Start by saying back of the house is on point, because food is great and is out in a timely manner! The front of the house needs a lot of work. The staff uses a tag team method of serving that results in a disorganized team. Things like drink refills, add ons to meals and getting your check brought to your table are the most frequently missed things. After dozens of attempts at this establishment I believe the key issue is a bad workplace culture and management. The management prioritizes having a flirtatious relationship with the mostly female serving staff rather than carrying out the mission of the restaurant. In turn the female servers prioritize a flirtatious relationship with a handful of regulars and single male customers. This behavior jeopardizes their mission and the investment of the owners and leads to a negative guest experience. The mens restroom is very often dirty which is a sign that other scheduled cleanings are not being done. PLEASE have the manager of Oak & Pie become an upper level manager and oversee your operations. She can fix Deano's. We desperately want nice places to go out and eat close to our home.

This bar n grill was definitely a more Elegant formal Atmosphere . The establishment was extremely clean and well presented. Our Waitress was named Kelly, she made our experience quite Pleasant. She knew the specials, the beers that were on tap . Was friendly & Knowledgeable! The steak tacos were amazing!!

The customer service wad off the chain! We were greeted at the door and thanked by everyone on the way out! Service was quick and the food tasty! When my daughters one dish wasnt to her liking it was immdiately substituted! A great experience from start to finish!!!

Deano’s has the coldest beer ever! It is amazing! They also have a good selection of Local beers, along with all the usuals. I ordered the bierock with fries and it was fantastic! The dough they used to make the bierock was the perfect choice, and it was filled with Italian sausage, cabbage and cheese. My husband ordered a burger and he said it was so-so. It was over cooked and dry. The bread was pretty good quality though. We both liked the fries! This sports grill has a good vibe! I can’t think of a better place to watch a game, that at their bar, drinking ice cold beer!

Ashley and the rest of the bartenders and servers are fantastic, lots of beers on tap and one of the best stocked bars I've seen. Food comes out quickly (I personally recommend the Reuben) even on busy days and if you come to watch sports they have a lot of TV's all around. I make it a point to stop here every time I'm in town!

The food was pleasantly good, they did take their time cooking it and it pay off, it was all freshly made, our waiter was a total delight and food was really good. 9/10 if you are in the mood for a sporty meal

My sweetie and I absolutely loved Dino's bar-and-grill really enjoyed their pork chop. It has like a barbecue sauce on it. It is phenomenal their salad. My sweetie. Ashley loves her salad and I love the macaroni cheese and the mashed potatoes and gravy.

Deano's is FANTASTIC! It is my best friend and I's happy place! The food is so good (boom boom shrimp salad for the WIN)! Tons of great beers on tap, and lots of other great beverages. Staff is super friendly and helpful without being pushy at all. We will continue to go here as much as possible!

I took my friend out for her birthday lunch on a Saturday afternoon at 1pm. They were really busy because of March Madness it seemed. The bar was really backed up so our drinks took 20 minutes or so. We both ordered a cocktail that wasn’t anything special for $8 unfortunately. It tasted like there wasn’t any alcohol in it and I got 3 sips for $8. I was disappointed. We ordered an appetizer that also took a long while to come out. We finally get our appetizer and then receive our food a couple minutes after. I do not like getting the appetizer and my meal directly after. It’s silly. I ordered a burger medium well. I should have said no pink at all because the burger was rare and disgusting. I took a couple bites and realized and felt nauseated. A picture of the burger is attached. I haven’t gotten sick but I very well could have after being served that. The cook considered this to be medium well. The waitress we had was amazing throughout the entire experience and did a great job at making things right. She was super sweet and was working really hard. I was brought a new burger and all was well. For my first time visiting this establishment, I was not impressed with the food, drinks, or the cooks. It wasn’t worth the money to me. The server was the best part of the entire experience and the only reason I would consider possibly going back a second time.

Ella's our waitress was fantastic. My wife and I have 6 children and it is very difficult to get out for date night. When we do I am a little critical on service. I am a partner with a local restaurant myself so I kind of have high standards. She gave us a fantastic recommendation of the boom boom shrimp salad. We shared it and it was huge. We both had the sirloin and it was to die for. Our food came out at an appropriate time. The mains were done right as we finished our salad. My beer was perfect and cold. Thank you Ella's for the fantastic service and thank you to the kitchen staff. We live in haysville but we will be back because of this visit. We'll worth every penny!!!

Hands down my new favorite place to eat in Wichita! The shrimp tacos were the best I’ve had! We had a group of 6 Saturday for lunch and it was so great that we went back today! The service here is fantastic! Our servers were knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and attentive. Everyone at our table loved their meal. Thanks for a great experience! We will definitely be repeat customers!

