I love the facility and the people who work here are absolutely amazing! My son was terrified to go to the dentist but adventure made it a great experience for him. Most of my friends and family bring their children here. I would recommend this place to everyone I know. Thank you Adventure dental and vision for making our experience the best it could be!!

Made new patient appointments for 2 of my children. After waiting for 30 minutes to go back, my daughter's hygienist was not very nice - cold, barely spoke to my daughter, and just acted like she didn't want to be there at all. My daughter saw Dr. Gasser as her dentist, and he was pretty good - explained things to us and had a warm personality. My son's hygienist was GREAT! I wish I could remember her name. She was so sweet with him and made him feel so comfortable. That, however, is where the good vibes ended. The dentist was called over, did not introduce herself and told my 4 year old son "open your mouth". She then immediately began examining his teeth and stating "(tooth number) crown, (tooth number) crown, (tooth number) crown". In all, she recommended 7 crowns for my son. I was concerned about this extensive treatment recommendation, and after looking at several other reviews I decided to pursue a second opinion. It turns out my son needs 1, possibly 2, crowns and the other teeth only need small fillings. I would not recommend this practice to anyone. Not only is it dishonest to recommend excessive treatments, I'm assuming to get the insurance reimbursements, but these people don't seem to care that the unnecessary work they are doing is at the expense of our children. I will never be back, and I will recommend to anyone I know to avoid this practice like the plague. These people should be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing.

Got to see Dr. Diana Ho today! She is the sweetest soul you'll meet. She is great with children as well. My children are now taking their vision seriously after visiting with Dr. Ho. The office is always clean andprofessional. We love coming each time .

Sat in waiting room for over an hour then when I took my daughter back (first ever dentist appointment) the girl just seemed annoyed and didn’t say a word to me until she told me how to have my daughter sit on my lap. She didn’t make me feel very comfortable so obviously she doesn’t make my one year old feel comfortable either so she screamed the whole time while the chick rolled her eyes. Then when the dentist came to look at her teeth he basically looked at them said “looks good” then walked away and said nothing to me.. I was really confused until the girl said I’ll walk you to the front. I left feeling like I burdened their day. Won’t be going back.

Everyone at Adventure Vision and Dental were absolutely amazing! I took all 3 kids and they scheduled them together which made it easier. I have 2 kids with autism and was concerned how they would react, but they loved it! Everyone is so kind and helpful! I highly recommend AV&D. Not only did we take care of business, we had fun and the whole family loved it!

The technicians and doctors are very kid friendly and make the appointments fun for my kiddo. Im always relieved when they show patience and understanding for my son's anxiety. Highly recommend!

They do an excellent job of getting us in and out. They see multiple kids at once which is super helpful when you have 7 kids! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Tran is amazing! He is so helpful when explaning what is going on and informative about any questions we may have. Love his attitude, he is always welcoming. The staff is also very great too!

I was highly impressed with the knowledgeable doctors and techs. Every single person from the vision and dental teams were so polite and professional. Plus, I loved the way they communicated with the kids.I would highly recommend this location! L

Dr. Tran at Adventure Vision is always kind and relatable for my kids. They are always excited for their exams. He is thorough and goes above and beyond when necessary. We have found the staff is always sweet and efficient. My kids say 10/10!

Very clean and calm atmosphere, but the wait times for dental is always going to be 30-45 + minutes whether you arrive early or not. I have no issues with their vision side, they’re always great with my autistic daughter and my neurotypical daughter we love them! However, the dental side (the hygienists, the doctor is good) doesn’t seem to require much or any knowledge when it comes to working with special needs or autism. They’re always very nice though. I wouldn’t recommend their dental side to anybody with a special needs child, but I absolutely would the vision side.

They are truly the best they care about your children and it shows. Trina. Shout-out to the eye doctor (forgot name). She is really caring we had a incident with my girls' eye. She was so gentle, and very good explaining the problems and solution if there is one.

They said my son needed 6 crowns and when I decided to take him somewhere else for a 2nd opinion they told me he only needed 2. Definitely DO NOT recommend, they also had me waiting forever just to be called back.

All three of my children had eye appointments back to back.The staff stepped up to make it run smoothly with less chaos! They were knowledgeable and made a feel very welcome from the minute we walked in the door!

We always have a great experience at adventure vision and dental my kids always enjoy how friendly the doctors are and everything is very efficient. I appreciate how they will schedule all three of my kids on the same day and they'll accommodate vision and dental appointments on the same date as well.

They are amazing with my kids they didn't hesitate to get them a consultation with a Dr. They wanted to make things go smoothly with my girls procedures.

Amazing staff! I was running late due to the heavy rain and they still saw me with no problem! Also did a very thorough eye exam and gave me the proper prescription!

Great place for both adults & children. I'm 59, my daughter is 13. They always get our appointments at the same time. All their employees surely are hired not only for knowledge but also personality, they truly are great people who care. They are sure to check your eyes over well, not only for glasses. Things are explained to you in terms you will understand, sometimes using a eye model or pictures. They found something abnormal in the back of my eye. They scheduled me an appointment at a specialist in a couple of days. We've been coming to Adventure Vision for my 13 year olds lifetime. Hey, they share a loby/sitting area with an Adventure Dental. Kill two birds with one stone kinda thing. Oh yes, I would say they are bilingual too. I hear them speak in Hispanic language to others, so tell your friends. We love our eye care facility!

I love the people and all the dentist but hate!!!! The wait time. If my appointment is at 2:30 I shouldn’t have to wait til 3:30 or 4 just to get seen. I understand you can get busy and understand if I have to wait like 15min-20min but over a hour every time is ridiculous. Stop scheduling so many people at the same time. I’m going to give them one more chance after that I’ll look else where. But… I truly love the workers. Kid friendly and always the best

My Grandson is 11 and is special needs young man with extreme anxiety. They have made our visits for eye exams so comforting for him. He goes willing and I feel the doctors truly care about helping him succeed. The front in staff is very accommodating.
