Sad this is the first time I've had been here. We get settled in get drinks put in an order. After 15 min or so the wait staff tells us that our rare burgers will take longer then usual because of a party that is just now rolling in. After another 15 min we received our meal @ this point we are there 45 min. Started getting my burger ready to eat and it's cold..... Holla at the wait staff send it back 10 mi. Latter received the same cold burger in a hot plate WTH????? Told the wait staff, she asked if they should make new...... NO! They already had two tries and no thanks on the third uncooked meal of the night. After receiving the bill for the worse meal ever called in a manger. After the manager spoke to is and told us that they couldn't handle their regular evening crowd and the party!!!! What????? Yeah! It was the first time of being here and sad to say after the service and food quality getting here...... Nope I will go back to Clifton square where service and food is way way better. The only reason this place received any stars is because I handed the bill back to the management and told them thanks for the worse evening ever..... And I walked out......think.... think twice about this place and if there is an extra event that they are trying to do also. They can't handle it so run for McDonald's at least you will eat something because I left this place with only fries!!!! Order them they are good if you can get them hot!!!!!! Won't be back after a gift card was waved in my face!!!!! Go somewhere else please... Try Clifton square!!!!

First time coming to this location and was not impressed. First thing was our fault for showing up on a Tuesday which apparently is trivia night. They let us wait quite awhile for a table indoors before offering us the outdoor patio with at least one broken fan. We then waited for over 10 minutes outside before anyone offered to even ask us if we had been helped. Service from there on out was fine as to be expected when you're the only ones dining in a room away from everyone else except people going to smoke. My BIGGEST problem is that I very specifically asked for my burger well done (my date his medium) and it came out extremely underdone. Mine more pink than his. I normally would have asked for them to remake it there, but it was hot, VERY loud since they used a loud system to announce trivia, and this was a first date. I was just simply not willing to put up the fight. Kind of ruins my sunny side egg when I have to heat up my burger just to get it done at home 🤷‍♀👎

Fantastic. Brussels sprouts & salmon burgers are insanely good. Kobe beef burger, top notch stuff.

My wife and I are always looking for a place to eat at after midnight other than IHOP, Dennys, or Old Chicago. We were so suprised that the East Side location at Central and Rock has a great great food and friendly service! We ordered Truffle fries, Fried pickles, hickory BBQ burger, and a house burger. Between the two of us the meal was amazing and we demolished it all! Their housemade ketchup, ranch and aeoli sauce is great. The also have domestic bottles for $2.50 and a huge variety of drinks to choose from. The bar and restaurant has a very friendly atmosphere. Our food was brought to our table in under 10 minutes! Sure its bar food, but Ill be back ready to chow down again next week!

As a long-time fan of the College Hill Dempsey's, I took my time before visiting the Rock Road location. I am pleased to say that the food looked and tasted the same! Service was good, and for a quiet Sunday evening I actually preferred the relative peace and quiet of this location compared to their College Hill version. The layout is much more open, cleaner, more like a conventional sports bar compared to their other Wichita venue. We tried the special, the peanut butter Thai Burger, their Bleu cheese burger, and sides of sweet potato and truffle fries. The food came out quickly and everything was done well. Dempsey's burgers can be a little messy, and the PB Thai Burger was no exception - but we didn't feel it was an issue. Bleu cheese burger was as delicious as always. Both fries came out crispy and warm, with a reasonable accompaniment of dipping sauces. The new location picks up where the other location leaves off, still delicious burgers with the best fries in Wichita.

First time here. Great atmosphere but I had to wait 30 minutes for my food and it wasn't busy. I had the house burger and truffle fries and it was amazing. I'll be back, I'll just have to be prepared to wait

Our waitress, Brooke, did a great job serving our large group of 20+ people. She remembers everyone orders and delivered the food/check accordingly. I had the Fish and Chips, it was fantastic. I asked Brooke for ketchup for my fries, she remembers and got it to me in no time while serving other people.

Good food. Good drinks. Staff was friendly. Nice place to hang out.
