My daughter and I had a great experience! It smells really good in here. 🤣 very cozy and comfortable. Tiffany took care of us and she was great with my daughter! So gentle, kind, and super fun!

She was so nice!! And honest, she talked to me like a mom and wasn't out to just take my money! I have a full house and we will definitely come to get her products as needed

Brittany does amazing job with kids. She explains the process and what everything does. Is knowledgeable about the products they offer. I would highly recommend Brittany and LCA. If your child is tender headed like mine no problem. Also if you are on Medicaid you get a good discount. 100 percent recommend this company

I have been here 2 times before but this third time Tiffany did such an amazing job super sweet and engaged with the kids and I through out the whole process def made us feel like home. I would recommend this place to every person struggling like I have dealing with the kids bringing home live from other untreated kids. Although it is kinda expensive it’s worth it ! You can get $50 off per kid if you provide their medical card number 💕

Highly recommend. There is no way I could have taken care of my family icky issue without this clinic and staff. It took 45 years but I finally got lice from my kid. YUCK! Now I feel way better and not as panicky about the next couple of days/weeks ahead.

I called and got in for my appointment on the same day! Excellent service. They were knowledgeable about the process and eased my nerves. I am a school teacher and this was my first time getting lice. They got it all taken care of in less than 2 hours. I feel very relieved.

We absolutely recommend this place! Our technician was great and so amazing with our girls!! They even had a movie to keep them entertained through the process. Not only wonderful in the clinic but even on the phone booking the appointment! 😁

Very thorough and basically a spa trip. She worked on my very thick Native American hair that was 3ft long on a 5ft frame. It was more like a blow dry and leave in conditioner than a medical scalp procedure. Andrea was constantly checking if it was too much pain and keeping up the idle chit. As I'm writing this review in my car she rushed out to me and gave me the snack and soda I left inside there. 10/10 5/5 100/100 etc Exceptional service. Andrea deserves a raise and an extra day of PTO for the workout I put her through. She also has two people wander in while she was the only tech in the building and I was still in the chair. She apologized to me and was very efficient and polite getting the other customers going while I was there. She was absolutely amazing and knowledgeable. Give her a raise.

Took both my girls today! The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable! She did an amazing job and while it takes a little while they are very careful to go through and treat all the hair so nothing was missed! I will never treat my kids at home again. Thank you so much and highly recommended! Place was clean, smelled good and they even had a TV for the kids to watch.
