They are not helpful, and they give you the run around. Not worth the money. I was supposed to receive my diploma In November and now it's February and I still haven't received it because the director of nursing hasn't shown up to sign it. Also, when it was time for us to get our uniforms they were Super disrespectful. We had to give them a time in which to show up to pick up our new uniforms. I showed up exactly at my scheduled time And one of the women tells me that "Maria ( The woman who's responsible for handing out the uniforms.) is on her lunch break and she'll be back." After a whopping TWO HOURS! She finally decides to show up. Do these people think we just have 2 hours to mindlessly wait around? So disrespectful.

This school is disappointing. You don’t hear from your Representatives/Counselors after you enroll. They have 0 communication with students. No information, you have to email/message and then you get treated as if it’s a problem. The amount of money they receive is sad for the treatment they put out to students. Period.

They are the worse. They are in it for profit only. My daughter went for medical assistant went through the whole program. When she started her externship she was pulled out because she had a past due balance. They never called her into the office once asking for the payments. They waited for 7months after all financial aid was paid. Now as she has been making payment they are holding her diploma hostage. They do not care about the students just the money.

TEACHERS WERE AWESOME, CLASSROOMS ARE CLEAN, CAMPUS IS NICE! FINANCIAL AID LADIES WERE GREAT! I GOT A JOB RIGHT AWAY (: I JUST DONT HAVE MY DIPLOMA YET, AND IT'S BEEN ALMOST A YEAR NOW OF GRADUATING. IVE CALLED MORE THAN SEVERAL TIMES THEY LEAVE ME ON HOLD FOR MINUTES AND ALL THEY TELL ME IS "IT TAKES 6 WEEKS" OR "IT HAS TO BE SIGNED BY THE DEAN" OVER AND OVER AGAIN. DON'T THINK IT SHOULD TAKE THAT LONG, AND I ALSO DONT THINK ITS OKAY. THEY SHOULD BE ABLE TO PROVIDE IT FOR YOU RIGHT AWAY....

This is my alma mater and I had such a great experience. I graduated from the massage therapy program. My instructor miss Maria Enriquez was great. The staff is very helpful. Valerie has been so helpful helping me to get placed in a job!!! Be sure to check this place out.

Great school. My experience here was great, I took the LVN program and all the professors were awesome. They provided us with all the material and knowledge to be successful through out the school year. I highly recommend this school for anyone trying to level up there career choice.

Did my LVN program here. Was a fast process to get stared and the instructors I had were great and always available to help. I would Recommend this program but take into consideration the time that goes into it cause it makes working harder.

Did my LVN program here. Most instructors and staff are great, but the school overall isn't very organized. For what the program is worth I don't recommend coming here. There were many times when we wouldn't get our schedule till a few days before, so having a very flexible schedule is a must.

Had an awesome instructor Ms. RHONDA!!!! she made me feel comfortable and helped me understand what i needed to do and was so kind and great on lectures!!

I just finished the Massage Therapy course. The hours fit perfect with my schedule. Ms. Maria and the subs including Ms Monica and admin. were all amazing and always there when I needed help. Def 5 stars.

My experience here as an LPN could of been improved by having more equipment in the Labs. Teachers could of been more organize in the clinicals to where we didn't repeat and completed everything along with lecture. Over all its very fast paced. Would recommend coming if you are very motivated!!!

I completed the 9 month program for Medical Assistant and I can't begin to explain how happy and grateful I am to have picked this college to start my career! All staff is completely communicative and the instructors soar above and beyond to make sure every student achieves their dream goal! I want to give a huge thank you to Elizabeth (Career Representative) and Mrs. Ochoa (MA Instructor) for all the help and support while being with this college! North West College is the College to be at!

My experience at north west college was hard at times working a full time job at night, especially extra hard trying to stay awake for sure. but I had a excellent teacher Mrs. Lupi, she push me to continue my education and that I'm smart student and she encourage me to finish. I feel that all the staff her at north west college truly care about you and your future career.

