First time ordering from chili's using door dash, my first bite was horrifying. I understand it's a national holiday but I mean the burger size is so small how do you accomplish borderline raw? I was not on site , so with that being said you always fully cook meat unless consumer request differently. I will be avoiding this location.

Love this place! I’ve tried nearly every item on the Choose 3 for $10 menu, as well as, the 2 eat for $25 menu and have been impressed with everything. The quality is fantastic and the prices are unbeatable. I highly recommend! Friendly service all the time ;0)

Stopped in for dinner around 740, dinner rush was about over and was seated quickly by their hostess with the most amazing personality and work ethic Ariel. The manager Brandon greeted us, and made sure we had a good server. Shay took great care of us, and got our orders out quickly.

What a surprisingly pleasant experience. The food and service was far more enjoyable than I tend to expect from a corporate chain like Chili's. Nonetheless, the food was flavorful and the staff was very friendly, overall it was just a lovely time.

So disgusted with this place after what I experienced tonight! I ordered fajitas and wow what a mess. My cheese had MOLD IN IT. Legit mold. Everything was a soupy greasy disgusting mess. I threw it in the trash and almost threw up. I’m shocked that that’s what they’re serving people. My order was $40 and I expected much more. I won’t be back.

This was actually my first time at Chili's. It was about what I expected for a chain. It was clean and the food was good. We had the chips and salsa I actually really enjoyed the salsa. All three entrees were fine. Waitress did a good job and prices were commensurate with other chains of this type. All in all, there are lots of better choices, but I would go again if someone else said they wanted to go there.

I wasn’t the happiest about my visit to chili’s yesterday. I found a hair in my daughters food and I had to send mine and my moms food back due to is not being cooked to our liking. When my food came back it STILL was not what I asked for. The manager discounted our food but I felt like we should’ve gotten our meal taken care completely due to our troubles ESPECIALLY with having a HAIR in our food, our waitress even owned that it was his hair and put his hair in ponytail. We were told that we couldn’t get our meal for free because the manager had previously discounted a big groups meal that had been served earlier. I don't agree with putting other customers at a disadvantage just because you had helped other customers prior. Own your mistakes and take care of ALL customers the way you should! But I will say the customer service was very good. The managers and server were very nice and polite. But we probably wont be back again.

From the moment I entered, i was treated with respect even if they couldn't accommodate me with an outlet. Although the truck didn't deliver tea bags, i was hooked up with hot water and lemon. The warm beverage warmed me up after five hours of 40° weather. Every employee served with courtesy and grace. I enjoyed the delicious food in the clean, well stocked, friendly, and fascinating decorum. I can't remember ever eating a steak without smothering it in sauce. The steak went down my throat, transporting me into heaven. Shout-out to waiter Kyle for his excellent service.

I really don't like giving 5 stars on reviews. But today I have to. They were short staff. Kat did a great job. Making sure we had everything we needed but not just our table, the other customers also. I didn't hear anybody complain about the service or see anybody upset. Great job Kat and her coworkers.

It had been quite some time since we ate here, I had forgotten how good the food was! The service here was awesome and the portion sizes were spot on. Happy hour drink pricing didn't really wet our appetites as there wasn't much to choose from on special, but we will definitely be back for food!!

Chilli was served cold. I never eat anything that can't be done correctly the first time. Felt rushed, on a slow lunch crowd. The server never came back to the table and no boxes were offered.

I have been to a few Chilis, but this one tops it just due to the staff. Hands down one of the best waitresses we have had. Plenty of food options and out of all 4 of us, no one had any complaints and left happy and full.

Food was good came out quickly but frie portion was on small side. Had to wait on empty glass to be refilled twice was sitting in bar area with only 6 other people so that shouldn't have happened. Gave 15% tip anyway because she was nice

The drinks were good. The food was absolutely great, and the service was a 5 star. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. We were traveling and stopped by so it was our first experience at this Chili's but they did not disappoint!

First impressions were not that convincing. It looked like there weren’t many people on a Saturday evening, but the food took a little bit of time to arrive. I think the tables could have been a bit bigger. Interior looks cozy and sort of dark. The presentation of the food was great with rich garnishments. The tastes weren’t exceptional, but it was above average. The bathrooms were not cleaned at all. There were paper tower everywhere on the floor.
