I
was
referred
by
a
relative
who
goes
to
your
shop.
She
assured
me
yur
shop
would
treat
me
fair.
I
dropped
off
my
car
and
I
had
multiple
issues.
Radiator
reservoir
not
full,
radiator
not
filling
and
the
oil
was
leaking
from
somewhere
on
my
serpentine
belt.
Shop
called
back
had
crack
in
radiator
need
replaced.
Hoses,
thermostat,
flush
and
fill,
new
serpentine
belt
and
cleaning
my
engine
looking
for
source
of
oil
leak,
which
turns
out
there
was
no
leak
to
a
tune
of
$1,340.
I
felt
that
was
a
fair
amount.
My
issue
was
when
I
went
home
I
wanted
to
also
check
the
work
myself.
I
live
fairly
close
to
this
shop.
When
I
got
home
I
noticed
there
was
no
antifreeze
in
the
reservoir
at
all.
It
was
too
hot
too
check
the
radiator.
So
I
took
it
back
asking
why
my
reservoir
was
empty.
I
felt
I
paid
quite
a
bit
of
money
and
expected
everything
to
be
done
correctly.
The
older
gentleman
that
I
dropped
car
off
to
Mr.
Lollar
told
someone
to
bring
my
car
in
immediately
to
shop
to
fill
the
reservoir.
Now
I
must
say
there
was
another
issue
as
I
brought
car
back
.
A
male
employee
w
long
brown/red
hair
assisted
me
when
I
initially
picked
up
car
and
I
paid
for
it.
I
had
several
questions
about
the
crack
in
radiator
and
the
oil
leak.
He
went
to
speak
w
mechanic
and
ask
him
my
questions.
So,
I
was
a
little
surprised
when
I
returned
back
to
shop
he
was
there
and
I
heard
him
tell
Mr.
Lollar
he
didn't
know
anything
about
my
car
and
could
Mr.
Lollar
the
older
gentleman
who
I
think
is
the
Mgr
handle
it.
Then
after
my
reservoir
was
filled
took
a
whole
5
minutes
to
complete
that
same
male
employee
who
stated
he
didn't
know
anything
about
my
vehicle
brought
me
my
keys
and
said
"Oh
when
u
drove
home
it
can
go
down
that
low
and
we
just
topped
it
off".
He
obviously
is
not
a
mechanic
and
I
know
better.
I
guess
he
needs
to
polish
his
customer
service
skills.
Overall
I
think
the
shop
is
good
and
fair,
but
the
mechanics
need
to
make
sure
they
check
their
own
work
before
releasing
the
vehicle.
It
wasn't
a
major
issue
but
it
could
have
been
if
I
wouldn't
have
checked.
Mr.
Lollar
the
Mgr
assisted
me
twice
and
handled
the
matter
so
that
would
be
the
reason
I
would
bring
my
vehicle
in
again
if
anything
needed
to
be
fixed.