So where do i begin with this review. At first everything was good from looking into what i wanted where i ended up it was amazing. I went for Pharmacy Tech. Teacher was amazing love her she was very helpful and was always there if i needed help with anything even till the very end. After i did my class that's where i started to have issues if it wasn't one thing it was another to the point where i honestly didn't care if i finished with the program or not the rep. was understanding to an extent. Keep in mind I'm not an easy person to deal with either so yes i was at fault to an extent. The hours for externship wasn't something i enjoyed because of the issues i was dealing with. The locations i went to for my hours were amazing and the staff. My problem was placing me because of the hours i could do.Once i finished my hours another set of issues happened. I finished classes March of 23', my hours in September 23. it took awhile to get certain things done so that i can have my application sent to board to be certified. if i could start over with this whole process i 100% wouldn't have picked this school to begin with.my journey after classes wasn't smooth sailing like others where and this made everything sour for me if it wasn't for that i would of given it a better review. I'm just glad i no longer have to deal with North West and anyone who decides to go there i hope you have a better experience then i did because this was a joke. The new Pharmacy Tech Rep. who i only talked to for 2 days was 100% amazing and I'm thankful she has done more for me then the other one did making this last step stress free and made me feel heard.

Very helpful and successful with my journey to earning my Pharmacy Technician license. I started with the introduction program in July 2022 and finished my full course and internship/externship hours by April 2023. I am excited to start my career in Pharmacy and health care.

I started school last year in 2022 as a nervous college student and I would never expect that I would be working as a full time Medical assistant by mid 2023. I would say attending North West college was a great experience, It was challenging at times, but I am so thankful I continued and kept moving forward. I would recommend attending North West to everyone and anyone.

I did my LVN course here and would definitely recommend this school to people who are driven and have dedication. Please keep in mind that this is an accelerated nursing program, therefore it is not easy, but not impossible. The professors here are well trained, relatable and always willing to help. However, I do wish the school provided us with more supplies during our skills labs. Unfortunately my class was so big, that often times a lot of us only got to do skills no more than once, but no worries because you will get your experience during your clinical rotation. All in all, a great school that needs a little bit of improvement in terms of supplies, but other than that would definitely recommend.

Had a good experience. Staff and professor's were all very friendly. On site clinical experience was very fun. Only downside was lack of medical equipment during our skills lab. Would recommend this school

The Pharmacy Technician program with instructor Ms. Ofelia was the best program/class I have taken. If you are interested in pharmacy I highly recommend her, she cares so much about her students!

I knew I came to the right place to start my career when I selected North West College, West Covina. My LVN program was quick and easy to apply for. The instructors are very helpful and experienced. There are so many career options and I don't regret coming to this campus at all!!

They scam you hardcore. I’ve yet to receive an email from the director despite going back and forth about my certification they refuse to give me. They are in it for the money and will not help you. I finished my internship back in September and graduated in November and once you graduate they ignore you and don’t want to give you anything. DO NOT COME TO THIS SCHOOL!! They are scammers and liars and just want your money. If you want to be ignored, overcharged, and just not be listened to about what wrong with this school, then this is your place. New students wanting to come here, think about what your getting yourself into

A great way to learn if you would like to take the medical career path! Madison and Rhonda were great and understanding teachers. The staff is quick to response and kind. This was a family I loved and have no regretted.

I love the school! They really pay close attention to every student and make sure each student gees what they need to reach their goals and journeys. They helped me grow my confidence towards my future career and I would recommend this school to anyone who is interested.

Great school, MS.Z was an amazing DA teacher helped a lot going through my class changes and always pushed me to keep asking questions.

My issue with this school was lack of communication. They tell you things last minute. They would add a class and tell you week off. However overall I passed my program and my teacher did help alot with review with the exit exam and the NCLEX.

Being able to study, finish my career path and have a job afterwards. Is an amazing experience, having an instructor who genuinely cares about your future is amazing. Thank you NWC team and Ms. Maria Massage Therapy Instructor.

I went in for the Medical Billing and Coding, and I just want to say that the instructor Mrs. Lupi is amazing!! She really does care and want to see her students succeed. I also loved that I could really on her, which is rare with professors these days.

Well where do I start ! If you or anyone is interested in Medical Billing and Coding then this college is for you. Mrs.Lupi is the most amazing Instructor you can ask for. She may be tough and strict but she grows on you. She will take the time to go back to whatever assignment or chapter and review again if you don’t get the material. Her consistency will mold you I to becoming an expert in the Health Insurance/Medical Billing world. Her attitude towards you will feel welcoming in to her class. Hands down she is the best! I love this school because I am now advancing in my career as a certified Medical Biller . Thank you to Aldwin our director who makes sure he is with you all the way through. And Mr.Chris who shapes your perspective into career engagement.

North-West was the best experience for me. I had the best teacher, it was the most amazing 9 months, the staff really help you a lot and I make the best memories.

Signing up was pretty easy. Help was given quick but efficient. Classes were flexible with my schedule and not as overwhelming. I enjoyed my time here and would recommend.
