They are a greedy, FOR PROFIT business, taking your free donations then marking those items up to cost nearly the same as a retail store. Many times I’ve seen items marked up above it’s original price because the tags still on the merchandise?! Times are hard, and thrift stores offer an opportunity to accept donations and sell that inventory at discounted prices, sadly greed has overcome the industry. I’d like to offer an alternative and encourage people to instead use Facebook, OfferUp, etc...and donate their used items directly to those families & individuals that counted on the once reasonable prices. It’s brought me so much more gratification to give away basic necessities that so many families can barley afford anymore. Please consider this simple win/win senecio, and see how good you feel when you know that your donations are somebody else’s blessing!

I always wondered why this location never had any video game stuff unless it was sports games no one collects. THE REASON FOR THIS IS An employee has made a deal with a customer to give him all the games that get brought in! I saw this with my own eyes as a female employee with medium length dark brown hair approached the man saying “oh I have some set aside for you” then comes back with 20+ games for various consoles. Thats ABSURD! These thrift places are one of the few places collectors like myself can hunt and find games yet you have resellers taking advantage. This should not be allowed.

super frustrated. they got rid of fitting rooms so you can either throw stuff on over your clothing in front of an aisle mirror with 30 people trying to squeeze past you, or drive all the way home, try everything on, and drive all the way back to return everything that doesn’t fit which for me was everything i bought. they’ve gotten greedy with their pricing to the point where you’re not even thrifting anymore, you’re buying used clothes for the price you could buy them new.

At this Savers. Some items in the jewelry case and item on the shelf behind the case are priced three times what it should be valued. Since the items are not a named brand. I didn't find anything this time, but like all thrift stores. It's a great find or just the thrill of the hunt.

Stopped by yesterday to donate for the second and most likely last time ever. There were random people that did not work at the store standing by the donation bins just waiting for people to unload their cars. They were scavenging items from the donation bins as we were putting them in and the workers didn't say anything at all. It was a really awkward and off putting to me.

My first time at Savers in Murrieta. I won’t be going back. I was disappointed how dirty it was and there were empty boxes of merchandise on the shelves where people had stolen the items out of the boxes. I didn’t see Management anywhere and this was on a Sunday. Items that people had donated were in the aisle so you could not get through to see the other aisle.

Over charging on used items. I go several times a month and the items are overpriced and not selling. People can buy brand new for about the same price they are selling at Savors or less at Ross or Marshall's. I'm very disappointed with their business right now. Also the stuff they are selling is not nice anymore. Shoes worn down to the sole. Very used up clothing and other items. Faded and old. I hope they change the prices. It's time to lower your prices. If anyone wants to do a clothing swap let me know! We can set one up in a park! No charge obviously! All fair game!

This was my absolute favorite place to go donate and shop for deals. In the past couple of years the prices have gone absolutely bonkers. I found out that they are more of a for profit store that makes way more than they actually donate. To the point of legal action being taken. There's a lot of damaged items now they are trying to sell for almost the cost of new(disgusting shoes that are not fit for sale should have been tossed etc). You can barely walk around this place now for all the people who are obvious resalers. As someone who has thrifted nearly my entire life, I am saddened at the state of affairs at places like savers now. People who price the items should be ashamed. You started as a wonderful thrifting gem, and got greedy.

They have such a great selection of stuff. Whoever sorts through everything does a great job of getting things that are good out to sell. The women's clothes we looked at mostly looked new or only slightly used. Everything is priced well. The staff is helpful. We found nostalgic toys from our past and the kids past that we had lost in moving. Very happy with those finds. The last time we went the store looked like it could use a sweep but this time it was super clean and organized. It was a very relaxed outing.

I love shopping at Savers! 🤗 As long as you can take a couple of hours to really look through stuff good. I only spent two hours and I got 2 pairs of jeans, 3 dresses, 2 swimsuits and 2 each shorts and tops. 😀 Practically a full Summer wardrobe! 😂 Truly a nice shopping experience! The only little "glitch" in our day, is that they do not have Fitting Rooms!?! Are you serious! Who wants, to have to, bring stuff back!? No one, that's who! But, besides that, it was a great shopping trip! 😏

Ashley at the checkout registers was very helpful with my exchange today!! She explained the process simply and was always close by to help when we needed it. She was also very kind and upbeat, and made our checkout experience great!! ;3

This is a good Savers to shop. The floor staff is always very nice and knowledgeable and helpful! The cashiers are very nice too! I do wish they still had dressing rooms.

Just moved to this Area a couple of months ago. I love the Store. Very Reasonably priced; on most items. The prices on the clothing is rediculous!!!!. A few more dollars and you could purchase new elsewhere.

Always fun and great treasure hunting. From clothes to house hold items. Furniture, bedding, jackets, shoes, wall art, toys, electrics, lighting, and a wall of bags with multiple items at a low price. Just watch your time cause you can spend hours without realizing

I'd always heard about Savers but not experienced them before this week. The mechanism for dropping off donations was intuitive and incredibly simple, and it feels good to know that they are helping recycle good stuff to people who can use it.

Always worth a look. Donate and get a 20% off coupon. It is a for profit business model. Pricing generally very good. Clean store and nice folks.

Savers always has a great selection of items but I have noticed the prices gling up the lastfew years, unfortunate to see thrift stores forgetting theyre selling used items. Also, BRING BACK THE DRESSING ROOMS. Often times i wont buy something because I cant try it on and domt have the time to come back for a return
