This place is hands down one of my favorite spots. Maybe it's just the great service there that did it for me. But the food had my mouth watering like I was a wild animal.

Food was perfect, salad was awesome as well as the breadsticks. Main course was bland, and somewhat tasteless. My table was leaning so very badly. Not the best experience, however, they still get a decent rating as these items are not the norm.

The food was very good. Our waitress was just ok. She definitely didn't go above or beyond and actually looked mad that someone got seated in her area.

Updating my review from a year ago. Looks brighter than the last time we went. Which was nice! David was our waiter, and he was AMAZING! 5 STARS for David! He kept us up to date with out order, he checked on us, he was perfect! You don't get that anymore and it was refreshing to have someone actually do their job/ check on us. Food was perfect! Subbed the noodles for Broccoli Which I HIGHLY recommend. You won't miss them and the Broccoli was so tender! The andis mints are always a nice touch.

A very solid and good Olive Garden. People may bag on them being a chain but we've never been let down there. We really like their lasagna. Always a good portion and tasty. The fettuccine is also good. The food us relatively rich with butter. Breadsticks consistent and served hot. We also typically sit a the bar - full service, friendly bar tender, and smooth.

I have been to eat here a few times in the past year. The service and food have both been great? Especially compared to a couple years ago. It's improved so much. The waiters are great. The place it much cleaner and the food better.

Good food. Very crowded, with up to 1 hour wait for a table, so I grabbed a seat at the bar. Met a delightful lady, also single, eating dinner at the bar. Two traveling strangers sharing a meal. Fun experience!

We had a great dinner experience all the way around. It was just my husband, my son, and I. Our waiter was amazing. I wish I could remember his name. He was on it. My husband, who is a guzzler, never had an empty glass. He made sure we didn't need anything or want anything without being to over bearing. We told him we will be asking for him every time we go there from now on. Our food was hot and tasted great. Never felt like they were in a hurry to get us out so they could have the table free. I seriously wish I could remember our waiters name he really deserves a shout out.

Seemed like a bit longer wait for dinner after salad and breadsticks. My dinner was perfect. My mothers dinner, (her words) “It looks like meatballs, but it has a strange texture. It just tastes funny.” My wife’s dinner was ok. She didn’t get her salad nor her dinner the way she asked. But ate it anyways. Our server was fantastic! Now, the restroom was the absolute worst. Don’t know when the last time it was checked and cleaned. All trash was ridiculously overflowing. Literally had to pull shirt collar over nose to use restroom, was hands and GET OUT! My extremely professional wife said “This is the nastiest bathroom I have had to use in a very long time, and I’m not even at wal-mart!”

Very nice place. Was my 1st time there, and the waiter was extremely nice and attentive to our table. I really enjoyed the food, n i appreciate the fact that if you don't like the food you chose they have a guarantee to trade for another dish. Great job.

We don't dine here often due to the prices. The last time we came, the food was SO good! I was really surprised bc since covid, I felt like the quality had plummeted. However, we went Friday and the service was definitely less than mediocre. Our order was taken right away, and we weren't checked on again until the very end. We had to ask other servers for things we needed and I know they dislike that but we had no idea where our waitress was. The salad was amiss. The olives and peppers tasted like dish water, like they were expired or something. My daughter ate next to none of her Alfredo. My food was fine and so was my husband's but nothing special. We most likely won't be back. It's a lot of money to spend on a terrible dining experience.

I went there last time and ordered a drink. I showed them my passport and it worked. But today, when I showed them my passport the restaurant said they only take physical id. A PASSPORT IS THE MOST VALID ID. i am sure the manager over there does not have one to know for a id “passport” is bigger than a driver’s license. Never going back there again!

I called ahead at 10 a.m. on Sept 10 for a seating of 12 adults at 12:30 p.m. It was confirmed. I checked my party and I in. We were not seated until almost 1:30 p.m. We checked several times to see what was going on. The first time was another party had just finished eating so as soon as they left, they would clean and get our table ready. Evidently, the party finally left. We were told twice that they were setting up our table. The third time, I lost patience with the staff. I do believe that they forgot about our party of 12. I will say that the hostess did come to our table and said that we could order 3 appetizers for our party on the house. She apologized for such a long wait. The wait staff was accommodating. It was just ridiculous. They weren't even that busy.

