We had a serious problem with my daughter's phone. After moving info to new device she had no data or internet. For better part of 2 weeks we were in store and on phone with techs from Verizon. No one could fix it. Finally we found Sam May and he was wonderful. He treated us with the kindness and respect that had been missing up to then. It took 2 trips and 7 hours with techs but he finally figured out we needed another line with new number. Once that was done all service started working perfectly. Sam deserves a big raise and a huge round of applause for figuring out what Verizon techs could not. Way to go! I will always ask for Sam from now on. You all should too!

Had an amazing experience, Anthony was our service representative and I can not say enough great things about him. He knew what he was doing, he was extremely friends and helpful, made the whole process a legitimate fun and easy time. He was by far one of the best service representatives I’ve ever had at any company, and you could tell that he genuinely put effort into his job and connecting with us as customers. I would go back here and work with Anthony again, fantastic experience and great new phone as well.

Loved this store and the people who work there! My daughter and I went to a "corporate" store and we were denied the ability to touch the new Samsung phones, their policies. The gentleman at this store brought all the Samsung phones for me to handle, with arthritis and fibromyalgia that was very important. Now I can make my decision and order one, thanks!! we will be back to this store!!

Leslie was my customer service rep and she went above and beyond to help move my parents onto my plan. It wasn’t easy moving from AT&T but Leslie spend 4 1/2 hours with us talking to AT&T and getting everything perfect. Johnathon was there also snd was a joy to talk to. I highly recommend!!

Went in Saturday to add sister-in-law to our phone plan. Our rep was very brash and bragged about his drinking, a man throwing a toaster into a bathtub, etc. Ended up being dishonest about a promotion with the phone we got after being incredibly pushy about buying other phones, iPads, Apple Watches. Was also very loud with other customers about their late phone bill and overall not a nice person. In the future, definitely will pay more attention about a Verizon corporate location and an “authorized” Verizon sales location. I encourage avoiding.

I want to give a huge shout-out to the workers over at Verizon because they truly came to the rescue! My phone's LCD went bonkers and I was dreading the whole warranty process, but these folks were absolutely amazing. Their expertise made getting a replacement a total breeze. But here's the best part – they were also incredibly understanding and friendly throughout the whole ordeal. It felt like chatting with friends who happen to be phone gurus. Thanks to them, all my phone troubles are a thing of the past, and I'm seriously feeling like Verizon has my back. A massive round of applause for the workers – they deserve all the credit! 🙌📱
