Broth is weak and only flavor is peppery. Tastes like the sprouts actually. Very little meat in the spring rolls. 2 shrimp cut in half and a few small pork bits. Mostly iceberg lettuce. Pictured with one bite out before I dissected it. Saigon Surprise tastes good. Portion is alright if one ignores the upcharge for more fruit. Got near a sandwich bag of sprouts which was nice. Will make something else with them. Ordered again from somewhere else and put all this away to try to fix tomorrow. Hoping a sit in the fridge makes it more flavorful.

So many vegan options at this place, but plenty for meat eaters too! Pictured are the vegan banh mi sandwich and fried rice with pork and shrimp. Large portions. Food is delicious!

The quality of food here is very surprising for a Pho restaurant that looks way more mainstream than your average mom and pop restaurant. The broth is spot on and the portions are generous. The grilled pork Bánh mì was absolutely amazing! The prices seem to be a little on the highside when compared to other Pho restaurants, but I feel the food makes up for it. Also, this has to be one of the cleanest restaurants I've ever been to.

Delish pho place! Super clean & quick, friendly service. Got the combo pho noodles, spring rolls, egg rolls & a couple pork sandwiches to go. Everything was hot, fresh & tasty. You can also refill your own drink which is a plus. Glad there’s a good viet restaurant on the west side of town.

The first "big city" style pho we have had in a long time. Very good and clean broth. Best fried rice we have had in a long time and came in a huge portion for a side. The service here is very good as well. They helped up order and had great suggestions. Definitely coming back soon.

Wow! So, I did not even know this place was here. The pho is on point. 😁 Very nice people, super fast service. The size of a regular bowl is double some other places. So full 😋 I will be back! Brisket Pho...tons of noodles

The restuarant and service: I really like the look of the restuarant, very clean, streamlined, and up-to-date. The pictures on the wall was really nice to look at and fit the place well. There was 3 pretty white statues on the floor that needs to be put on a table or something to make it stand out. I like how the restuarant is set up, there's 2 entrances, one in and one out. When you come in, you're already in line to order. I like how the half wall was tall enough that people on the other side was eating and still have privacy from people coming in to order. There's also an fenced in outside dining area. Also, the service was really nice. The food came out in a timely manner. The food: The eggrolls was good, they came out 3 times bigger than normal size eggrolls. The fish sauce dipping sauce was a bit on the bland side, couldn't taste any spiciness, sweetness, or sourness, it just tasted of fish sauce. The grilled pork was also bland like the meat wasn't given enough time to marinate. The food tasted more like fusion than authentic Vietnamese food.

Fantastic food. Husband ordered brisket pho, I had the pork fried rice. The fried rice had small slivers of garlic that added an amazing pop of flavor I haven’t experienced in fried rice before. Will definitely eat here again.

I ordered online. The earliest pickup was 1 hour. Called and the girl stated they were busy. Showed up 40 minutes later, the whole lobby was picked up. This was at 7pm. Is that normal? Cause I understand 30 mins to pickup, but 1 hr, and the lobby was closed. Was glad we arrived early because I was most concerned about the food just sitting around getting cold.

Service is great! Best pho, vermicelli bowls I’ve had compared to little Saigon and Saigon | Oriental Restaurant in Wichita. Egg rolls - great Spring rolls and peanut sauce - good

I loved the nom burger, very unique with carrots carmelized onions on a burger patty! The fresh spring rolls were also delicious big pieces of shrimp and the nom sauce was so good with the fries. My friends had the pho it came in a big bowl and they both really enjoyed it!
