👍 Plenty to keep you and kids entertained. A little on the pricey side, but what isn't these days. Good place to kill a few hours and have fun. And there's always the mall to explore after or before. Check it out! People often mention games, good, card, game, great, love, bowling, play, time,

Took my son there today just to get out of the house. This place is huge! Absolutely packed full of almost every game imaginable. Super clean, and not so loud that my son, who is autistic with sound sensitivity, couldn't handle it. I bought the yearly membership which came with 360 points on a reloadable card. You can easily spend a couple of hours here, no problem. Bathrooms were super clean, but two out of the three sinks did not work. The clown head game froze up on my son, and I had to search for an employee to help. They gave him a free game. Then the same thing happened at an air hockey table, where no puck was dispensed. Had to search for an employee again to fix it, and ended up getting two games. The young man at the card counter was super helpful, and seem to enjoy his job. I look forward to taking my son here again.

NEVER have I spent so much money to have such a poor experience due to management. I spent $400+ and management is rude. The employees are great. A girl named Naveah in particular was great service with a friendly attitude. But the 3 managers on shift refuses to help with anything. 2 employees at the counter serving a line of 15. We asked for cups he said get in line. 30 minutes just to wait for 2 cups with our pitcher of pop we already ordered. He had an attitude not only with the customers but also his employees. Because of management alone I will NOT return. 3/16/22 4:30pm

Check update!! I love this place, haven't had a bad experience here yet. All staff were very helpful and informative about the club programs and the games. Haven't tried the food court yet, bowling was good, lanes were a little dry when we went. Haven't tried the billiards yet either. But have won many of the claw machines, and prize games. Not your run of the mill ticket exchange either. UPDATE: Put 150 dollars in this game to build these towers then it errors because it ran our of tokens to build the back tower. 33 credit refund and a sorry for missing out on all your tickets you were about to win after spending a lot of money was it. Manager didn't help and no mechanic on duty. Pretty much just a sorry about you.

Love the place! It's a bit pricey, but the games are fun! I love how I can always rely on an employee when I need help with a crane, which people seem to forget that they can do. Employees always greet me with a positive attitude, and management is just as good when it comes to refunding credits when a game doesnt work! Bowling lanes are limited, but I expected that. They're in a mall so... pricing for billiards and karaoke are fair, I come play with my friends when i can. Food is alright... They introduced some japanese food to the menu and I think it's a nice addition! I am in LOVE with their new matcha latte! Overall loooove the place! I'll fs keep coming back!

Nice place to bring your friends if you need to get out for a while and have some fun! love the Japanese rhythm games they have there to play, staff and food is also great! would recommend to people who wants to go to an arcade on a Friday night or something!

Would definitely recommend for the rhythm games! They’re the only place that has a good assortment in all of Wichita, after all. However, for things like food, bowling, and crane machines, you’re probably better off at Box Lunch or Dave & Buster’s. This place is definitely waaay too overpriced and inconsistent with those things. If you want bowling, I’d recommend The Alley over this. However, if you’re in for some quick fun, it’s worth a visit! I suggest you only spend more than $20 if you’re here for the rhythm games, which are great!

It's a little pricy but the experience was well worth it. You get a card from a kiosk and load credits on it with money. Then you swipe the card at any of the machines and it tracks your credits and tickets. You get to cash out your tickets for prizes at the end and they actually have some really cool stuff. We played some arcade classics like pac man and some newer stuff like dance dance revolution and we had a blast. Really looking forward to going back and playing all the games we missed. Perfect for a birthday or just a fun day. They have food and drinks too so you don't even need to leave. When you're done check out the rest of the mall and get some shopping in. Really fun place.

Prices are a tad high but you can get some good deals. The green card is a good option for around $8 of 60 minutes, unlimited play, but you can only play select games. They have good deals on ice cream and alcohol.

Most machines work as intended but I've had 3 fail on me and was denied a refund or retry. The crane games are your typical ones, rigged. It's very clean but the prices feel pretty steep.

Here's the thing...I love Round1. I love the bowling and I love the gaming BUT it's the prices that put me off. All of it is too high for my family to enjoy more than twice a year.

This place offers a lot of fun activities for the family young and old. To be honest depending on the age of your kids I would let that dictate what time is best to go. What I mean about that is they open at 11am-2am, I believe those are the hours if not close. Depending on the times you go it can be super calm and chill not have to worry about teenagers and drunk folks. As you'd expect any where else that stays open late, serves alcohol and food, offers plenty of TVs to watch sports, 4 professional grade and size pool tables, a bar and bowling! Most importantly plenty fun arcade games, a huge room of prizes, huge photo booths and plenty activities for the kids and adults, highly recommend for anyone to visit!

Hubby and I came here when we passed through Wichita. Clean, friendly, and fun! So many games, and the games actually give you a decent amount of tickets! Also, the prizes you can purchase with tickets are actually reasonably priced compared to other arcade places we've been to! We will definitely come back the next time we're staying in or passing through Wichita!

Great location to spend time! Also a great place if you want to show off your skills in the crane games for a date or showing your competitive side with the Bro’s at basketball or other 1v1+ games. Bowling and shoe rental is fairly priced too. They recently got a menu update featuring Japanese food! (Karaage, takoyaki, etc)

I bowled here and had a good time. The place is kid friendly and had lots of activities. Kind of expensive but what isn't these days. Connected to a mall so the parents can shop while the kids play.

The beverages and good were great for the price. Unfortunately I tried to pay for 2 lanes together and they nickel and dime the charges here so someone accidentally joined the second lane and it cut off our game. This was after we had to wait for all 10 of us to be present because they can't keep track of which lanes got shoes unless everyone is present at once. Then we got 9n the wait list for karaoke, they said 50 minute wait...so we waited 50 minutes only to find out they gave our spot away and it was going to be another hour or a voucher for bowling...which we had already had a bad experience with. This might be fun for kids where you have the party numbers ahead of time, but not fun for adults trying to pay in groups or separately.

Like most of the complaints on here. This is a poorly managed place. Got a full set on a card machine. Tha Mangers took the rare card out of the rotation. Pretty much making a rare card impossible. I am well into my 40's and was denied to get a beverage because I had a paper ID and my out of state ID was expired. My wife who is also in her 40s could not get me a drink since they only give one out at a time. I will definitely keep my 100s of dollars we spend at arcades going to Dave and Busters not this place.
