    The staff at Premier Fitness is great, and I've been totally pleased with their service - and my results! I'm over 50 and hadn't exercised in years when I started. In the first six months, I lost 25 pounds, dropped two sizes, ran a mile for the first time in my life - and loved it! Their approach is very positive and encouraging.

    For the first time in fifteen years, I am achieving my fitness and weight loss goals thanks to Premier Fitness. I've always been active, actually athletic in high school, but daily trips to the gym in the past ten years did not achieve results past a certain point. With Premier Fitness' Group Camp, meeting just three times a week, I feel stronger and have attained a weight I haven't seen since the Misery and Dispair diet fifteen years ago. I would, and have recommended Premier Fitness to anyone that wants to see results with a professionally managed fitness program.

    Premier Fitness has been a positive change for my fitness level. I started with a summer group circuit class that met 3 days a week. I was able to drop 10lbs with the help of a diet change as well. Over the summer it became a positive habit in my life and I have continued on ever since. The staff and owner Chad Lee really care about you as an individual . The facility is small enough to provide a more personal experience and feels more like family as you see and work out with the same people every week. They notice when someone is missing, which provides that extra level of accountability. The exercises in the circuit classes change every 2 weeks to keep your muscles and metabolism from becoming accustomed to the same movements over time and it challenges your memory also to learn the new excercises. Thus you never get bored, and your fitness level can increase. The class is designed to be done by any fitness level and accommodations are offered if needed by the on site trainer who oversees the classes.

    If you're looking for a fitness trainer to help you get into shape, call Chad Lee at Premier Fitness. I'm currently working out at Premier Fitness in a summer group camp class. For a busy working mom the 45 minute class is great and it flies by. I look forward to the classes and I look and feel so much better already.

    I would definitely recommend Premier Fitness to anyone wanting to loose weight or improve your fitness level. I've been going to Premier Fitness for two years and lost 92lbs my first 14 months. Chad and the staff do a great job and it's the right place for me. Give it a try and you will see results!

    Chad is a very skilled trainer who really works with his clients to ensure that they get an effective workout without injury. If you want to improve your overall health especially as you get older and not be sidelined by unnecessary injury, Chad is the trainer for you. I urge you to try Premier Fitness.

    I really enjoy working out at Premier Fitness! Chad knows how to encourage you to make yourself get up off the couch and do some exercise, I have been going to Premier Fitness on and off for the last couple of years I would recommend it for anyone who doesn't like going to a regular gym.

    I had reconciled myself to being chronically overweight β€” but not to having bad knees. As a 50-something woman, I just wanted to be stronger and healthier, and I knew that had to be possible, even with my schedule. After our first meeting, I was convinced that the accountability and expertise of Premier Fitness’s staff would allow me to be active in a safe and productive way. And that’s just what I found. I followed the program (and advise!) and lost 40 lbs (much more than I had allowed myself to hope I could), and I have kept it off for more than a year. My knees feel better, I feel generally healthier and I am more fit than I’ve been for many, many years. I am very glad to have found Premier Fitness!