My husband and I were traveling and stopped here to eat. It came recommended to us by someone else and so we decided to try it. I will say we had a very friendly waitress and that was a definite plus. We both really enjoyed the pretzel and queso appetizer and would give it a five. We never had that combination before and not only was it a good combo, but the queso was warm and we both really enjoyed it. My husband got the Ruben, along with mac & cheese and their corn chowder 🌽 🥣 , and he would give his meal at three. He said the corn chowder would’ve been better had it been warmer, the mac & cheese was actually pretty good, and he felt the Ruben was average. I ordered a hamburger 🍔 which had barbecue sauce, cheese, and onion strings on it served on brioche bread. It was definitely a five for size because the patty was very big, but I don’t know how long it had sat before it was served to us because it was somewhat cool when I got it. The barbecue sauce tasted really good to me, however, for me to fairly assess it, I think it would needed to be warmer when I received it. Had it not had the barbecue sauce to go along with it, I would’ve been very disappointed. However, I left there very full and the sauce was very good. I would say my french fries 🍟 that came with it were nothing to write home to mom about, they were may be a three, but I dipped them in barbecue sauce, which enhanced the flavor. But our waitress was very nice and we both left there full and that was a plus for our dining experience.

I had a wonderfully yummy dinner at Deano's! The Cheesy Garlic Bread with a side of marinara sauce and the Sweet Orange Blossom Salmon with rice and vegetable medley were incredibly tasty. I would definitely order that again!

This place hands down a jewel of a find!! Lastnight we were hungry and looking for a place to eat..found this place by chance... Who says all Karen's are bad, we had a wonderful Karen take our order and boxed it up just right!! Friendly service, with smiles and wonderful hospitality. This food was labeled and so nicely packaged, hot and soooooo good!!! Not one of the things we got disappointed!!! The veggie burger is fire 🔥ALL THE FOOD WE TRIED WAS AMAZING!

The wings are great. I used to love the pretzels & queso app before they changed the recipe. The people working there seem nice but the service always takes forever especially if you order a drink. If you're on a time crunch, you might want to skip... but if you're looking for a place to watch the game and have some good sports bar food, then def give it a try!

Have always had good service and good food here……… until today. Met a friend for lunch and ordered a chicken tender salad. Chicken was perfect but lettuce was probably 10 days past prime including the huge chunk of lettuce stalk( base) included. Waitress was MIA throughout our time and when she did come around was incredibly unfriendly ( probably because I explained situation to a manager). Bartender became our go to person because she was friendly and available. Very disappointed in what I’d always considered a good place.

Not a bad place I tried their pizza wasn't a big fan of it. It was pesto and something, wasn't that great they use the pesto as the sauce. If u like that then great. Now when eat their they charge a liquor tax and your tip is include, I think is great because ppl can be very cheap

This place is awesome they have really good food even better pizza. They have a nice big bar plenty of inside seating and a outside area as well. Plenty of TV's so you can catch any game they staff is amazing. Highly recommend stopping by for food or even a drink or two. The girls behind the bar are the best I always stop by when in town I suggest you do to.

Everything on the menu is good and the service is STELLAR! I've enjoyed Deano's pizza (the Doggy Breath is stellar), they serve up a TOP NOTCH Burger and their tacos do not disappoint! All are repeat buys! And those Onion Strings? They're Another Dose of YUM!

Deano’s has the best atmosphere in town I really enjoyed all the positive attitudes from all staff! Anna was my server and she was amazing!!! The food just adds the cherry on top of the cake so delicious. My favorite is the cheesy bread and the pretzel brownies I could drool over them for days. I would recommend to anyone!

Came on a weekday for lunch. They were not that busy at 11am, but was before we left around noon. The server was nice and we received our order promptly. The Mac and Cheese was really good a very cheesy, however the sandwich was average at best.

Took over 25 minutes to get our meal. I saw customers come in, eat and leave while we were still waiting for our meal. Took over ten minutes to get a drink refreshed after ordered. Probably will not go back soon.

Been in here several times now. Got a good atmosphere. The waitresses are great. We will definitely continue to keep coming back.

My sister had been there once before and had really like it so she wanted to take me. I always forget to take pictures but the restaurant is very nice, and the food presentation is also. We were not greeted at the door and had to get the attention of the, otherwise friendly, wait staff. I thought the selection was different than in a lot of other places. We ordered from the "Starters" menu and it was enough for the lunch meal. We shared the Wonton Chipotle Chicken Bites(5) and a House Salad, and we actually shared both. Then we ordered the pretzel chocolate brownie and, Oh My!, it was VERY good!! From my experience, I would recommend Deano's.

Consistently good food and great service. Knocked them to 3 stars because of another customer. If you bring your 4 year old? To a busy bar for lunch (Pic attached) and sit at the bar while your child's iPad babysits him PLEASE have enough respect for the other patrons to NOT make us all listen to the children's show they are watching!!

Great service, our food did come out a little slow but the staff more than made up for it! The chicken tacos were really good I added some of the beer queso that was left over from the pretzels and it was delicious! Drinks were good and came up quick double Tito’s we’re the special for 5$!

Excellent! We got there at around 9pm after a recommendation from a friend. Very clean place and very welcoming. Waitresses were tired but they kept their composure and did great! We had the ribs, shrimp, wings, burgers , and a pizza for the kid. Portions were fair and there was not one bite we took that wasn’t good. On the wings they keep the wing tip on (weird but whatever), but that didn’t slow us down. Beer was nice and cold and filled to the top with minimal white head. Atmosphere was excellent and kid friendly which we loved seeing we had a 10mth and 3 year old with us. Had to ask to have the tv changed twice to the World Series since 4 of the TVs in our section had the same thing on, but no big deal. They seemed short on help so they were overwhelmed but they eventually got around to it. We can not wait to go back!!!!! Oh and they also had very clean bathrooms which is important for restaurant/bars.
