After
4
years
on
this
campus
I
can
safely
say
this
place
is
horrid.
I
have
kept
my
patience
for
years
but
have
reached
my
limits.
Now
before
anyone
tries
to
blame
the
complex
managers
(which
is
well
over
a
dozen
in
just
my
time
alone),
they
aren’t
the
issue
here.
The
issue
here
is
the
ownership,
every
complex
they
own
has
major
issues
(I
know
of
three
instances
of
rats
in
two
different
complexes).
Since
I
have
moved
in,
I
have
dealt
with
bad
flooring,
electrical
issues,
water
heater
issues,
things
not
working
correctly,
plumbing
issues,
things
missing
and
worse
of
all
roaches.
I’ve
submitted
hundreds
of
maintenance
requests
to
fix
stuff
that
goes
nowhere
because
the
ownership
wants
to
move
apartment
managers
every
6
months
and
nobody
communicates.
I
have
paid
out
of
my
own
pocket
for
new
blinds
(None
were
here
despite
being
told
they
were),
drip
pans
for
the
stove,
new
shower
head
(broken
when
I
moved
in),
and
new
outlet
covers.
All
of
that
pails
in
comparison
to
the
200+
dollars
I
have
spent
to
try
to
get
rid
of
the
roaches
(Which
I
have
to
deal
with
another
2
weeks
before
they
will
even
attempt
to
spray
for
them,
something
that
is
always
conveniently
never
done)
or
almost
$300
dollars
of
food
I
just
bought
that
I
had
to
throw
out
because
the
amount
of
roaches
is
ridiculous.
My
apartment
has
a
busted
screen,
a
window
that
won’t
lock
(which
considering
I
live
in
the
basement
is
just
asking
to
get
robbed),
another
window
that
won’t
close
properly.
I
have
submitted,
in
the
last
four
years
on
numerous
occasions,
requests
for
the
roaches
to
be
dealt
with,
new
outlet
covers,
a
new
screen,
the
flooring
to
be
fixed,
my
front
door
to
be
fixed,
my
water
heater
to
be
fixed,
all
of
my
outlets
to
work,
my
toilet
not
to
rock
and
wobble
to
the
point
that
kicking
it
might
make
it
fall
over,
windows
that
work,
a
garbage
disposal
that
works,
a
sink
that
doesn’t
back
up
when
I
run
the
dishwasher,
a
bathroom
facet
that
isn’t
broken
(which
has
been
like
that
for
a
minute),
a
water
heater
that
actually
heats
water
on
its
own
and
doesn’t
require
you
to
turn
it
on
every
time
you
want
hot
water,
decent
water
pressure,
and
a
kitchen
light
that
doesn’t
require
the
light
to
be
turned
on
and
off
forty
times
before
it
turns
on.
What’s
shocking
is
I
reported
potential
mold
and
it
looks
like
their
answers
was
to
paint
over
it.
If
I
knew
anything
more
about
Wichita
I
would
move
in
a
heartbeat,
but
I
don’t
and
I’m
frankly
tired
of
both
waiting
for
ownership
to
step
up
and
take
care
of
these
issues
and
being
essentially
forced
into
paying
to
correct
them
myself.
I
know
at
least
one
other
resident
with
just
as
many
issues
that
has
now
changed
apartments
three
times
and
have
heard
of
another
half-dozen
that
are
all
in
the
same
boat.
