    Guptons has always been number one in ratings for me. I've seen them grow as a family, along with their business over many years. It felt good to go back for a visit with them. They have even been remodeling, and it certainly looks good! Almost done, I was told. If you haven't been, go back. All small businesses need our support. Guptons deserves that and more. ❤️😊

    I love this place. Always get the cutest and most comfortable hoodies and shirts for my fur baby. The customer service is great. They're so helpful. My pet enjoys the attention.

    Love this place , staff is very informative and always have the latest trends on clothes , dog and cat care items and everything organize free samples , onsite vet love everything they are a place you feel like family and your fur babies are always welcomed

    This is by far the best pet store in the area. They are very knowledgeable and super friendly! They also have grooming, boarding, and vet services. Locally owned, so that’s even better!

    I have been with guptons for about 4 years now since my dog was a puppy and yesterday I was so disappointed at how I was treated trying to schedule my pup a vet appointment to be seen. I wasn’t aware of how popular walk in saturdays were until I went, which was fine but I decided to schedule him an appointment after waiting awhile just because I needed to get ready for work. I ask the lady working at the front desk of the vet clinic if we could get him scheduled and she pursues to tell me she doesn’t have anything until the 18th of October, it is now the 23rd of September, at this point I will just have to wait I loved guptons I really did not want to take him anywhere else like I’ve had to before, so then she says I actually don’t have availability until the 23rd of October. I’m like okay that’s fine. She pursues to tell me “you don’t want to take him back to Kutter Petcare?” (Her looking through my paper work trying to find every allegation to turn me away) I say no I didn’t like my experience there the last time I went. I found that very rude once she asked me that.? Anyways, she pursues to somewhat look like she finally wants to write him down to get scheduled and continues to say “you know the 23rd is a long time to get seen for a ingrown nail” keep in mind I am on the phone and the person I was on the phone with said “dang she was very rude about that” before I could even register what I was about to say and thought that was rude too so I just said nevermind and left the pager and left. I don’t even know if it’s a ingrown or what but I’ve been back twice trying to get him scheduled the first time she acted like the books being booked up would stop me from scheduling so told me to come for walk in saturday, did that it was packed okay cool, tried to schedule a actual appointment and basically got turned away. She just stared at me as she told me that was a long time to wait. So I just assumed she didn’t want to get him booked she was very aggy with the whole process giving me a vibe that made me uncomfortable and that she basically wanted me to go elsewhere so that’s what I will be doing and won’t be coming back. I am very disappointed because I loved guptons, ear cropping, vaccines, neutered, and buying products for the past 4 years will have to go elsewhere. Won’t be talking highly anymore.

    So, I wanted a few cans of cat food that were in a case. I was buying a total of 36 cans of food of different flavors. I was told that she could not open that case of the particular flavor because there was not enough room on the shelf for the rest of the cans that were in the case. I commented that was ridiculous and the other store attendant said, yes you are ridiculous, referring to me, the customer. I found this to be rude and denying a customer 6 cans of a cat food flavor because there isn't enough room on the shelf is just an inability to adjust to a change. If the inventory throw you off, then mark the case with a sharpee that it is 1/2 a case!! I will never go back!!

    The staff was super friendly and also very helpful. I was a few dollars short of having all of my money to pay my bill and they actually worked it out for me so I could get my "Gunner" back. Thank you very much from Gunner and I!

    Since the pandemic favored massive companies like Walmart and Amazon I've been trying to shop smaller. I've come to this place here and there but usually picked convenience. And that means giving your info to sell for "rewards" that might make up for the higher prices. I will be going to Gupton from now on. The prices are good and they are locally owned. They have a bunch of new services since the last time I was there, which was admittedly a long tome ago. They do all kinds of boarding and have a vet. They don't have 90 brands of dog food but they carry what I use, and they have a selection of other products I use for my dogs, so they have everything my dogs need. I used to come here when I kept fish because they had a better selection than the larger chains. They don't have them anymore, but neither do I and the chain stores still have a paltry selection anyway.

    Recently had my male cat neutered here. First experience using this vet. Scheduling was easy and prices are below competitors in area. My boy recovered quickly and has a much better attitude now! I highly recommend Gumpton's Pet Care Center.

    We come from Colorado Springs, and this is our go to boarding facility while we are here. You can tell they love each and every animal that comes to stay. Would not go anywhere else. While our boys stay there they also groom them, and they do a marvelous job. It’s family owned and they make you feel like family too. Shelly Rogers

    I've been going here for years. it's a family owned business and the people that work there are super nice and will help u find anything you need for your pets. I highly recommend this place for all your pet needs I give this place a thumbs up 👍

    We brought our rescued Shiba Inu for a teeth cleaning. The Doctor and staff were wonderful and explained the whole procedure. Very affordable rates for all their work.

    I did not have good experience at Guptons. Walk in service on Saturdays ,around Sept 27 2022 , I was 1st person there. I'm in wheelchair with German Shepherd service dog with eye infection. I was in line for 2hours. Many people went in and out. Finally an employee came out and said whatever I might need would cost up to $200. I asked if vet could just look at my dog. They gave me a pager with #9 on it. After a while lady with #2 was called. 20 minutes later #3 was called. I left. I went back on October 8th . I was 3rd person in line. After about 20 minutes I asked a lady to Lett them know I was there. 15 minutes later a lady came out and gave me a pager #6. After 1more hour , I gave the pager to one of the last customers to take inside. I left. Doesn't appear that they attend to people with disabilities. That is the way I was treated.

    My friend has a kitten that was sick. We went I'm without an appointment and although they were very busy they worked us into the schedule. They were kind and professional with modest prices.
