It is an absolute mess. I used to come here all the time about two years ago. Stopped coming because they have nobody on the floor to tidy up things. They just pull things out and throw it somewhere and are too lazy to put things out and make it look nice. I’ve worked in retail and we always had four people or more on the floor for this reason. Poor, very poor.

If you have school-age kids, this is the place to shop for their clothes and shoes! Great prices and great selection! This store is always clean and organized. I'm sure they have to be careful of shoplifters, BUT don't make people feel uneasy when in the store. Just a suggestion.

Love to shop at Ross! Why pay full price for great stuff? Great selection and quick lines.

A little on the messier side. Kind of like a more organized garage sale but you can find just about everything here clothes for sure. They have so many clothes. They have toys. They have beauty products. They have stationery. They have home decor and kitchen supplies and paintings and bathroom supplies and all kinds of decorations. They also have really cheap perfume and it's real perfume It's not generic or anything

Today, my husband and I were shopping, in the store I got lightheaded and passed out/fainted .I wanted to thank each and every employee there for caring and quickly getting an ambulance out there to make sure I was ok as I am pregnant, I am fine I was just really dehydrated and I truly appreciate everyone who cared and checked in .

Very friendly , speedy lines. Have a great selection of a little bit of everything from name brand clothing, too great food choice items. I am very pleased with every experience my son and I have had at the Owasso Oklahoma Location.

Great story, good deals. Takes a little effort to look through sometimes but it's worth it. This is a go to for me for dog toys.

Well organized and clean all of their makeup products were actually organized instead of just being thrown into a heaping mess. Staff were kind and willing to assist when needed.