The service was super slow. Had to ask for a plate to eat our appetizers on. At one point we were informed they were out of ice so was served very warm water but they brought out other people's drinks with ice. Ordered a peach bellini and was brought an ice tea. I informed him that was not correct so he had to go get a menu and have me point out what I wanted. Did the endless pasta but wasn't asked if I wanted a refill, was only asked if I was ready for dessert. The food was mediocre tasting.

Our waiter, Fischer, did a great job. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the menu. Our food was very good. Our only issues were that it was pretty warm inside the restaurant. It was only 89 outside so I don't think that played a part in why it was uncomfortable today. The other issue was the music was so loud we could barely have a conversation. Usually it's just background music but today it was extra loud.

It was a bit noisier on this trip, plan extra time to be seated or be sure to call ahead, drinks are super expensive when you're waiting. I had the Chicken Marcela which was one of my favorites but for some reason it tasted more like a mass produced sauce rather than freshly made this time. Ill try a different dish next time.

Almost 10 years ago, I came to this restaurant to celebrate my 17 years old birthday with my host family, we had a great time here, and now I’m back at this restaurant having a meal with my best friend, the taste still is the same, every Bite is Full of Memories.

They simplified their menu quite a bit but have some fairly good deals. Service was decent and the meal was pretty good.

Great experience on this visit. Food was delish and our service was top notch. The new Chicken Marsala dish is just how I wanted it to taste...the blend of Marsala and mushrooms with perfectly cooked chicken!! Only complaint I have is the highly increased prices.

The service was great, food was good, and we left with our bellies full! Our server felt bad because our entree did not come out the same time as the other food and made sure to accommodate us for that. She spoke with the manager and offered dessert of our choice, even though we insisted it was alright. We couldn’t have asked for a better server! Overall, a great experience with the food, wait staff, and customer service! See you guys again soon!

Love the bread sticks and the salad was great. The lasagna tasted microwaved and the portion was small. We had to ask for refills but that's OK I have had worse service. We will be back but won't order lasagna.

Arrived at 4:30pm on a Saturday, 10 min queue that actually took 30 minutes. Got sat, waited 10 minutes for a server to take drink orders. No server stopped by. 40 minutes was long enough. Left, got fast food for the family and skipped my dinner. The kids love the bread sticks and spaghetti. Maybe we will try again later.

There's a reason my wife and I continue to go to the Olive Garden in west Wichita. We always get great service. Our waiter informed us that he was fairly new. You could not tell. He did an outstanding job. The food was and is always cooked to perfection. Kudos to you Olive Garden on training your staff well. Keep up the great work.

Due to familial obligations I ended up eating dinner at Olive Garden. Let me keep this short and sweet. I ordered the grilled chicken margherita. What was there was solid but it did not justify the price point. For $18 you can go to a local joint and have a dynamite entree that will be better than solid. Do yourself a favor. Avoid this and every other chain.

Ordered a curbside pickup. The food was fantastic. Remained warm for the trip home. My only complaint, was no dressing for the salad. Neither on the salad or on the side. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars

Had a family dinner this evening. Savannah was our server and she was terrific! Recommend her to all of my friends. As usual, I had the soup (minestrone), salad and breadsticks. It is my favorite meal there and certainly did not disappoint. Great service and great food.

While the server we had was extremely nice, it took a little while for him to get to our table and then it took awhile to get our bread sticks and soup and salad. While the bread sticks were fresh, it would have been nice to know because we had 2 hungry kids waiting. Another thing that kinda rubbed me the wrong way was him telling me where to put the tip and then stand there while I signed the check. It just made me feel uncomfortable. Working in the service industry before I understand everyone needs to make money, but standing over a customer while they write it makes people uncomfortable.

Casual Italian American restaurant chain, well known for their salad and bread sticks. The food isn't "bad" but it isn't anything to rave about either. Tonight as we visited our server Kate was cute and polite. She made sure her glasses stayed full and checked on us multiple times to see if we needed anything. The only complaint was that we ordered calamari, and apparently they were out which went unnoticed until moments before our entrees were served. All in all it was a nice meal. The parking lot is HUGE, with easy entrance and exits all around. Interior and exterior of building reclean and well maintained.
