One of the BEST burger places I have eaten. I had the salmon burger and truffle fries. Everything was perfect. The salmon was flakey and not too dry. The truffle fries were crispy despite being tossed in oil and had an amazing flavor. I would definitely eat here again.

The Wagyu burger with shallot jam is no joke. Paired with the truffle fries and non-domestic draft selection was something I didn’t expect in the middle of Kansas =) great service and delicious food. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

Absolutely love this place. We stumbled upon it accidentally one day and figured we'd give it a try. We were so pleased we did. The hamburgers are amazing. So flavorful and juicy. The truffle fries are even better. The atmosphere is very laid back as most pubs tend to be. I would and have recommended this place if you want to have some great burgers and fries. Good delicious food. Hearty burgers! I tried their mushroom burger(don’t remember what it’s called) with their duck fat fries. Burger was super good but their fries were too salty for me. Might’ve just been to rich but they still tasted good nonetheless.

It was okay. I had the mushroom burger and the truffle fries. It looked and smelled delicious, but the taste didn't really come through. The garlic and the salt in the sauce were so strong they overpowered everything else on the burger and the fries were cool and rather tough. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either. Just kind of meh. The service was great though. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

Dempsey’s is a good place to grab a burger. The burgers were a little bit dry. We got a Wagu Hot Hawaiian, Wagu House Burger and the Bleu Burger. Duck fat fries and truffle fries were good but less flavorful than in the past. The service was good!

Hands down the BEST burger I have ever had! I got the whiskey BBQ burger and the beer dip with fries and soft pretzels. My son got the house wagyu burger. Everything was excellent, the staff was very attentive, the cool funky atmosphere of the pub downstairs made watching Sunday football a fun, casual event. And once again, the food is WONDERFUL 🥰🥰🥰 Dempsey's is a must for any burger lover in Wichita!

EXCELLENT little pub! We got the Hot Hawaiian Kobe Burger (cooked med rare), the salmon burger, house salad with salmon, truffle fries, and root beer float. Everything was excellent! Be sure to mix the root beer & ice cream all together first though, it's better that way.

Neat little pub! One of the best burgers I've had in a long time and cooked exactly as I requested. Friendly staff, clean bathrooms, and good beer selection. The duck fat fries are a must!

Absolutely delicious! We had to wait about 30 minutes but it was Saturday night so not a big deal. We had 2 bacon mushroom Swiss burgers and a spicy burger (sorry forgot proper name). We also got duck fat fries, fire fries and truffle fries. Everything was fabulous and Jenna just added to our experience. She did a fantastic job and her recommendations were perfect. We will be recommending Dempsey’s to any and everyone going to Wichita. Thank you Jenna and Dempsey’s Burger Pub!

The food was really good. I do wish the mushroom and Swiss had more cheese. The Parmesan Truffle fries with ranch were SO good even reheated after leftovers. Made the whole meal. I will say I waited 25 mins for a table which wasn’t an issue but the hostess did ask twice if it mattered if we sat downstairs or not and I said no. I have two kids and my husband with me and one of my kids is only 3. After the 25 min wait they called us back and took us downstairs. I didn’t know they only had high tops which if ya don’t know is just tall bar stools. With no tall high chairs… the waitress told us we could ask for a table upstairs but would have to wait again. Yah no way. So I held my son for about 15 mins before they stacked two highchairs and he kind of reached the top of the table. That was my only issue at the restaurant. Reminded me of an old style pub. Cool restaurant. Reasonable prices. Great waitress!

I had to put down my dog yesterday as a result of her declining health, and I took her to Dempsey's Burger Pub for her last meal. I had never been there before as I have just recently moved her from Texas, and honestly the only reason I even knew about them was because I was looking for a place with a patio that allowed dogs. I cannot say enough good things about Dempsey's after our first visit there yesterday. Not only did they give my dog the VIP treatment for which I will be forever grateful, but everything was absolutely delicious. It's very clear that they take pride in their food and service. It was the best food I've had since moving to Wichita and I will surely be back regularly.

This is one of the rarest times when i can say everything was perfect. The service was excellent, no wait at the time that I came. I do recommend getting added to a wait list during the evening and weekends. The server was very nice and checked on us right when we needed it. This place is mostly burgers and fries. There is a kids' menu and salads as well as a fish and chips option. The beverages are Pepsi & Dr. Pepper brands. If you are looking for an In & Out burger dup, try the Up & Down Burger. If you're in Wichita and like burgers, try this place. You'll love it!

My husband and I are on a roll of trying out places in town we’ve never been. Dempseys was the most recent stop yesterday. We loved the location and thought it was a cute little area with all the shops around it. Food: I had the house burger with a beyond meat patty. I personally prefer impossible patties as beyond meat has a really distinct flavor that overpowers anything else on the burger.. but it was a good burger anyways. The only thing I did not like was the pickles. It seems like they are homemade which is awesome but I prefer as sour of a pickle as possible and these were too sweet for me. • My husband had one of the Waygu burgers and said it was the best burger he’s had in town so far. The fries were really tasty as well. We tried the sweet potato and fire fries. Drinks: These were the best cocktails we’ve had compared to the last few local restaurants we’ve been to hands down. Service: Our server was okay. Not bad/Not Amazing. She did her job. Just seemed very chill/neutral of a personality. Atmosphere: We only stayed upstairs and it was nice enough. We were curious about what the downstairs looked like so will check that out next time we stop by!

a wichita staple that i’m so glad i got to try! they have many types of craft burgers and fries. try as many as you can! so good! we sat 8 in the basement pub & had a hospitable and tasty time! the cinnamon & sugar sweet potato fries were a big highlight!! praise God!

Dempsey’s Burger Pub is a must try location. The staff was kind and helpful. They were patient with all my questions. They have a good selection of craft beer and drinks. It is a good crowd of people. The wings was just right. They were cooked just right with a crispy outside. The sauce was pineapple Buffalo which had just a little sweetness with a little heat. Great flavor! I had the truffle fries which were phenomenal. Not a single soggy fry. They have six types of fries and six types of dipping sauces. Great selection of fries. I also had the slider which was full of flavor but you still could taste the juicy burger and cheese. Most all the seating is high tops or at the bar. Also in a nice area with shopping and other restaurants. Parking was plentiful too.

The chili fries are definitely my favorite every time! The burgers are pretty good, but not the best. My wife loves the artichoke dip and it’s really good.

The Bourbon Apple Brie Burger with Truffle Fries with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top was spectacular. The Q’s Spin Dip with tortilla chips and pretzel sticks with grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley on top elevates the typical spinach artichoke dip. The inside has a modern industrial feel.

Food was amazing and all the beers on tap did not disappoint. Service and atmosphere were good, just not amazing or over the top impressive. Definitely a solid choice though. Would return.
