I love Hardee's but this location made us wait for over 20 minutes. When we arrived at the store there was no one in the drive thru or inside the lobby. As we were making our order we could hear an order in the drive thru being given. They made us wait until they served 8 drive thru orders with a skeleton crew. 6 PM on a Sunday evening. This location is not the place to get the best Hardee's service.

We walked in through the north doors and passed the restroom. It smelled like the sewer was backed up. It took a bit of time before any employee took our order. No greeting. Our food was lukewarm. The chicken tenders were good but you could tell they had been sitting for awhile. Same with the fries. Wimpy and lukewarm. The only thing that was hot was the pie. I was reluctant to visit here again but my husband talked me into it. I miss the old Hardee’s where service was great, the food was hot, fresh and delicious.

I've been to this location a few times since they expanded their hours but they lock their dining room early most days it seems, so if you get there before 7 PM it's fine, but after there's no guarantee. I understand wanting to go home early or start closing early if it's slow but it's lost them a bit of business. Over all it's a fine place to eat, the hours are just frustrating.

My wife and I ordered and right after we got our drinks, they were delivering our food to our table. The Monster Burger was great. Better flavor than McDonald's burgers. Will go back again.

One if the worst fast food restaurants I've been to. The guy at the counter was horrible. The food was eh at best. And the only thing worse than what we got was the speed at which it was readied. Quite simply. Simply horrible.

It has been forever since I've ate at a Hardee's, I was hungry and it was right there. I got the Ham and cheese meal and wasn't disappointed. The sandwich was surprisingly large and the fries were hot and crispy. The only thing I was disappointed about was the fact they didn't have iced tea and when I said something about it, the girl replied "you would be surprised by what this store is out of". Sounds like management needs to stock their store

BREAKFAST ONLY If I want a QT BUGER I'll go to QUICK TRIP

Ordered a cheeseburger combo with a shake instead of drink. They had me drive to side door and wait because they needed time to make my shake. It was over $10. I finally had to go in because no one ever came out with my order. When I got home I had a cheeseburger no fries and a small shake. Not worth $10 and didn't have time to go back and correct my order. Will not go back.

14 minute fast food. Was told to pull around for "fresh burgers and fries". We had room temperature fries. Ridiculous. No wonder they weren't busy. I should have turned around. I'll never be back and I'll tell everyone.

Great service plus they give Veterans and First Responders discount which is helpful in these economic times

Very friendly wait staff at the drive thru. The made us feel like they wanted at their establishment. Food was cooked fresh and hot. Tasted exactly as I expected. Will return here again!!!

Tried the new 2 sliders, fries, cookie and drink under $7. A great deal and the right amount of food.
