this place is horrible! I was dress coded my third day at work and was told to come back the next day if I live more than ten minutes away I let them know and was told to come back the next day doing as told I came back and was fired & HR didn’t do anything about this the training didn’t go well and if it did I would have known about dress code a little better me getting through two days of training with this job with the best attendance & being pregnant I’m upset about this. 0/10 do not recommend.

I was treated unfairly. They also have fake shirts made up with places that don't exist. They say you have park out back and can't park out front. People you call can say whatver they want to you. The supervisors are unprofessional.

NORC is not a place of business, but a place of employment; so, as a retail business, it doesn't really compare to its neighbors. As a place of employment though, it's one of the best I've ever worked, and they're always hiring. I've been working there for three months now and simply put, as the old saying goes, "If you love your job, you'll never work a day in your life". Nuff said.

Getting ready to start work this week at NORC. The hiring process is super easy, apply online, do a phone interview and within a few days, receive a job offer letter.

High turnover due to constant badgering of employee's, you have to ask off the wall questions that are embarrassing for both the interviewer and the client.

I have been with Norc since July of 2020 and am still there! I love my job as a TI because of the flexible schedule, training is well explained, the team leads and supervisors recognize hard work and handles the every day tasks on point.

Trying to learn how to use my new phone. I hope this pic goes out to the right person. I think the settings maybe out of place... just like all of this white trash. Trash on the inside... Trash on the outside. Maybe we can hold a neighborhood clean up day and send this trash on its way to WASTE CONNECTIONS.
