It's taken me a little over a month to write this review because we recently lost our 14.5-year-old Ginger. We first encountered this wonderful clinic in October of 2021 when we took her for a skin-tag removal and teeth cleaning and were immediately taken aback by the thoroughness and time they took with our senior pup, they took great care of her, and we were pleased with their service and care. Unfortunately, our baby girl's time was limited because of her age and once again we took her because something wasn't right, the Dr. didn't try to BS or up sale services, he told the truth and we appreciate his honesty, he let us know that we should make her comfortable. Our baby-girl crossed the Rainbow Bridge that weekend and we called the office to let them know, they expressed their condolences and sent us a card. They didn't know our Ginger for years, but they took the time to send a card and we appreciate it so very much. I recommend them to all and if ever comes a time we open our hearts to another fur-baby, they will be our veterinarian.

Dr. E is an amazing veterinarian! It really does show how much he loves pets. My family had been taking my oldest fur baby to this doctor and today I had to take my new puppy in as an emergency and right away Dr. E help us out. Prices are reasonable and he actually gives you medication if needed. I truly believe in what he says and what he suggests for the health of the fur baby’s. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who is looking for some good results.

I have taken several animals to this veterinarian. For the first couple of years I was happy with the service, however, management has changed in recent years and their prices have doubled. The last visit I was there, the vet improperly diagnosed my dog and I wasn’t pleased with the service.

Thankful bc they are caring my boxer dog felt safe and was happy I put him down bc of cancer on Thursday . I felt my dog was in good hands the front office girls were nice and explained everything to me and the vet was caring knowledgeable & let my say my goodbyes to my dogs, my dogs were in good hands it was the hardest moment for me but I appreciate everything this vet office did for both my boxer dogs Rodger and Rascal thank you.

I had to take our adopted dog for teeth cleaning and found out our previous veteranian retired. It was a little bittersweet but the new veteranian is extremely nice. Very professional and friendly too. He took great care of my dog and even calm her down when she was stress out. Whenever I had questions, he took his time to address them. I highly recommend bringing your pets here

Long story short ! I took my sisters dog for some shots she needed. The price wasn’t what they had told my sister when she had made the appointment weeks ago. So I was confused so I called my sister and the nice receptionist asked if she can explain it to my sister what the dog needed and why the price was higher then what my sister was told in the beginning. I gave her my phone and the Doctors wife had took me and my sisters dog into the room, she told me “ We need to agree on a shot or you can leave” well walking out the door. This was so not professional! You don’t talk to your customers/ patient that way. I was not once rude or anything so I don’t know why she was rude about it . I give this place -5 stars .

LA Quality Pet Care is a great place to bring your cat/dog if you are in an emergency situation and cannot find a place that takes walk-ins. Dr. Brian Adler is thorough, extremely knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to Dr. Adler, who attached an esophagostomy tube, a week later my cat is now recovering and eating by herself again! Quick advice, make sure you get a comprehensive quote on the possible procedures and treatment. Since this is both a clinic and urgent care you might need to do a drop off and they will call you when your pet is ready for pickup. So be ready to wait. To be fair, then again, there are not a lot of urgent care places that will treat your pet and do all the tests within one day. Prices are reasonable if you stick to what they quoted you. Exercise common sense and avoid optional additional tests, especially if you have an older pet that may not need them. Highly recommend!

Dr. Adler is the best doctor with kindest heart. He is passionate with what he's doing. Along with him is his two assistants. They are the nicest people except the receptionist. So please don't have bad review over the clinic because of the receptionist, she is not so nice for telling us to go wait outside while there are extra seats because we have "bigger dog". But I don't care so much about her but the service. Please give the Dr. a try since he just moved here, things are still new for him. 100% RECOMMEND THIS CLINIC

Dr. Adler is amazing! He's very knowledgeable, he's open to holistic forms of treatment and he's very creative with his treatments. That and the way he loves and cares for every animal he sees is so apparently clear. The staff is also amazing and I cannot recommend this clinic enough!!! Thank you for treating our senior dog Donut with so much care and love ❤️

Took my dog in for an emergency which turns out to be pyometra. Dr. Adler is articulate, passionate, and caring. He gave a detailed rundown of the surgery and treatment and did not try to upsell any of his services. He showed a blood result and explained everything going on. He updates everyday which assured me that my dog was in good hands. The technicians in the back were amazing, s/o to Manny and people at the desks were kind and professional. The total cost of surgery and treatment was good and reasonable! Compared to my friend's pyometra surgery at another place, the price here is significantly cheaper!

