    Scott Green, a loan officer is one of the most disrespectful individuals I’ve ever dealt with. He needs to be fired. Calls me to speak about my car loan, asks his questions and before I can even get a word out to ask mine he “thanks me for my candor” and immediately hangs up. Had to call back and when I tell him it’s was very disrespectful for him to have just hung up on me he says “I said thank you”, like that was supposed to justify his rudeness. During the conversation he is speaking down to me as if he is above me, gives me attitude, speaking over me, and at one point called me a “bad customer”. Apparently in Mr. Greens mind, he can act and speak to anyone anyway he feels if he deems them a bad customer. I’m quite positive he speaks to people like this often. Such an awesome individual you have representing your business!

    My bank account was compromised twice with Southwest. Both times the staff was not helpful, the first time I was told it was my fault because the money was charged to AirBnb and I must've charged it myself, even though you could clearly see the charge came from South Korea. The second time I was on hold with the fraud department for over an hour before I was told to go into a branch to file a dispute, but I would not be able to do so for 5 days, and it will take up to 90 days to get my funds back. Seriously, how does this happen twice? Terrible security and customer service. I've been with Southwest a long time, and I've been treated very poorly.

    Be aware of the loan department and their scandals. I've tried to work with the loan department with a new vehicle. They make promises but can't keep their word. I've done everything I can possibly try and they have lead me on about getting a new loan and having me go to car lots just for them to lie. My car no longer works and all I want to do is put what I owe and roll into another vehicle. They keep telling me one thing then they lie.

    I went into this branch (because it is near my home) with a twenty dollar bill that I wanted to change in to two rolls of quarters. Simple, huh? Guess again! I was asked for my account number, and when I said I did not bank there, I was told that they could not do the transaction. Remember, I was not trying to cash a third party check or anything that esoteric, all I wanted to do was change a twenty dollar U.S. currency bill in to two rolls of quarters. At first I thought they might be kidding me, but no, they really would not execute this simple transaction. this has to rank high in the list of stupidest business practices ever conceived. Thank you Southwest National Bank for your EXCELLENT customer service!

    Very annoying when you go for a work deposit and told you can't deposit it because it has more than $5 in change so you have to go inside. Last I checked this is a bank and I was depositing money there should be no reason for me to have to go inside

    The worst company ever! They do not care about their customers and are a hundred percent out to scam you. Please save yourself a do not deal with these people. I would garentee the 5 star reviews are from employees friends or family members of employees. They literally do not care about they're customer whatsoever.

    this branch is so inconvenient. not the employees so much as the Atm's. There's always something going on with them. If its not the screen glitching, it's the card reader that "is unable to read my card." It's sooo annoying having to go to a further location but thankfully they don't have the same errors when i visit them.

    I would give them 0 stars but i cant.... Never ever ever ever do business at this bank if u have a title loan.... They will harrass u and harrass u about payments and then not even set up payments that u asked them to take out... My life goal is to make them famous for this... They will screw you over

    10 year customer w/consistent deposits over $7 to 10K.They wanted to put a 2 day or more hold on my normal payroll check no reason not even bothered to look iver my account. Blanca Salazar takes personal vendetta against customers. Now the fun starts went to another branch whom I regularly deposit at as well.They told me they can't approve over 5K which is a lie. I just deposited 7K the previous month. It gets even better the Town West Branch Matt tells me no problem I remember you come on over. I'll sign for it I can do that I know Blanca. I go through the drive through and deposit np... Get halfway across town for him to call me and say Oh no I can't do it now. They're closed and I have no check. It gets even better. I called this morning downtown and Ben is the best employee and tries to help as much as possible. I find out everybody's in a meeting about me and my check. After an hour and a 1/2 and no answer. I decided to go over there and call ahead. And they tell me oh, it'll be handled when you get there. I go through the drive through to pick up my check and leave. And the President Michael comes out and wants to have a conversation and hand it to me. Telling me hes gonna close my account with no regard to anything. They are a complete joke Either way, I have a long history of regular deposits. It should have never been a problem.

    The absolute worst and most fraudulent bank to work with in Wichita Kansas very unethical to do business with. If I can give Consumers of Wichita any advice is to have a lawyer review your contract with this bank before signing any of their paperwork. This company will try to screw you out of your down payment and car payments if you don't review your contract thoroughly before signing. The worst bank ever be careful before getting into any contract with this bank!!!

    So far, unable to leave an urgent message because I don't know anybody at the bank. And there's no way to email them. Has absolutely unimpressive.
