Don't let them sweet talk you out of all your money. If you sign up for the 6-month membership, the money you pay the day you sign up does not count towards your 6 month membership. And you have a 30-day cancellation requirement that you can't do until after your membership is up without paying an early termination fee.. so that's another month on top of that. Your 6 months turns into 8. And don't miss one single payment for even a day or you're going to get charged extra. As a previous employee, I can tell you that they hardly train their personal trainers. They hired a friend of mine (with no experience or training) and threw him on the computer for a day and then told him he could start taking clients. That's who you're trusting with your health.

Love the gym and the members but extremely disappointed with the General Manager Mike!! I brought a friend in to work out with me (who is a non-member). Once she did the sign in sheet and the manager came out. She was told that she had to pay the $15 day pass fee or leave a Google review. Which leaving a review was no big deal until he proceeded to give her HIS personal cellphone and make HER log into HER personal Google account to leave the review. Thankfully, I realized what was going on and got it stopped before she verified all of her personal info and then I just paid the $15 for her! This is wrong on so many levels and I could only imagine what could or would of happened if he had access to her whole Google Account on his personal cell phone!! Then, when I confronted Mike about how inappropriate this was, I was told that it was a corporate policy (which was not a true statement because I called the corporate office to confirm) and that he felt he was not doing anything wrong. Because he was just “Getting Google Reviews” for the business!!

I got a day pass at Genesis while I was working away from home. What a gym!! They have EVERYTHING you need and the staff is really helpful. Shout out to Mike for making me feel like I was back in my home gym. If you’re looking for a gym in the Hutchinson area you’ve got to give their place a try 👏🏼

Wow! What a great fitness environment provided by Genesis in Hutchinson! TOP NOTCH STATE-OF-THE-ART facility. This is a full service fitness center with a well equipped gym, group fitness classes, and personal training. Make a point to seek them out, then visit, then join! You will thank yourself! Awesome place!

I like to work out at the genesis gyms. They’re just getting a little pricey

Wow! I recently visited the Genesis in Hutchinson and was surprised by the facilities. They have everything I look for like fitness equipment, weights, group classes and trainers. The staff were awesome and showed me how to work fitness machines that I had never tried. The facilities were clean and inviting!! Can’t wait to go back and try a group fitness class like yoga or spin! There is even a smoothie bar!

Great clean facility & well rounded employees. Definitely the best gym to go to in Hutchinson!

Beware when signing up with this gym. They will tell you it’s a month to month contract and you can cancel anytime verbally , but the contract is for 12 months . My 18 year old daughter did Not read the fine print . The gym was very apologetic which was nice but still took her money . There is a $200 early termination fee . Please read the contract before signing up .

Nick, the general manager, and the entire staff at Genesis have been more than wonderful! It is the only gym I use when I come back into town! Clean & accommodating, with the best selection of both weight and cardio equipment!

I joined Genesis back in March of this year and will continue to come back time and time again because of the staff! After having a hard day at work they are a sight for sore eyes!
