Had a Birthday Party here for my daughter's 6th birthday. Service was lacking (Hostess was not engaging with the group and we constantly had to find her to ask her simple questions that should have been communicated from the gecko). We also were under the impression that we had 2.5 hours of access (website states it, and calling the party hotline also confirmed this same information.. which is apparently not true). Also the manager was disrespectful and had my children leaving in tears. So if you want to spend hundreds of dollars to be stressed and leave with an upset birthday child... By all means, book a party here.

if i could give this place a 0 i would. Went there with my family today, one of my kids has autism and has a hard time understanding social cues, and has just trouble in general. this worker, by the name of paige, yelled at him and made him cry. shame on this worker for having no patience, she had brown hair and small highlights and i could tell that girl is not a fan of children. shame on urban air for hiring a albeist child hater. this is absolutely unacceptable, my poor child was crying on the way home. THIS GIRL SHOULD BE FIRED

My daughter's birthday is 5 days before Christmas ☃️🎄. Options for parties are somewhat more limited this time of year, so we chose Urban Air. Big or small, younger or older..... there is something for everyone! Friendly, helpful staff are there helping to ensure a great experience, and wonderful time for all! With a celebrity red carpet photo wall to pose in front of - simply use your camera , phone, or they even offer a photo booth option so you are sure to get many good shots of the fun and laughter!

Feel like a kid again, lament about how this was much easier when you were a kid, get your butt handed to you by little kids, and get a major workout, all at the same time!!! 5 stars for the fun and facilities. Bounced an hour and that was enough (unless you have amazing stamina). Remember you will need to buy some of their special socks, they’re cheap and can be reused. Service is young and could be better, but satisfactory.

We love this place for parties! We did my oldest daughter's birthday here for 2 years and had a wonderful time. We decided to try Jumpy Jump Land this year instead and were disappointed and left missing our time at Urban Air. I did choose to take away one star though because I think it would be nice if they allowed outside food and drinks. Also, we've had problems with older kids being rude and pushy with our younger children during parties.

I'm not saying don't try it, you should go at least once, it may be a perfect spot for you and your kids. For me, Urban Air is okay if you need an afternoon to wear out your kids, and your not the one paying for it. If your kids have been to other trampoline parks, this one is lacking a little bit with extra things to do, but there's enough for them to enjoy themselves. As an adult, it's loud and gets old quick. You'll be happy when your two hours are up. You cannot bring any food items in, which is fine, but no drinks either, not even water. Make sure you and your kids are well hydrated before going in; you'll pay $3 for a no name bottle of water. Heads up!!! If you buy the complete package, you'll still have to ask a specific employee walking the floor for the extra wrist band required to do the sky bridge.

First time goer and it was a nice experience! The young lady that helped us was nice and informative. She answered any questions without being rushed or anything that sometimes you get from a young person working. I paid $70 for 3 kids. This included the basic jump and socks. With rope course included. I think this is a reasonable price for 1 hour of play, as my kids were tired and ready to go by then. There were many areas my kids could choose to jump! It was clean and there were many kids jumping but everyone seemed to be aware of each other and not just jump into one another, which I was sort of worried going into since my youngest is 6. There was plenty of seating at each area so parents can watch. The rope course was a favorite! The kids can’t wait to go back!

They allow the older kids to hit the younger kids in the face in dodgeball. You say something to them and they ask you to leave instead of addressing the problem. Under staffed and they have kids watching kids .They are racist when it come to Hispanic and black kids. Management is a joke and need fired .if you have problems they just ask you to leave. Will never waist my time or money with these types of businesses.

We went for my nephew's birthday party. This was our first time here and our girls LOVED it! Our party hostess was awesome! She was super sweet and helpful with anything we needed. It was pretty packed inside, but the staff did well at managing any bad behaviors or rule breaking to keep kids safe. If you don't mind noise, crowds, and really amped up little kids, this is a great place to visit!

We had our daughters party here over the past weekend. While there were many parties going on at the same time, it went VERY smoothly and the girls that were assigned to our party were great! It was already setup when we arrived, cleanup was also easy, the hosts literally took care of everything.

Spent over an hour watching the kids jump. It was clean and the atmosphere was pleasant. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. It was starting to get busy after 130 pm. Good place for the kids to be active.

I didn't jump climb but now that I lost weight I sure can with my kids.... I want to do zip line with them...and obstacle courses I seen how well my daughter does them things im not on speed but just if I can will be amazing in itself... but 💯 so much better that I can do things with them . They had a great time celebrating my son's birthday 🎂 staff got most his birthday cookie...

We attended a birthday party. Fun place for the kids to play, burn off energy, and challenge themselves. Lots of options!!! Ropes course above, rock walls, ball & foam pits, trampoline, etc.

We have had our son’s birthdays here twice now. Each time it’s been great. Staff is great, food is good. Kids have a blast. The remodel is super cool for the older kids but we were disappointed this time that most of it was for older kiddos and not so much the toddlers or littles. Last time they had a trampoline area that was perfect for the littles. But that area has been remodeled to more older kid stuff / ball pit which my two year old is too small for. Super awesome for big kids probably 6 and up. But for the little guys definitely not, and I’m glad I know that now so I didn’t play my daughter’s birthday here like I planned. Otherwise it’s great.

We went for the grand reopening on 8/19. They've completely changed everything and have more room for birthday parties, more premium obstacles, and a large food selection. They took out a lot of the basic trampolines in favor of things like the sky rider, climbing wall, and obstacle course.

The remodel of urban air is awesome! There are many new elements that make the price a great deal. With the top tier price you can use all the courses: rock wall, ninja warrior course, zip line, basketball, dodge ball, battle beam and the jump area.

We booked a party and it was awesome. The new party rooms are much more spacious than before. I think our host did a great job keeping up with our party.

👍 Nice public park with play area, tennis courts, baseball diamond, soccer field and sidewalks. Sorry NO water feature as previously reviewed at this park. Quit park on lots of land nestled in a nice established neighborhood
