    Check-in was easy, and the woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. While I was waiting my turn, I could hear her being kind and caring, going the extra mile to help the elderly person in front of me. At the licensing window, the woman who helped me was great. She listened, was efficient, and took extra time and effort to take care of an issue. I was in and out in about 15 minutes.

    This was the smoothest experience at the DMV I have ever had. Everyone was nice with great attitudes and the whole place was festively decorated for Halloween. Such a quick process (not more than 15minutes in and out) good energy for a process that used to be a real nightmare. Highly recommend this location!

    Sorry don't know her name but the woman at the check-in desk was very kind, polite & understanding. Dominic was very personable, polite & knowledgeable. They got me in & out in a timely manner. I'm very satisfied with today visit.

    The gentleman that greeted us, greeted us with a smile and was very sweet! He helped my husband and I get checked in quickly! Sherrie was absolutely amazing and very sweet! She carried a conversation with me and was just overall the best! Becky was absolutely the worst! She was assisting my husband and instantly had a problem. She rudely came over to Sherrie and interrupted Sherrie while she was asking me questions. She complained about our lease agreement we brought to show proof of residency. She seemed irritated and I even offered to show rent payments we made recently. My husband and I used the same rental agreement to show proof of residency.. that Sherrie was perfectly fine using, but not Becky.. I could overhear her saying that our lease was expired to my husband, but he explained to her it wasn't. After the date that the lease was up, we were to pay month to month if we didn't give a 30 day notice, which we didn't. She needs to work on her attitude and learn how to treat people with respect and to stop trying to be a problem starter! Like I said before, I offered to show proof that we are still currently paying rent here. Anyways, I would like to thank the gentleman (I wish I got his name) and Sherrie for their patience and kindness! You guys rock, not you Becky!

    The programs enforced by legislation has moments that backfire on to the people who support the community at the DMV. The gentleman at the Drivers Solutions Desk has incredible patience and knowledge. He is always willing to help, don't take his stone face for neglect, he does only what he can. Sherrie was as helpful as she and her dress was beautiful. Thank you all for your help on this day.

    Went there twice now, military family we got moved to kansas from georgia a state with completely different laws. My wife went to take her exam here, the first day we were met with Helen who was kind and took time to explain to my wife what she had done wrong and told her how to prepare for her next one. The next time my wife returned we were met with Katherine, katherine was by no means kind or customer friendly in any way, from the moment we saw her at the counter, she did not even bother to say good morning, hello, or even ask what we were there for. Eventually after waiting for her to finish being confused from the documents we handed her because she didn't bother to ask any introductory questions we got sent to sit down and wait for our number to be called. We were then met by a gentleman who was kind and even told my wife that she was for sure gonna pass. To my surprise we got stuck with “Katherine” the one with glasses to be my wife's instructor. She did not allow my wife to ask a single question not even before the exam. She then leaves with my wife at which point i await my wife's return, where im met by both of them. My wife tells me that while they were outside Katherine says “you are a good driver i can tell you know how to drive” as soon as they step foot inside she says “you're disqualified” my wife asks for details as to how and Katherine, decides to be rude and essentially brush it off not even offering to reschedule an appointment for us. Both my wife and I are minorities and supposedly Katherine was too. But the way she treated my wife highlighted how she felt towards minorities and certainly cause my wife to feel like she wasn't given a fair chance in any way shape or form. So To all the Katherine’s out there who think its fair to fail someone and stop them from succeeding with no clear reason and no explanation, i hope you one day realize why its wrong.

    Sherri, my window attendant was absolutely wonderful. The simple conversation eased my mind. My driving test admin was very nice and comforting.

    Everything was amazing. From checking in at the front desk to Ashley helping with renewing my drivers license. Everyone was so courteous and so fast. I had a zero wait and could not be happier. Thanks to both of you. I with I knew the girls name at the welcome desk.

    Once I was summoned to a station, I was greeted with a warm voice, relaxing smile and a genuine sense I was appreciated to be there. And my experience only got better. The process was smooth, expedient and trouble free. Just when I thought I was about to escape in record time I was paused by an surprising inquiry if I was aware that my drivers license would also expire in 5 months. In short, I wasn't aware of this and even more surprised to learn that I could renew it also while I was there saving me a second trip and even more time. In summary, the friendly, efficient, courteous and professional manor of my experience with attendant Ashley was so greatly appreciated, I simply had to reveal it to everyone.

    Didn't have to wait very long. Went in @ 1030am & was out by 11am. For a Monday morning that was fast. The girl at the front desk was semi nice, but really didn't care I needed my driver's licenses ASAP. But the lady taking my picture was super nice.

    Front desk was quick and efficient at getting me checked in. They gave an estimate of an hour but I only had to wait about 15 minutes. All the staff here seems to do their best to keep things moving! Neira was super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! She made coming to the DMV a much more pleasant experience than expected. Give her a raise!!

    Sherrie was fantastic! She was polite and friendly which is always appreciated. The wait was short and I was able to renew my license being in and out in under 30 minutes. Was very pleased and wanted to let the staff at this location know to keep up the good work 👌 💯 🔥
