund our order! I wasn’t about to eat cold chicken I then threw it all away We were left hungry craving some warm chicken . I didn’t deserve this emotional distress these people caused and I highly hope it never happens to anyone ever again! it’s a very horrible feeling ! There are ways on how to speak to people and handling situations better Very disgusting personalities, no manners or respect !

I couldn't bare the lines at the one out where I live cuz it has some hype like Chik-filet. This location was smooth through the drive-thru. Oh, and it is worth a bit of hype as it is quite good! Box deals of 3 or 4 tenders makes ordering easy. I'd say the sweet tea is the drink of choice, but I'm watching calories so unsweetened tea what I normally get anywhere anyway; better than many here just not special. Great service too, so clearly 5 stars!

The chicken and Texas Toast is really good and their sauce is amazing! I personally don’t think it’s worth waiting in a super long line especially because this location is almost always packed... but this place has good parking so it makes up for it.

This location is VERY BUSY!! Decided to park, walk to the restaurant and order inside instead of dealing with the long drive thru line that went around the middle divider as shown in pic 1. The food here is delicious! Great chicken fingers and extras that make it worth the money. Minus 1 star for them not including extra fries on the caniac combo (which is their most expensive combo) even when I said sub the slaw for extra fries (as shown on receipt) The girl at the door did say that Monday-Thursday is less busy compared to Friday-Sunday. Spent $41.52 on 3 meals and a jug of lemonade (VERY DELICIOUS!!) 🙂

Plenty of parking spaces to park in the lot. Very festive with the Christmas tree at the entrance. The chicken fingers were tender and crispy. I love that the fries are crinkle. Never seen fries like the ones here elsewhere. The fries are also salted well. The long table has hooks for your bags. I really appreciate that because it's such an inconvenience when you have to hold your bag on your lap or stick it behind yourself. Great value for the combos. I recommend coming to this location.

We got catering from this location and they forgot the canes sauce. When we got home we realized the mistake and drove back to ask for it. We were told they couldn't do anything about it. It's just crazy to me how we spent over $300 for catering and they couldn't give us the sauce they forgot to include. Half the experience when eating the chicken here is the canes sauce! Point of the story don't bother getting canes catering. We were given 9 little cups for 4 trays of chicken!

They were really friendly and made sure you got anything you needed like extra ketchup. For a busy fast-food chain they were able to give me my food in a few minutes. I really like their chicken tenders they're not too dry and their bread is amazing!! I would order an entire loaf of that bread!

The chicken fingers were extra Crispy as requested and the fries were yummy too. The down fall is that the drive thru lane was way too slow considering that all Raising Canes cooks. It should of been faster. Other then that, is was good.

Pretty good chicken the only complaint I have is sometimes the chicken comes out way too small pieces and a few times it was dry other than that it's good stuff!!

Get the app! You'll beat the walk-up crowd and be done eating before the drive thru crowd gets to order. The food is as fresh as fast food can be. The place is clean and plenty of parking usually.

The food was really good, I do live to eat at Cane's because of the chicken tenders and for the bread. It's my favorite place to go with my grandparents. Hope to go back soon. Thank you for the delicious food <3

What can i say it's fancy chicken wings nothing special here.... until you dip your chicken wing in that sauce thats what makes canes special. Fries are fries nothing more always cooked to perfection, i love the big piece of toast you get i also dip that in the sauce. I would say the long wait is not worth it its better to get chicken wings from wingstop atleast you can pick flavors instead of sauce just my opinion, but if chicken wings is your thing have at it this is for you

My personal recommendation... "caniac combo, but replace the coleslaw with another bread and butter on both sides of all the bread" Raising canes is true southern finger food, perfect for tailgate parties or any party. Besides the food. They have people taking your order in person, sometimes 2 or 3 plus the menu where the first person orders. What this does is, speeds up the ordering process, so by the time you get to the window the food is already done.

I’m sorry, but this location just doesn’t have it in them to run a Raising Canes properly. I am very disappointed, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt due to their low ratings on other websites, but they unfortunately disappointed and really showed why they run low reviews. I will not be coming to support this location any longer, it may be a drive for me to get to another Canes, but so far only the Azusa and City of Industry locations have been of amazing service. This location cant even communicate with their customers the way they should. I went ordering food and beverages through the drive thru with an employee who took my order and was also charged then and there as she took my order on her device outside. When I got to the window I was given my beverages and food and noticed there was no ice in the drinks. I asked the employee at the window if they had forgotten to place ice in the beverages because there was no ice. She then let me know “we don’t have ice”. It would have been courteous of them to have let customers know ahead of time before taking their order and taking their money that there is no ice for drinks. Not cool. They could have at least mentioned this to the customers before having charged them and making them wait in line. Another option would have been to mention there is no ice and offer water instead. Those lines aren’t the shortest and its really not cool for people who like to order and enjoy their meal in their car in the parking lot. Had I known from the start, I would have just said thank you and left to another Canes location. I had to wait until I got all the way home, as I do not live near any Canes location and enjoy cold chicken fingers and fries and provide my own ice. Fortunately I do have an ice maker at home, but not everyone does. Other people would have had to drive somewhere else for ice or for a beverage. I just think there needs to be better communication at this location amongst staff and customers.

Ordered 3, 6pcs tender meals. Only received 4 packs of ketchup. I asked for 2 more and they wanted to charge me? Came here often for dinner but after not giving me 2 more pa ks of ketchup? Yea I'm good on this location.

