As far customer service goes they are fine, my main complaint is the fact that when it comes to flavors to choose from to smoke, the only two brands are al fakher and Starbuzz. Usually they are out of one of two flavors. I get it pandemic it's hard to get stuff shipped in. But then that means they should expand your menu for more options. Every time I smoke a hookah from this establishment all I get is no taste. So in my opinion it is not worth the $13 price point. I believe if they at least expand there menu To include more brands like socal smoke, trifecta etc. and maybe start using some.heat management devices for their hookahs then it would be worth the price point. Otherwise you are either better off finding another place to smoke or buying your own hookah and shesha and smoke at home. Update: got falsely accused of theft because they couldn't keep track of when people would get extra of food by this little small man named Shaun, then proceeded to get yelled at I will not becoming back here anymore, unprofessional staff. You are better off going somewhere else if I could give thos 0 stars I would.

The tab system is super flawed and you're held accountable of what you purchase so that the workers have an excuse to try and call you out and publicly and humiliate you in front of other customers instead of just keeping tabs for you like other functioning businesses or having you pay as you go. Tons of bugs get in during summer as they prop the doors open and it ranges from gnats to crickets freely roaming on the ground and tables. The bathrooms are usually fairly dirty and there's been trash that's accumulated behinds the toilets. There's a constant smell of sewage that makes its way through the building at random times and hangs in the air. The hookahs are dirty and it's not uncommon to have already browned water in the bases, though they're good about supplying disposable hoses, although at a higher charge. The Internet is incredibly sub-par and goes out on a regular business. You're better off buying an air purifier and a decent hookah and learning about the actual details of the hobby and truly enjoying your sessions instead.

I love this place. We've been coming to this hookah longe for years. They are very fast service! We go to this Hookah Lounge so we can play card games. They have huge tables that make it easy to play games that have a lot of pieces to it. I will mention if you don't like smoke don't go here. This is a HOOKAH lounge. So smoking is allowed. They also have a rule of 2 people per hookah. Their prices are VERY reasonable. I believe it's about $12 for one hookah. They also have food and drinks that are also very reasonable. ❤️ anywho! I love this place! Wonderful customer service.

We are regulars here and the owners are phenomenal. I had someone break into vehicle and though they did not have to the owner went out of his way to find me a new window and he replaced it for me the next day! Their hookah is always amazing! Love it here. Food is great too!

I love coming here after work to relax. fantastic staff! They deliver excellent service. Patrons here are fantastic as well. Best hookah in town for sure. Try out the watermelon lemon mint!

Super friendly staff and very attentive. Since I was new there, the owner was kind enough to warn me that double apple was fairly strong on the anise flavoring. I thoroughly enjoyed it, but I can see why some people may not like it and it's nice to know that the entrepreneur wants their clients to have an enjoyable experience instead of just taking their money. Fresh coals were brought out on the regular and old ash was blown from the foil when the coals were changed. There were people from all walks of life here having a good time - this is a great place to go.

I don't mind the hookah bar but I do wish they would be a bit better organized with tickets when they take orders at the tables. I had a group who was paying separate and things got messed up and charged wrong.
