😠 Refused to see me even though they were still open. The front desk worker is always rude every time I come in. She makes me feel unwelcome and is completely unwilling to help. She has a serious attitude problem. People often mention told,

I am currently 40 weeks pregnant. Earlier this week I went in to get tested for RSV specifically and asked specifically to be tested for RSV. They did a respiratory panel but didn't run the RSV. And when my test results came back for flu, covid and strep that they just assumed that it was RSV since my daughter tested positive. I understand the logic but you ran a respiratory panel for a reason. Why wasn't RSV on it. I waited and I waited for the test results to pop up for RSV and they never did and when I called the lady told me they never ran it. My doctor told me I needed to be tested for it so I went back to get tested again for RSV. The results never popped in. I was just called by the hospital and told to come in and get swabbed once again for RSV. It's been a week. Do I even go back to the same place or do I go to the hospital that's 20 minutes away since clearly this clinic can't do their job. And sadly I'm an employee of this system and never have I ever had a problem. In fact, I recommend this place most of the time, two people and I won't anymore. So not only am I going to pop any second now but now I get to get my toddler dressed who's getting over RSV and myself to go get a q-tip shoved back up my nose. Not to mention it's 35° outside. So thank you urgent care and Saint Francis Warren clinic... For all the inconveniences that you cause your patients. Can you be back

I’ve seen my pregnant wife be turned away at 7:03pm because they stop taking new patients at 7:00pm and then turned her away again 2 days later for a follow up by dismissing us to the lab instead of letting us have blood drawn in and then assessed in the urgent care which were doctors original instructions 2 days prior. I’ve also personally been dismissed to the ER for having a red flag chief complaint, despite having extremely mild symptoms, which guess what - turned out to be nothing serious at all as I told them my suspicions were. So basically, three times in a row I’ve seen this Urgent Care work harder to not see patients than work to help patients. I know triage shift is hard, but it’s your job.

I went in on Sunday at 2:00 PM, was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half. I told her to make me a appointment. I said to her so I should be back at 3:30. She said no, they could get me in at 3:00. I got there at 2:50 and checked in. Took 2 people in before me. Another person came in and they called her back within 5 minutes while I am still sitting and waiting. After waiting for 45 minutes after my 3:00pm appointment I left. This place is a joke!! Why make an appointment if you still have to wait. They finally called me at 4:02 at home wondering where I was. Someone needs to train these people how to schedule and keep appointments. I will never go there again. I will go to Saint Francis South emergency room from now on. Don't have to wait that long even when the waiting room is full!!

Didn’t really listen to me at all and only left me with the advice of taking more of the medication I clearly specifically said doesn’t work. Definitely finding a better place, one that actually cares. Don’t waste you’re time or money here.

Don't go here. I have insurance with only a 35 dollar co pay, my insurance should have taken care of a simple xray and somehow through their billing I owe almost 400$. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
