The BEST Trainers are here. I'd say for anyone new wanting to find a gym you feel comfortable going to motivated to keep going excited about hitting the gym, it would be here. Love this facility! We have know this team lead by Marquis for a few weeks now but we already love them. The positive energy, the loving environment and the excellent coaching at this facility is AMAZING. I took the Women’s day class here today and LOVED IT! The trainers are high energy, friendly, and so much fun! But they also know their stuff! Shanae was so much fun as an instructor!!! You could tell she has a passion for fitness and for other people! My only complaint is that when I asked when I could take another class like this, they said they don’t offer them! WHAT!? I would take a class like this at least once a week! I’m a busy mom and it was PERFECT for me! I got in, I got out, I got my BUT KICKED!!!
