    There should be ZERO stars! The price of bottled beer is given without the mandatory fee for the bottle, which is PLN 2. ATTENTION! It is not a deposit, because when we return an empty bottle, they only accept it in exchange for the next beer and then only give us PLN 1 and we still need to have a receipt for the previous bottle. This was the last time I bought anything on this chain. Fraud at every step and lack of any pro-ecological mechanisms. It was better in the Polish People's Republic.

    The service was very rude and not nice. A red-haired lady (I don't know her name) served us with headphones in her ears. She casually said there were no sauces. After I bought the panini (after I asked if she would warm it up for me), she said she didn't have paper for the toaster and couldn't do it. Then she said that we can't leave hot dogs in the store in a very unpleasant tone. She looked at us from top to bottom, this lady doesn't know what a smile and kindness towards a customer is. I will emphasize that I approached her with a nice attitude, and then I regretted that I had been at all nice to her. Best regards (but not the lady at the cash register 😉)

    8:30 p.m. in Żabka, open until 11 p.m., and you can't order anything hot because the staff had already turned off the machines, despite the two hot-dog sausages spinning, and when I pointed out that two sausages were spinning, I received a reply that the lady "forgot to turn them off." 🤡. I work in a store myself and I know that evenings can be difficult, but here it is a failure when it comes to service. It's better to go 200m further to the frog on ul. Pogodna 31, at least you can eat something warm there ;)

    The service at this frog is a mistake. Employees do not know basic phrases: good morning, thank you, goodbye. They are rude and probably offended that they have to work. Today, a man with dark, short hair and glasses served me. He didn't say a word. He didn't respond to my "hello", my "thank you", or my "goodbye". The lady with red hair who was standing nearby also didn't say a word. Even though they had been talking to each other a while ago. Maybe some customer service training? Children from the school across the street come to this Żabka. After each visit, my daughter complains about the service and unpleasant texts. I advise you to avoid this store.

    The service is terrible..🙄 let the owners pay attention to how "nice" their employees serve customers. Every time you enter, you get the impression that you have come to their house and they are very dissatisfied with it 😅🥲 There is practically no chance to eat something warm in the evening (not at the very end of work, but between 6 and 8 p.m.). And it was the same as it was a year ago and now. Regards

    Terrible service. Both from the boy and the girl. Every time there was no response to "good morning", when I asked for coffee at 9 o'clock I only heard "it's cleaning" (I guessed he was talking about the coffee machine). Dear customer service, why push yourself to the front line of working with the customer with such an attitude? Go to work in a warehouse or something, you don't have to communicate with people there.

    Żabka jak Ż.abka. Obsluga jednak powinna popracować nad obsługą klienta bo ma się wrażenie, że pani jest tam za karę a klient to intruz. Nieopodal są inne Żabki z lepszą atmosferą.

    The handling of this frog is at zero level. The lady with blonde hair with headphones in her ears is always dissatisfied, she won't give her any change (she won't even ask if she might owe a penny, two, or five), but she won't forgive the customer a penny. There are no polite words. The customer says something and the seller acts as if he were a king/queen and no one had the right to speak without permission. Drama

    On December 6, 2023 We had an unpleasant situation with the seller, Mrs. Aleksandra, who had nose rings. She was very unpleasant to us, namely we came to buy coffee and it turned out that the coffee machine was out of milk, instead of replacing the milk, the seller said that she had started work and didn't have time to refill it because she was using her phone while standing at the cash register. Finally, there was no milk in the coffee and Mrs. Aleksandra said she wouldn't add it because there wasn't any. The large mug of coffee was half full, the seller said that different Żabka machines have different nozzles and pour it differently, sometimes half full and sometimes half full. Generally, Mrs. Aleksandra was probably there as a punishment, not for work.
