It’s a rip off! They go up on rent every year to strong arm you in to buying, once you buy, you wind up paying more than what you were renting it for, and they still go up on your site rent every year even if you are buying. So it’s like what’s the point in buying if you still got to worry about increasing every year. They are a money pit. Very greedy company. Best advice, buy it straight out, or move the trailer to your own land and not worry about yearly increases.

Its quiet which is nice. But not a fan of the office staff. Can't wait until I can move. Will not be renewing my lease next year. Never can get ahold of the office. Every time I try to call there is never anyone to answer and i get transferred to the pointless 3rd party answering service. November 12, 2019, Since the original review was placed there have been more issues. The office and regional manager seem to think that "resolving an issue" means that its fine that things take MONTHS to fix with no kind of reimbursement for the issue. "I apologize for the inconvenience" DOES NOT FIX IT. Like going through 4 months of summer with me and my children completely uncomfortable and sweating INSIDE my house, because instead of just handling the issue the first time.... they were" trouble shooting" and i still had to pay $700 a month to be completely uncomfortable. And how about a window that got broken, yes it was on the inside of the house, but it was called in 2 MONTHS AGO AND JUST GOT FIXED TODAY BECAUSE I CALLED. Problems are not handled and fixed in a timely fashion, which intern has made multiple months living in my house unbearable, while still have to pay the same amount. They are not willing to own up to any fault that they are in the wrong and willing to even give a discounted rate due to issues. Absolutely ridiculous!

Update** 6-2019. Under new management, our community has become even better. Staff is amazing, and sincerely love what they do and it shows. We had an issue with our concrete patio and the new General Manager had it replaced. The overall Park is looking amazing, the pool is being ran correctly and they have a maintenance staff who is on top of everything! As you get with any community, some people do not like to follow the rules, and the management team catches "flak" from them, but they hold strong and enforce the rules regardless. If you are looking for a place to live, and will follow the rules set forth from your lease agreement, this is the place to live! Stephanie the GM. Is compassionate, yet enforces policy. She takes time to always listen to the community concerns, and acts on them accordingly.** Navajo lake estates is the community we decided to move our home into. We struggled with the purchasing of a home not because of the community, but because of manufacturers. It took 3 months to move our home in. During this time, the manager at Navajo Tiffany was the ONLY person who shot us straight. She is consistent and compassionate. She kept us informed on processes that we were not aware of. After delays with manufacturing and then the weather. Tiffany had been beside us the whole time telling us, " when the weather is clear, we will bring your home in" She sis exactly that. She told us the home was coming in the next day and it did. She had the contractors lined up and they busted butt to move us in. This saved us $1400.00 as we were at a point of having to pay another months rent on our old house. We have been at Navajo for over 3 months now. We LOVE LOVE LOVE it. Again Tiffany and all her staff are helpful, compassionate and consistent. The park is well maintained, the pool is amazing, staff are professional and courteous any questions we have had or concerns are answered. I would highly recommend Navajo as your community whether buying your own home, needing to rent a home in an amazing area.

Staff is awful, streets are terrible and WAY overpriced. Be very careful about buying a used already set mobile home from them. They band-aid any issues, then after you have got yourself into a contract the home starts falling down around you. The management there is terrible awful.

My husband an I purchased a home from here just a few months ago. Well at closing we were told we had 30 days from that day to report anything that was broken in the home which we did and we told that the manager said it was on us now that we own it. Fast forward to the present. We receive our monthly lot rent statement which we always budget for. Paid it then come home to notices on the door with DIFFERENT AMOUNTS on them then said statement! Threatening to charge fees and evict us if we do not pay by a certain day! If we had known this was going to happen we would of went someone else to buy our FIRST home!!!