  • 1/5 Vincent B. 2 years ago on Google
Cane's is ok but they are seriously lacking in the sauce department. The chicken would be good with almost any other type of sauce but all you get is once choice of some brown looking paste. It's not good, in fact it's pretty bad. BBQ sauce? Ranch? Honey mustard? Literally anything besides this brown paste for me to dip my chicken in? Please?!? We're in LA. We have In-n-Out. We know how to be happy with just 1 sauce - the difference is theirs is good. This brown paste? Horrible disappointment. Oh and the line is a joke. It's double the average In-n-Out line and moves 1/4 the speed. Don't forget double the price too!

All they do is chicken. And they do it quite well. These are probably the juiciest chicken fingers I think I have ever had. They really know how to keep it simple and keep it good. Would definitely go back.. oh and the iced tea is delicious..

What's not to love? Canes never disappoints. The chicken is always super moist, the breading is light and not a bucket of salt like most chicken places. Then there's the arny P. Beats any soda. Can't go wrong at canes 👌

Food is great but definitely not worth the money there charging and going through the drive-through is bad at all locations ive been to, No one guiding cars so there's only only lane or to make sure they follow the correct car so every one gets there food correctly. And getting a hold of someone one on the customer service is nearly impossible.

I would of given 4 stars since the drive through lines are so long literally almost goes out the plaza. But they have curbside pickup which is why i brought it up to 5 stars. Also their chicken tastes amazing Update 5/8/2021: am reducing the review to 2 stars from 5 because the fries portion has gotten much lower now. I can literally count the amount of fries that comes in the box of the caniac combo it's that little. A year ago they used to give a lot of fries in the box and now there's way too small amount of fries in the box. I had to pay another $2.19 for some more fries. You can tell in the pic I took down below. They kept the prices the same or raised them but also lowered the fries portion. 2/3/23 The price of the caniac combo used to be around $12-14 after tax and now they raised it to the point it reaches $20 after tax. Such a big price hike and the chicken pieces became so much thinner than before too. It's very annoying and infuriating. No wonder why raising cane's isn't as packed as it used to be with the drive through line filling the entire plaza.

Went to drive thru. Got our meal for me and my mom. Love there Texas toast...it's big bread with butter yummy. One I didn't like much was the fries seemed like they microwaved/ reheated. A bit limpy. That's all. . Good place. 👍

  • 4/5 Fabian R. 3 years ago on Google
I was dubious given the small menu but they weren't kidding. The chicken tastes amazing. Good lemondae and tea. Okay slaw and fries and the sauce was good. Bit the chicken stands out. It tastes great. Much better than chick fil a. The small menu makes for quick orders. Very busy though. Be ready for 20 minutes or more wait.

  • 4/5 Juan C. 4 years ago on Google
The chicken was decent it’s a hardy piece of pure white meat. Not heavily breaded fried just perfect the only thing is that they don’t have differs dipping sauce. No BBQ sauce frys need it a shake more of salt.. but the most dissatisfaction I had was the coleslaw it was bleeee to my girlfriend says... but the price is really good and the only reason I am giving them 4 starts is because they had HI-c FRUIT PUNCH. That made the meal a 10

Went with my daughter the food is okay. She is the one that loves it. Services decent but maybe a little bit more stuff very busy. Worth trying but I see nothing special about it. Everyone is selling chicken sandwiches now.

  • 3/5 omar g. 9 months ago on Google
I'm not a fan. Sorry. I'm a fat guy who loves food, and this place has a flavorless chicken. It's the sauce that's good, and for me, that's just not enough. But people seem to like it and that's why I tried it. If you want good tasting chicken, there are better places to visit and try.

  • 4/5 Susana C. 3 years ago on Google
Expect a long wait! But its worth it, the chicken is freshly cooked and its delicious! I was hoping the cane sauce to be spicy. Other than that, everything was satisfying.

  • 4/5 Jasmine D. R. 3 years ago on Google
Great tasting tenders and the Texas toast is to die for. Fries are meh so I usually just order ala carte instead of the combo. It would be great if they another side option aside from the coleslaw because it isn't good here. As for the wait, it is atrociously long at this location. I can't speak for the others, but currently the options are wait in the drive thru or walk up to an outside cashier to order and wait. Both methods are inefficient. The drive thru starts as two lanes and then bottlenecks to one lane. They definitely need to take a page out of Chick-fil-a's book and have people outside at the drive thru taking orders. The demand is too high and they can't keep up. I wanted to get out of the line, but the structure didn't allow for it so we ended up waiting in line for over 45 minutes for a place that has only serves chicken tenders, fries, and toast. There is no option currently to order online because we definitely considered that option, but the website states"coming soon." They have been open long enough to have the up and running. Overall, if you are hangry don't come here. If you are craving some consistent delicious chicken then wait it out.

They never have Hot sauce, or they will only give two packets. I can’t eat the chicken without the hot sauce. It’s annoying, I wait inline for a long time, only to find out that I have to eat my chicken without any hot sauce! Pico Rivera is mostly a Hispanic community. They should know that people are going to ask for more Hot sauce Packets more frequently. I’ve already stopped going to Canes, but last week I went at 9am in the morning thinking, their is no way their not going to have Hot sauce. They just opened, well they didn’t have Hot sauce! So i had to eat my chicken dry again! I’m over Canes!

Horrible service tonight. did a mobile order and it wasnt ready. i ordered more sauce since i had to wait and they informed me after charging me there wasnt any of what i wanted. they processed the refund and didnt give me correct change. this is probably because mid transaction they switched. so when i went back in to ask for correct change the associate kept cutting me off like she already knew. coming home i realized my order was wrong and i was missing more sauces!!!! and even tho i waited my food was COLD and soggy. super frustrating.
