Their signage is misleading and erroneous for "sale" items. They try to get you to sign up for the rewards program at all cost. Manager and cashier need better customer service training. Disappointed to say the least

Do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from these ace hardware locks. I picked this up because they were out of long shackle master locks. Went over to the key area and asked if they could make keys for a new lock and got a yes. Key guy started making 5 keys with a master lock head shaped key because they were out of the correct key. Come to find out he decided he would modify the head to work which wasn't acceptable to me. If you're going to sell a lock, sell the correct key. 3 different places to make keys later, I truly regret having even bought this lock. I've spent more time, gas, and money on keys that don't work I literally could have purchased two more expensive master locks (had they been in stock at ace or purchased elsewhere). Thanks ace, you weren't "the helpful place" this time.

I really like this ACE hardware. They have way more than hardware! Last tike I went I bought home cleaning supplies, had keys made and plants. Staff is knowledgeable and store is super well organized and clean. They also have a accessible scooter for customers to use.

Needed a screw still haven't found the screw I need for my apt size washing machine. Gonna try another store 2morrow

Am not much of a follower..ace hardware has a variety of items ,that u can't find at other home improvement centers,bring your wallet,there is reason thy are located in afluet neighborhood, not ,do it yrself,ares of town

The store is great. HOWEVER, at night their generator in the garden center makes an extremely loud, high-pitched noise akin to ringing in tinnitus. I live in an apartment unit that is adjacent to Ace-- their generator that keeps ringing is making me unable to sleep, as they leave it on to beep from 12AM til they open.

Absolutely garbabe customer service! Called multiple times only to be put on hold for over 10 min. even called from 2 lines at once and they have no problem picking up initially but will leave you on hold until you hang up. And you could hear them pick up the phone every now and then just to put you back on hold.

When I can’t find it at the big box store this is my go to for hard to find hardware items. Helpful staff who will assist you to find what you need. That being said, it is quite pricey so plan to pay 20-30 percent more for your shopping experience. Love that it’s not a warehouse, but a retail store geared for customer service. Not just a hardware store, they also have pet, patio and garden items.

I drive all the way from Walnut to work with the folks here - they are super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Mikal in the paint department is a class act and goes above & beyond! Worth the drive

Garden center sucks. Nothing's in stock. Nothing matches what the website says. I told the manager or worker what I was looking for and wanted to see what it looked like before I ordered it online he said they no longer carry that and that if I placed an order online ready today for pickup which it says on the website he would cancel the order because they don't carry it and they wouldn't order it from the warehouse. What good is the website if the store doesn't have the item in stock and the store will cancel that item.

Love this place. Personalized service, from a great Team. Great selection of items that are often unavailable elsewhere. Really fantastic grilling and smoking selection.

This place is a huge ACE Hardware. Super clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I bought a giant Craftsman tool chest. The guys loaded it in my truck with no problems. So the strange thing was, it was $100 more in store than online. Never sure why that is. He told me just buy it online, get the good price and he'll get the tool chest ready for loading. I did that, got the good price and everything went smoothly. Great job.

This is one of my favorite hardware stores, bar none. Unlike some of the larger chains, the people here really know their stuff. If you're not quite sure what it is you're looking for, ask someone at the front of the store and they will point you in the right direction, and send a knowledgeable person to help you. Lots of cool stuff here!

Excellent experience once again. On October 5th, 2023, i purchased a 7/8" hole saw with the purpose of cutting into Abs plastic for a project. I finally had time to use it today, and it didn't work for me. It ruined my project and had to purchase a new sheet of ABS. However, i had thrown away my receipt in the trash as i didn't think i would need it. I have other Ace hardware branded hole saws that i have used on plastic and have worked flawlessly with this 7/8" being the only exception. Thankfully, i was able to get assisted by a very polite associate named Susan. She was able to find my purchase without the receipt by using my phone number that is linked to my Ace rewards card. I am thankful to her for helping me today. With that look up, i was able to make a return for the hole saw, and i was able to purchase two different styles of hole cutters to see which one will work best for me. I will be keeping both. Thank you, Susan, for making my experience stress free. Associates like you are the reason i keep returning to Ace Hardware for my project needs.

Spoke with an employee by the name of Christian about BBQ/Smoking while purchasing a new Weber Smokey Mountain here. Don't be deceived by his age, Christian is young but he knows his stuff when it comes to smokers and grills. Appreciate you taking care of me and sharing some of your smoking experience while I was there Christian! Brisket came out well.

This ACE is so nice. It is open and fairly good size (actually large); however there is still a family friendly / welcoming atmosphere. There is a "kitchen" section with some "food stuff" (jams and such items) ... That I want to go crazy in... really nice.

Fantastic local hardware store for the residential market. Easy to find items with a very attentive staff. Ace is extremely dog friendly. Not just dog friendly... dog welcoming!! They have an extensive pet department as well. Prices are also quite competitive. So happy to have a smaller hardware store like OSH back in town, so happy with Ace!!

When I came in it was mildly busy. They have a good size parking lot with a couple of handicapped places. People were very helpful. I got good information from everybody I asked. I was getting parts for a water drip system. I got in I got out. It was all good. No I didn't compare prices. What I wanted was a smaller less congested hardware store.

This place has items you can't get at home depot or Lowes. Great customer support too.

Quality products ..most helpful staff.. Vegetable gardening my bag. Like planting Get tomatoes in full gear. Buy some ... Plenty sun ..water ..and good luck ---------- Chile plants in abundance here Go get some 2 plant

Well stocked hardware store. Large selection. Very helpful employees. AND no waiting in line. I would go here before some of the other big name home improvement/ hardware stores.

This place has a lovely plant selection, which is what I go there for mainly. It's also a very clean, spacious, well organized store. The staff is also very helpful and friendly!

They have everything I need for good prices. Customer service exceeded my expectations.