Excellent urgent care option. Sunday morning walk in. Was seen within an hour. Blood work was done in-house and back in 45 minutes. Unfortunately we had to put our kitty to sleep, but doctor was EXCELLENT at explaining everything and showing us everything to be 100% certain of diagnosis. He put her to sleep with us in the room (we had the option to leave) and was good at explaining things and comforting my daughter. Cost was $840 for urgent care, X-rays, bloodwork, and final services, with private cremation. Very reasonable considering it was a Sunday and a hospital would have been twice that. We were there for a total of 3hrs. Highly recommend

In person staff is great. Howerve, they are HORRIBLE at returning back calls. I called regarding a vaccine question I had. The female who answered my called put me on hold for about 6 minutes. Upon resuming my call she advised me that she had no knowledge and would relay message to the Doctor. This was 3 days ago. I still haven’t received a call back yet.

After over 15 years coming to this clinic, I'll be moving on, got a call that a cat we had spade there was due for a vaccine ,ok, but, they were going to charge me a new patient forty dollar fee even though they had her past history available...THEY CALLED ME! anyway, there prices have gone way up so again, I'll be moving on, there's a vet on vine/glendora (used to be francisquito pet vet.) checked their prices, much better.

My husband already left a review but I also wanted to come on here and say how incredible this vet is! Doctor Bryan really took the best care of our dog Sasha. He performed emergency surgery and took such good care of her and had amazing communication with us throughout the whole process. You will never find a better more caring vet than this one, go to him!

Dr. E is the best doctor my fur babies had. Dr. Adler has shown he is also very knowledgeable passionate and kind to serve all my fur babies in the future. I highly recommend him he has reasonable rates and I can trust him he helped bring my fur babies back to good health.

The Dr. Who was here for over 20 years is gone now. Can no longer afford to bring my animals here and the new doctor isn’t nearly as personable. Sad to suddenly lose an affordable caring veterinarian.

I saw the doctor outside talking really nicely to a lady but when it was my turn he never talked to me directly, I was standing there and he would tell his assistant what he needed to tell me or ask me., very weird. I did not like it. to me he wasn't nice at all. so not going back. his assistant was really really nice to me and my dog.

Hacienda Animal Clinic is the only veterarian I trust in the whole of Southern California.

Great dr. And we were taken care of right away. Service was super. We will CV continue to go and also tell our friends about the clinic.

Now we have a totally new medical group of professional,Amazing,wonderful veterinary and front office staff, the back office techs are always ready to answer questions and concerns. I am so happy I found Dr. Adler again. He is such a gentle kind vet, he never upsell unnecessary services and is a great diagnostician. After a terrible experience at Affordable Animal of Silverlake, Dr Adler properly diagnosed my 13yr old chihuahua with glaucoma, which had been overlooked by the previous veterinarian. Great staff, clean office, tons of parking and worth the 45-minute drive from Los Angeles PS they are open on Sundays.

My kitty was dying. Dr. was wonderful!! Staff as well! I was very emotional. I have been going there off & ON for years. Good people. BIG THKS.

October:Brought in our fur babies for Rabies vaccine and got a wellness exam as well. I love this new change as the previous vet never asked anything before. They were very kind and considerate with the care needs of our doggies. **I would like to add that our senior dog was 15 years old. Was told she was healthy and doing well. We even purchased eye drops for her. It's November and now we're seeing that she's not doing well. We had to euthanize her and they were not available to see her.
