We
came
in
right
before
it
got
busy
and
we
were
nervous
about
this
place.
Loved
the
fact
that
almost
everything
was
done
in
wood.
We
ordered
our
food
and
the
waitress
was
decent.
Whilst
waiting
for
our
sandwiches,
the
restaurant
(I
use
the
term
loosely)
started
filling
up
with
with
people
much
older.
Middle
aged
men
trying
to
flirt
with
the
bartendresses,
who
were
the
same
age,
while
drinking
too
much.
My
wife's
burger
was
big.
Huge
bun,
large
lettuce
and
tomato,
very
small
and
thin
meat
patty
for
$9.
I
got
a
fish
sandwich
which
was
nice
and
thick.
Then
I
tasted
it.
Tasted
like
burnt
oil
and
the
fish,
tho
heavily
fried
in
batter,
fell
apart.
Half
of
the
sandwich
fell
apart
before
I
could
eat
it.
$10
for
that.
We
ordered
chili
cheese
fries
and
the
actual
fries
weren't
half
bad.
The
chili
was
watery
and
was
more
like
goulash
with
beans.
We
were
subject
to
hearing
the
waitstaff
complain
about
each
other
and
the
regular
guests.
My
wife
and
I
were
apparently
in
a
booth
another
couple
usually
sits
in.
They
were
throwing
a
tantrum
of
unexpected
proportions
for
two
70-something
senior
citizens.
I
really
got
a
vibe
from
the
place
that
they
wanted
to
stay
in
1985
and
everyone
need
go
elsewhere.
I
doubt
I
will
ever
step
foot
in
that
over-priced
Boomer-Bar/Restaurant
again.
