Pros: Our waitress was wonderful, she was very attentive and kind. They have large mugs of beer for $5. The bread was delicious, warm and unlimited. The mixed vegetables and seasoned rice were tasty. They also have the best mac and cheese. Cons: My daughter's chicken was under cooked, some was pink and the batter was raw in one of the chicken tenders. They did take this off our ticket, which was good. The manager did not come to our table and apologize, which was very unprofessional. My husband got shrimp and some of it was cold, he also didn't get his salad with his meal. Overall: For the price I expected it to be a lot better than it was. We had a terrible experience here a few years ago and decided to give them another chance and see if it was better but that didn't work out. There are quite a few other place out there within the same price range that your money would probably be better spent. It wasn't horrible but wasn't amazing either. We went around 7 and it was dead, so it wasn't like the kitchen was backed up and trying to rush food out.

Outback Steakhouse is in a league of its own. Everything on their menu is on point, and their service is always excellent. Let's not forget about that wonderful bread! This location has a wonderful vibe, and the staff were so friendly and pleasant!

Tonight's visit at outback on ridge: we've had better food and service here. I got their special, sugar steak with salad, no croutons and loaded mashed potatoes. No croutons due to gluten allergy, but my salad arrived and my first bite had crouton dust. The flavor of the steak was unique and delicious. The mashed potatoes were actually cold. My husband ordered the ribeye with sweet potato and seasonal veggie. The sweet potato was about half the size they were before but that could be the nature of things today. The broccoli was warm and butter melted in them but they should have been hotter. He had to ask for a refill of his drink.The waitress may have been really busy but we only saw her at four tables ours included. She pretty much disappeared throughout our meal and was not attentive or personable.

Was pretty good. Ordered a blooming onion, and the Sirloin and Alice Springs. While the steak was cooked perfectly (medium rare), it was surprisingly tough and dry. The asparagus was perfect. The Alice Springs chicken was absolutely delicious. The blooming onion was tasty but didn't quite live up to all the hype. The server was great. She was friendly and knowledgeable, and attentive without hovering.

I was in town for my daughter's surgery and decided I wanted a good steak dinner. Because of location I tried Texas Roadhouse and they had a 2-hour wait and it was real noisy in there and no room even at the bar. I decided to try out back and was glad that I did. It was nice and quiet and the Sirloin steak was delicious. The service was great and I had a delicious meal and will try it again when I come back in town.

Our server Anthony and his trainee Keira were phenomenal. Restaurant was clean, food was hot and prepared in a timely manner, and the manager Taylor was very kind.

I honestly wasn't expecting much and haven't eaten at outback since I was a kid. I will be making regular trips back now. The food was excellent. Service was impeccable. The manager, I believe his name was Kevin, was VERY attentive to the customers. After he came to check on us and introduced himself, he made my entire family feel welcomed and at home there. I'm sure this is cheesy to say, but that dude topped what we thought couldn't be topped after the amazing food and service. If you're looking for an affordable place to take the fam, go here. Kevin and the staff there are dedicated people.

I have twice had issues with scheduling reservations here. For example, recently we had a reservation for a specific time, and it wasn't until 20 minutes after that time that we finally got seated. Also, the last time I went it took them forever to make our food. I do appreciate how the waitress handled it though, but it seems like they need to be better organized. The food was good though, I don't have complaints about that.

Took my son to Outback for his birthday dinner. Service was excellent and the food was superb, as always. The manager came by several times to check on us and helped with our overall satisfaction. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for one of the best steaks in Wichita at a decent price.

Megan was the best server ever. Always giving us refills making sure that we were good. And made sure our food was perfect when we where given it.

First time being here, wasn't busy so my wait time to order could have been shorter, took about 20 minutes for food to arrive. The prime rib sandwich was very good and so was the service. Over all I enjoyed my first time ever eating here.

Went to Outback with family yesterday for the first time since Covid hit and had a late lunch or early Supper. Our service was very good...a definite 5. The meal, the steaks, the baked potatoes, the bread, the salad...all 4.8s! Very tasty, prepared perfectly, and at their right temperatures. Thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Attempted to purchase a few gift cards per the coasters advertising of the same (see picture) based on the wonderful meal. We were told that they were no longer selling them, even though the valid date was through 2-6-23...see picture. I'm pretty sure that's false advertising. It diminished what had been a fairly perfect meal. I give that a 0, and was disappointed that we couldn't return again soon and use our new cards for our next meal, at 20% off (zoom in on the coaster pic). Go enjoy some Outback...just don't put any stock in their promotions.

Kevin was our server and he was fabulous. We come in once a month and we always request him. Everything is always perfect, everything is on time. He makes my drink perfect. Hell what can I say he walks on water. I was a server for many years and it’s nice to have someone pleasant, attentive, and professional while also being genuine. He needs a promotion and a raise because you don’t find to many people like him.

Really great place to eat for the whole family. My kids have a blast and I order all the time to do special things for my employees. Jesse was amazing and polite with fast and friendly service. Thank you outback for helping me celebrate their success!!!

Excellent service. Perfect Bloody Mary. The food was not as good as I had hoped. But I would definitely go again and absolutely recommemd.

The outback near our home recently closed, and thank goodness! The service and food were always substandard and each time we went back we thought WHY? Tonight we went to a different location and received amazing service from Emma, and others. The boomerang flight from the bar was delightful. The food was hot and tasty and arrived with impeccable timing. We had a truly great experience and enjoyed our family “date night “ thanks Emma and everyone else at Outback west, Wichita,ks

We had a great dining experience!! Our meal was made quickly and perfectly. We don’t often get to go out without the kiddo so we were very thankful to have such a great experience. Our server Peach went above and beyond and was truly the reason for this review. She was honest when we asked for suggestions, attentive, quick, accurate, and everything else you could ask for in a server. She deserves recognition, a raise, promotion, and everything in between!

We had an amazing dinner, steaks were cooked perfectly to our liking. The waitress was prompt, friendly, and attentive. Our drinks never got below half, before she brought fresh ones. We really didn't need to ask for anything before she offered.

We had our 27th wedding anniversary here tonight, the service was quick, the food was amazing and we didn't wait long, in fact, we weren't done with the appetizer or salad when the main course was served. My husband surprised me with a new ring set with help from the server and another who assisted with the delivery and I was so surprised, thank you for helping make this day even more special for us!! We have been to this location before and it's always great!! See you next time.

Went there with my wife for Valentine's Day. Utilized their get in line function on the website in the morning and when we arrived in the evening, didn't even have to wait more than 15-20 minutes to get a table when people who didn't check in were waiting more than an hour. When we got to our table, our server was wonderful and had ready knowledge of all the questions I asked her. She was polite, courteous and fast even with the restaurant packed to capacity. The food was also amazing! No quality lost even though they were completely overwhelmed with the amount of people there. Also very reasonably priced for a steakhouse too. Great experience, highly recommend.

Great service. Salad was great. They were out of the 8 oz Sirloin so I upgraded to the 12 oz Ribeye. What I received looked like a carne Asada thin strip. Maybe 1/2 " thick. Definitely not what I was expecting from Outback. Maybe it was the only thing they could get, but Sam's Club across the street had 1.5" thick Ribeyes to were great.

Great dinner outing. The food was amazing. The order consisted of Chicken sandwich, 2x Cobb Salad, Chicken & Rib Platter, 8oz Siroln. The food was hot and fresh and very enjoyable!!!!
