I went here for all of my feminine needs for about 10 years and loved it. Couple years ago something seemed to slip.. One day I was in that place for 4 hours.. was having an anxiety attack and opened the door to the room I was waiting for the dr in and they repeatedly got upset with me and closed the door. As a health care worker myself I was appalled by the lackadaisical work ethic everyone seemed to have, not a single person seemed kind. Needless to say, I wont ever be back. I use Nurx now. They are the sweetest staff ever! I went in today, yes they sometimes might take a while but this is because they make every patient feel like they’re worth their time and make us feel more comfortable by taking their time to get to know us a little. It’s completely worth it! All of the women there are great and seem to love their job! One of the best experience with customer service!

After waiting for 1 1/2 hours for a scheduled appointment, I sat in the room waiting for another hour just to be seen by a doctor which took no longer than 20 minutes. The only reason its not a single star review is because the doctor herself was very sweet and made me feel super comfortable. This would be a great office if they scheduled their appointments for enough time between cleaning so there is not 2-3 hour waits for 20 minute visits.

I have visited this location twice and the staff members have displayed rude attitudes on both occasions. Clients who come into planned parenthood are vulnerable and without a doubt every time I have visited I have seen the staff treats patients with low ammounts of respect and attitude. Very sad to witness.

I just want to say thank you to all health care providers here that helped me and gave me my service. This experience hasn't been easy for me but you guys took the best care of me, I am so grateful for everything.

Always nice, fast, precise, friendly and caring. Must be some fake accounts on here trying to keep these bans on our bodies with these reviews. I have always gotten in with no wait time. I love them. ❤️

***THEY WARM EVERYTHING, including hearts❤️*** Fabulous team from intake to in there - everyone is ALWAYS going above & beyond for no reason other than they love their job. Not for nothin’: everyone is in school to better themselves - the whole place is empowering & positive. It’s kinda remarkable. …Did I mention they warm up everything?!
