Nice place with tons of different hookah, flavours and adds on. Chill atmosphere, good music and TV. Love their variety of board game. Also their special drinks are awesome! I like that they are BYOD, so I don’t have to pay for overpriced drinks and water, they will also let you bring food. Highly recommend!

I expect them to need a new location by the end of next year. Sweet guys that care about their business and their customers. Been to many hookah bars and it was my first lotus bowl. Everything has smoked like a dream. It's the atmosphere you would want from a hookah bar; music isn't too loud, great place to hangout or do homework, you don't have to yell. They sell retail along with simple candy and soda. Not too flashy but very modern vibe. Loyalty cards and student discount. Basically, it's the best one in town.

This is by far one of the best lounges I’ve been to in the city of Wichita. The manager and staff are knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. I feel like the hookah is great, top notch and worth the price. The atmosphere is very laid back and overall clean. Do yourself a favor and check them out, especially if you’re tired of the same bar scene.

Best hookah in town. Been to a most places and King coal has the best variety in the city. Hookah smokes great, long sessions, and the owner personally came by to speak to me and make sure I was enjoying my time. 10/10 will come back consistently!

By far my favorite place to hang out, and I don’t even smoke!!! I went here every night until I moved to Utah and I miss it so much. The owners are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Very chill place. Basically like a hookah lounge version of Starbucks lol. 12/10 would recommend.

Josh, the owner, really knows his stuff. Amazing smoking experience and retail selection. If there's something you want that isn't in store, they will order it for you asap. Best place in Wichita for hookah, hands down.

Amazing! One of the best hookah lounges I’ve been too. Great atmosphere and even betterhookah. Highly Recommend the hot box! Smokes great! Service is second to none. I’ve been twice in two days and the lady who worked there remembered what I had last time and served me up! Owner sat down and chatted with us and gave us some jewels about hookah and he answered all the question we wanted to know about Wichita. You have to come here!!!

The new setup is way better! There is more lighting, the retail area is no longer right by the door and everything is maintained way better. Cleaning after someone leaves and straightening the cushions. Just way better experience since changing management! Definitely recommend giving them another try if you had a bad experience before!

Good experience, the staff was very friendly, however, don't bother buying products from there. A jar of 250g of trifecta (while difficult to find locally) can be found online for under $20. A box of Tom coals is $5-8 dollars. At King Coal, it's $30 and $12 respectively. I understand a minor markup just because it's local, but especially $30 for a tin of trifecta is outrageous. Just spend $38 more dollars online and get free shipping.

Nice and clean. Best customer service in Wichita. I’ve been to many hookah places in town then I decided to stay with this place. Variety of musics that make you feel relax and enjoy your time.

The guy working today is very friendly. Hookah smoked great, idk why, but the first round of coals made the hookah taste like a burnt vape coil. the second round (with different shisha) was better. I think it's bc of the 3 coals right off the bat on the bowl. I'd give it a 2nd chance, but maybe only do 1-2 coals at a time in the future Tons of flavors and add-ons available definitely a nice place to chill out and watch TV or socialize.

Been here before to buy tobacco and had a good experience. Came today at 6:30pm and it wasn't open even though the hours say it should be.