Don't believe their "guarantee inspections." I didn't have hot water when we moved in. Gas pilot was out. Hard to believe it was inspected. Reported the next morning which they did come out and light it. It goes out on its own periodically but they claim I didn't report it in time. )? Next morning apparently means 31 days their time. Home leans to one side. Apparently that wasn't noticed either. Neighbors are apparently able to do as pleased. Stop signs mean nothing (good luck kids) 15 mph limit isn't enforced. Speed bumps are stopping anyone. They just pass you like you're on a highway. Big mistake moving here. Don't believe them. They are not the best park in town. Not even close.

Over the last 2 years that I've lived here. It's been a nice quiet Mobile Home Park. Well maintained properties. Wide paved streets like any housing neighborhood. With the recent openings of the newly built Amazon distribution center. With a supporting company's warehouse near completion. Both will bring a couple thousand new jobs with them. Wichita and surrounding areas should benefit well. Another boost for Park City is the recent opening of the Crosswinds Casino, which is already constructing an expansion. Should see less empty lots and I'm sure 5% jump in lot rent will surely continue if not increase. Times being to good could price me right out of the place. It sure was a simpler little place when I moved here in 2019.

We have lived here for4 years we purchased our home the oven was broken they were supposed to get us a new one and install it. They bought an oven that wouldnt fit they just left it uninstalled. Currently we recieved a notice on the door that we need to remove my daughters dogs because it was not registered with the community. The dog is 50lbs we tried to register the dog they said no. While the neighbors behind us and infront of us have animals that exceed 60 lbs. They Discriminate at their own Discretion not what the community guidelines say

2023 addition: Once again...NO enforcement of the no fireworks rule. Neighbors have been shooting them off for over 4 hours now RIGHT IN FRONT OF OUR VEHICLES. Multiple items have hit our house and landed on our roof. If we have any damage we will be getting an attorney. Our security cameras are on for proof. We have to get up at 4:30 for our jobs yet can't even get to sleep due to the NOT ALLOWED FIREWORKS. Why have "rules" about fireworks every year but never enforce them? Every year it is the same thing, people are shooting them off all day and into the middle of the night then leave their mess all over the place. Nothing like having firework debris in our yard and on our cars when we never purchase or shoot a single one. With the crazy increase in lot rent every year, huge pot holes in the roads, broken driveways, picking and choosing who to enforce the rules on...I sure wish the park would buy our home from us so we could leave here.

##Update## A couple years later and all I can say is the experience is going downhill. I leave my garbage can out for 1 day past pickup, and I'm met with a "Rules violation notice." My next door neighbor however has left theirs out in the street (which has migrated to in front of my house because they have 4-5 or more vehicles parked blocking their frontage) since the very first time that took garbage out months ago. The same goes for maintaining the lawn, I go out of town for 2 weeks. Obviously, the grass gets a little long and come home to yet more "rules violation notices" taped to the door. I'm an owner, not a renter. My door looks like hell from all the tape residue. And then there are the neighbors who mow once all summer and only after the grass starts resembling an unkempt pasture. And finally, the lot rent goes up every year. Sadly, the lot rent is now equivalent to the payment on a $100k mortgage, yet we see nothing added in the way of service or value for the increased cost every year. ##End Update## Cleaner than many in town, certainly more expensive than many and typical MH community. Sadly, the rules of the community only apply to those who actually care. 15mph speed limit translates into "as fast as you can get your mufflerless Honda going", kids could care less about property, and they have worn a mud path through my yard taking their shortcut. Fences are not allowed, those that have them are "grandfathered" so don't think you can put one up to keep the traffic down, keep your yard nice or keep the dozens of roaming cats from doing their "business" in your lawn. Supposed to be a weight/breed limit on dogs, and again, rules that only those who care take seriously. DO NOT take your passive dog for a walk on a leash unless you carry self defense to equalize against the 100#, untrained dogs being walked by 50# kids who have no control over them. The ladies in the office running the 2 parks do try their very best to make these nice parks. The corporation that owns the parks is working to move in new homes all the time and you can see that they do care. Sadly, many of the residents do not care but in a park where you rent your space, these things will never change, it's the nature of the beast.
