Went in after church to partake of the buffet, was informed they no longer have the buffet....as I looked around they no longer have many customers either. COVID stopped the buffet I'm sure! but the pandemic is supposedly over! ☹️ PIZZA RANCH was a little bit of a drive and would rather of kept our buisness in Goddard, but it was good and had a buffet of course so we could grab what we wanted and get on the road as we have a 6 hour round trip to make.

8 out if 10 times have issues with pizza quality. This time pizza was missing the bottom crust. It was a glob of cheese and sauce stuck to the box. Couldn't even pick up a slice. Sometimes there isn't cheese on entire pie or way too much sauce making it soggy. How hard is it to follow a recipe and ensure consistency? Other locations seem to have no problem, but Goddard is the worst!

We patronize the business often as we are locals and it’s OK. I would give it 3 out of 5 on a good night but tonight the delivery driver must have given us HIS food! It’s so absolutely absurd that it’s funny. We didn’t order this item. We ordered cheesesticks! Then we try to call to let them know of the error and can’t get anyone to answer the phone! NFL kicks off tonight. They are obviously busy but giving us EATEN food. Wow. I have no other words.

Walked in and stood at the register for 10 mins and no one came and took our order, we decided to leave and then the employees stared at us through the window

Lousy service and taking too long to get served with food and they only had a few staff. And they don’t keep up in check with customers if they needed anything or needed any refills on their beverages

Food was good, staff was very courteous and helpful.

Pre-ordered a bunch of pizzas (10 mediums), bread sticks and other sides to feed a large group. Everything was ready on time and the staff was very nice about helping me out to my vehicle. The pizzas and sides were great, left the event with no leftovers and no complaints. Will definitely be coming back.

My experience is hot garbage every time I order pizza from this place. Most recently I received an order where I didn't get a full pizza because of nonsense pizza cutting tricks that allow pizza employees to remove partial slices and eat them.

The employees are nice, but I would say the food has gone down considerably since Covid.
