Beautiful building and area for smaller concerts, but I'm concerned about accessibility issues. There was no clearly marked accessible entrance--you have to go up several steps just to get in the door on 1st floor. The main level of the concert hall is on the 2nd floor of the building. This puts the balcony all the way up on 3rd floor, and there is event staff guarding the elevator telling people it's only for those in wheelchairs to use. There are many people with mobility issues who don't use wheelchairs! To go to the restroom requires more hikes up and down the stairs. It took forever to make it back out of the building after the concert due to only one exit being open and everyone slowly making their way down all the steps, which seems like a fire hazard. It was also uncomfortably warm inside. Again, it's a gorgeous building, but I saw several people struggling to navigate all the steps and get to their seats. I know 1800s buildings weren't built with accessibility in mind, but I think people should know ahead of time if modifications aren't possible or being made so everyone can enjoy the experience.

I went here for a Stryper concert last weekend and they rocked! They had a great message in their songs and they put on an awesome high energy concert! πŸ™Œ πŸ‘ŠπŸŽΈπŸ₯

$7 for a bottle of water is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The spring loaded dance was really bouncing and a great venue.

This place raises an obvious question: Why don’t architects design places like this? Why don’t builders build places like this? With all the technology available today how come we live with such sterile modern design? Enough of my rant…I was fortunate enough to work here for the Tall Grass Film Festival. The building has a warmth and presence that is palpable. When I was in high school there was a place like this in Seattle, Eagles Auditorium. Omaha had Sokol. These older venues should be treasured. Eagles was taken over by the tony set. Sokol hangs on. Thanks, Wichita for having kept this vital site alive.

The venue alone is one of the coolest smaller concert venues I've ever been at and a very neat place to enjoy a concert. My only complaints, and there are 2 that I hope get dealt with, on a mild night in June where it wasn't very hot outside it was easily 15Β°-20Β° warmer inside the venue. If I had to guess I'd say I left the concert 8 lbs lighter than when I got there. A couple of large fans, strategically placed, would solve this problem. The second is much more serious. As a Class A certified contractor I'm allowed to build high rise buildings in any municipality in the US. I don't and wouldn't but I do know a few things about safe and unsafe construction. So when I say that the floor in front of the stage was bouncing as the crowd was jumping to the music and it made me sick, I mean that in the back of my mind I thought that my first trip to Wichita was going to end with me being part of a news article that began with the number of fatalities that occurred when the floor collapsed. If I had to guess, the live load on the floor at the time of originally being installed was much less strict and it didn't account for a shoulder to shoulder crowd in 2023 that was jumping in unison. Get this looked at by an engineer soon or be the headline in the news paper. All that being said I loved the venue and the show(Paul Cauthen) crushed it like usual. I would have given it five stars if not for the two fairly easily fixable issues.

Great venue, very clean with nice staff. I've only been here once but it was a great experience. The building is absolutely beautiful inside. The only problem I had was this is TempleLive but no where on the building says that so it was kind of hard to find. If you go, look for the sign that says Scottish Rite Center and that's the same building as TempleLive. I would definitely recommend going or using it as a venue. They do all sorts of events like comedy shows, concerts, weddings ect.

We have been to two concerts here and we love it. Good acoustics and standing room on floor tickets allow you to be close or far, you choose.

Beautiful venue and great acts! I wish I could have explored more but was still blown away how beautiful the property is! From the outside, I never would have guessed that this was a concert venue. Great overall experience. Plenty of beverage stations and friendly help!

Killer venue! Not your typical scenery for some of the bands I've seen there! The lights and sound are always on point. Check it out!

It was my first time I have been here, I came to visit my girlfriend and was invited to go see a show. Overall it was a great experience. The venue itself was nice. Could use some more signs though to show where restrooms are at and what not. But other than that, it was just a good time.

Last night was a great show put on- please look to book more acts like The Word Alive, anything in the post hardcore/ metalcore scene. The place is beautiful, and we loved being up close and personal with the bands. The parking was so easy and accessible. Looking forward to attending many more concerts here. My only complaint is within the first 5 min of standing there, I was drenched in sweat.
