My car broke down nearby. Rick didn't hesitate to offer to go to it to see if he could get it started, which he did. They quickly assessed that I needed a new alternator and battery. The work was done within 2 hours. Best customer service and mechanics ever!

I went in for a basic oil change and found it to be amazingly easy. The representative was friendly and professional, which made the process seamless. These folks are top rate!

I was referred by a relative who goes to your shop. She assured me yur shop would treat me fair. I dropped off my car and I had multiple issues. Radiator reservoir not full, radiator not filling and the oil was leaking from somewhere on my serpentine belt. Shop called back had crack in radiator need replaced. Hoses, thermostat, flush and fill, new serpentine belt and cleaning my engine looking for source of oil leak, which turns out there was no leak to a tune of $1,340. I felt that was a fair amount. My issue was when I went home I wanted to also check the work myself. I live fairly close to this shop. When I got home I noticed there was no antifreeze in the reservoir at all. It was too hot too check the radiator. So I took it back asking why my reservoir was empty. I felt I paid quite a bit of money and expected everything to be done correctly. The older gentleman that I dropped car off to Mr. Lollar told someone to bring my car in immediately to shop to fill the reservoir. Now I must say there was another issue as I brought car back . A male employee w long brown/red hair assisted me when I initially picked up car and I paid for it. I had several questions about the crack in radiator and the oil leak. He went to speak w mechanic and ask him my questions. So, I was a little surprised when I returned back to shop he was there and I heard him tell Mr. Lollar he didn't know anything about my car and could Mr. Lollar the older gentleman who I think is the Mgr handle it. Then after my reservoir was filled took a whole 5 minutes to complete that same male employee who stated he didn't know anything about my vehicle brought me my keys and said "Oh when u drove home it can go down that low and we just topped it off". He obviously is not a mechanic and I know better. I guess he needs to polish his customer service skills. Overall I think the shop is good and fair, but the mechanics need to make sure they check their own work before releasing the vehicle. It wasn't a major issue but it could have been if I wouldn't have checked. Mr. Lollar the Mgr assisted me twice and handled the matter so that would be the reason I would bring my vehicle in again if anything needed to be fixed. Thank you.

Highly Recommend! They saved me over $1200 by looking at my brakes and noting my break pads were good and that what I really needed was a new sensor. Good people!

They got me in and out for a nail puncture in less than an hour, and on a Saturday no less. I paid 36.40 for the labor and parts. Overall I am very pleased with the services offered.

Took my Jeep Commander in for check engine light and a/c check. Rick and his crew did a top notch job. Really appreciate the dedication to vehicle and customer service. As a side note, the restrooms need a bit of tlc. To be honest, when your best work is where it's supposed to be, having an outside cleaning crew would be best.

They were friendly, kind and understanding. They replaced my water pump and serpentine belt. The very nice. They also understood when they looked at my car that I had to wait a couple days to get the work done till I got paid. I would recommend this shop for any car needs. Rick and his crew were wonderful. They treated me like a customer should be treated and told me EXACTLY what was wrong with my car. The other two places I went to were no help at all, I think they were just trying to take advantage of the fact that I'm a single female to get more money out of me. I had a tire I needed to replace unexpectedly. They were able to get me in and fixed the same day. And that that day was a Friday and I didn’t take the car in until later in the afternoon. Thanks to Rick and the guys you saved my weekend.

I had called to get some work done on my car I had just bought. I explained my situation and said i I lived out of town and had a drive with kids and they said go ahead and come they’d make it work with the time. Well when we get there they say no we close at 6 and it’s a two hour job. They didn’t want to work 20 mins after their shift and that they said to be there by 330.. and they never said that. when I told them we had over an hour drive they said go ahead and come. So I’m unsure why it was different and they wasted my time. And had me drive a car that needed fixed if they weren’t going to do it. Waste of gas, time and wear on my car.

I've used this company and this location in Wichita 21st and Amidon in the past for my mom's car for services and I needed an oil change in the company that I would normally use has no staff for all changes and a coworker reminded me about this company and I'm still in the neighborhood I called them on Friday and was advised I could come in this morning on Saturday and I did was able to get my oil changed air filter changed and wiper blades done. Very quick professional outstanding customer service which is just like it was in 2019 and 2020 when I would bring my mother's car in for service and I shall return No Doubt

Rick and his staff were patient with me coming in right before closing, they showed me what was wrong on my vehicle and gave me a reasonable price, then they did an excellent and thorough job, going above and beyond what was called for. I’m very happy with their work and the price. I will be be back for all of my automotive needs and I live 45 mins away!!!

We were traveling through town and got a flat tire. Rick and his team got us right in and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. Rick greeted me as soon as I arrived for my appointment, I told him what I needed(tire rotation and balance). He got my info and gave my ticket to a technician(Logan)who immediately started on the needed service. I had an exhaust problem that needed attention and Brandon advised me what needs to be done. My vehicle will go back for the needed repair. I VERY HIGHLY recommend this facility for ALL your vehicles repair needs. The courtesy of everyone I interacted with has made me a very satisfied customer. And, the coffee is good too !!!!
