Ok. First... the guy at the register was extremely rude, we interrupted his texting. My order was wrong, which I could see if it was a crazy order but it was a two topping lunch pizza.. and they were not busy. They had myself and two coworkers in the restaurant.... that was it. .. that's not the worst part. The place was DISGUSTINGLY FILTHY!!

Last time ordering pizza here was a horrible experience. We've had good luck with them in the past but tonight they took an hour and 40 min to get our pizza to us. We had to call and ask them where it was, twice. Once it did arrive it was burnt and cold, a nasty combination. We called and complained, they offered to send us a new pizza or give us an IN store credit, we asked for both but they denied it. We then just asked for a credit back to our card and had to argue with them to get that rather then the in store credit. They did right by us, but still disappointed. Very poor service and really just a sad excuse for a pizza (which I hate to say, since I've always liked their pizza). We will be going to Domino's around the corner from now on. Edit** Just found out they sent us the wrong wings too.

We ordered pizza online in the app, and they messed up one of the pizzas. We called them and they gave us a credit which was great. We called in an ordered a few weeks later and they messed up both of our pizza's and did not apply the credit, even after we asked and reminded them. They don't seem to know how to listen to customers orders, or fix the problems that they created.

Only because I could not give it negative stars. The food was never made and then I was lied to. They then shut the window on me. Very disappointed

Thought we would give 21st St a try...great delivery time HOWEVER, did not do the pizza crust as ordered, the melt was made with a chewy stale crust which it NOT what I have gotten before at any other location and the cheesy bread sticks were over done and not cut into strips just kind of left as a pan in a box. I think we will just do the drive to Maize Rd Pizza Hut like before or go to Cheezies who never disappoints.

Not too great. Ordered a supreme and it was overcooked with mostly tomato sauce and toppings had fallen off in box. A huge let down.

The food was delicious and was ready in a timely manner the employees were professional and kind I could tell the store was a good one.

I ordered 2 large 3 topping pizzas and when I picked it up only one of them was correct the other one was a medium cheese pizza. This isnt the first time this has happened and when I called them they told me I had to wait 15 min for them to remake the pizza. The wierd thing is the 3 times this has happened all the mistaken pizzas were cheese pizzas like are you trying to dump cheese pizzas nobody wants on me?

Ordered pizza here my pizza came with NO Sauce. Was given a 10 dollar credit. But then the credit was used but really didn't lower the price of the meal. Don't know how that works out. Really not ordering from here anymore.

EDIT-- Unfortunately, with all the competition, it seems like Pizza Hut is making changes for the worst! Pizza was hot, but lacking the cheese and pepperoni they normally have! Left me with a feeling that I want to look for a different place for my Pizza! Five stars, down to a three rating. 👎 Pizza Huts consistency in maintaining, taste, quality, promptness, adapting to technologies, continually searching for ways to improve, and being concerned about their customers and their opinions.

Driving through the parking lot and your delivery guy in the red pick up truck almost hit me. He did not yield to the right of way traffic. The person at the top of the t has the right of way and he should not of been traveling so fast. Pizza is terrible as so are your drivers!!

Ordered online and paid. Went to pick up, door says the lobby closes at 6:30. It was 6:08, as we were getting out of our vehicle walking up, an employee locked the door on us and proceeded to walk away. Pulled on the door while he just ignored us.

The delivery driver was very quick my food was very quickly done and out the door, super easy to do an online order my pasta was warm and tasty and very cheesy loved everything about my Pizza Hut visit at this location.

Went to Pizza Hut for lunch this is what they call a side salad... it's bigger than most people's regular salad. This Pizza Hut has the best staff ever they're always friendly and just very very helpful.

Very rude when answering the phone …“we are closed” and hung up immediately and was very angry when she picked up
